Retroperitoneal liposarcoma(RLPS)is the main subtype of retroperitoneal soft sarcoma(RSTS)and has a poor prognosis and few treatment options,except for surgery.The proteomic and metabolic profiles of RLPS have remained unclear.The aim of our study was to reveal the metabolic profile of RLPS.Here,we performed proteomic analysis(n=10),metabolomic analysis(n=51),and lipidomic analysis(n=50)of retroperitoneal dedifferentiated liposarcoma(RDDLPS)and retroperitoneal well-differentiated liposarcoma(RWDLPS)tissue and paired adjacent adipose tissue obtained during surgery.Data analysis mainly revealed that glycolysis,purine metabolism,pyrimidine metabolism and phospholipid formation were upregulated in both RDDLPS and RWDLPS tissue compared with the adjacent adipose tissue,whereas the tricarboxylic acid(TCA)cycle,lipid absorption and synthesis,fatty acid degradation and biosynthesis,as well as glycine,serine,and threonine metabolism were downregulated.Of particular importance,the glycolytic inhibitor 2-deoxy-D-glucose and pentose phosphate pathway(PPP)inhibitor RRX-001 significantly promoted the antitumor effects of the MDM2 inhibitor RG7112 and CDK4 inhibitor abemaciclib.Our study not only describes the metabolic profiles of RDDLPS and RWDLPS,but also offers potential therapeutic targets and strategies for RLPS.

地球同步轨道星载合成孔径雷达系统单次成像任务时间长达千秒级且具有较高热耗。成像过程中,多通道射频链路上多种设备均会发生插入相移随温度漂移现象,导致方位向相位相关性变差进而影响系统的成像性能。为了解决该问题,文章中提出了一种在轨自主实时温度相位补偿方法。该方法将上百台设备/电缆的温度相位数据进行优化存储,在成像时实时读取温度后查表计算链路相位变化并进行补偿,具有灵活适应多种模式、存储及逻辑轻量、可靠稳定等特点。仿真和测试验证了该方法可有效提升系统长时间工作工况下成像性能,已成功实现在轨应用。

文章针对多模式、多带宽脉宽组合的雷达系统调试测试时通道误差提取与补偿效率低的问题,提出了一种通道误差随参数变化的自适应补偿技术。该方法可在通道误差模型的基础上,根据各工作模式所设定的带宽、脉宽组合自适应生成幅相误差补偿曲线,并以回波模拟器通道误差自适应补偿为例给出了误差模型获取与自动生成的具体步骤。通过某雷达系统测试过程中的试验验证,所提出的方法幅度误差提取结果相比逐次提取结果偏差小于0.02dB,相位误差提取偏差小于0.2度,满足通道误差补偿的需求,不仅适用雷达系统调试测试,还可应用于其他通道特性稳定系统的通道误差补偿,避免繁杂的手动操作,提高测试效率。

Experimental investigation of nanoparticles precipitation in a rotating packed bed

Precipitation of BaSO4 nanoparticles was studied for the first time in a specially designed rotating packed bed （RPB）, which allowed sampling at different radial positions to provide better insight of the mechanism of precipitation in RPB. Particle size and morphology were characterized by TEM, while the quality of synthesized BaSO4 powders was analyzed by XRD and BET, and compared with those prepared in a stirred-tank reactor. The important role of the inlet region of the RPB in the whole precipitation process was experimentally confirmed, as a significant essence for the design of industrial RPB for the precipitation of sparingly soluble materials. The effects of different operating conditions on particle size were also investigated, showing that particle size decreases with increasing rotational speed and liquid flow rate, due to the enhancement of micromixing in the RPB.

With both sides of the Taklimakan Desert highway line as the study area, three typical aeolian sand landforms, i.e. complex dune ridge, barchan dune and flat sand land, were selected as sand beds for the observation, analysis and research of the characteristics of aeolian sand movement such as aeolian sand stream structure, sand transport intensity, etc. in the Taklimakan Desert. The results show that there is a linear relation between the height and the log of sand transport rate over transverse dune chain, longitudinal dune ridge and flat sand land, i.e. the sand transport percentage decreases exponentially with increasing height. Sand transport rate within the 10 cm height above the bed surface accounts for 80%-95% of the total sand transport rate of the observed height (40 cm), while the sand transport rate in 20 cm occupies 98% of the total amount. Sand transport rate (g·cm-1·min-1) differs greatly with respect to different landform types and different topographic positions. Based on the investigation and analysis on aeolian sand landform origin, morphological type and distribution feature, the two typical landform assemblages, complex transverse dune chain-alluvial plain and huge longitudinal dune ridge-interridge lowland in the Taklimakan Desert were divided into several characteristic zones of aeolian sand movement states. From this one can qualitatively judge the types and severities of sand disasters at various topographic positions in the engineering installation region and further put forward concrete schemes and measures to control sand damages.

新元古界青白口系其它大坂组是中祁连地块西段基底岩系之一,对研究中祁连地块元古宙地质构造演化具有重要意义。笔者等通过1∶5万区调工作在其它大坂组中发现了英安质晶屑岩屑凝灰岩夹层,并对凝灰岩进行了锆石U-Pb年代学、岩石地球化学研究。测年结果表明样品中锆石年龄主要分3组。结合区域地质资料,笔者等认为第一组锆石(1456~1524 Ma)和第二组锆石(1018~1021 M)为外来锆石或/碎屑锆石,分别为物源区中元古代早期Columbia超大陆裂解事件和Rodinia大陆聚合事件(格林威尔造山作用)在中祁连地块中的响应;第三组锆石(946~964 Ma)的n(^(206)Pb)/n(^(238)U)加权年龄为958±3 Ma(MSWD=1.4),代表英安质凝灰岩的形成时代。岩石地球化学分析表明,其它大坂组英安质晶屑岩屑凝灰岩样品属于过铝质(A/CNK=1.37~1.75)、高钾(K_(2)O>Na_(2)O,K_(2)O=4.48%~4.86%)、钙碱性(σ=0.89~1.26)火山岩,稀土总量为(149.7~156.4)×10^(-6),(La/Yb)_(N)为10.15~10.61,具负Eu异常(δEu=0.62~0.63),富集K、Rb、Ba、Th等大离子亲石元素,亏损Nb、Ti等高场强元素,显示出与岛弧钙碱性火山岩相似的特点,形成于活动大陆边缘环境,是中祁连地块中—新元古代早期Rodinia超大陆形成地质事件的响应。

磁化荷电液滴除尘机理及碰撞浸润煤尘数值仿真

为进一步改善液滴雾化润湿性能、提高微细粉尘防治效率,以疏水性晋城无烟煤煤尘为例,采用磁电耦合表面张力交叉实验、球形液滴-粉尘颗粒物碰撞Comsol两相流数值模拟及降尘效率对比实验相结合的手段,将液滴碰撞球形颗粒的动力学特征应用到喷雾降尘中,研究了磁化荷电液滴捕捉煤尘颗粒的动力学行为,揭示了磁化荷电水雾降尘机理。结果表明:磁化、荷电、磁电耦合作用对液滴浸润性改善能力大小关系为磁电耦合作用>荷电作用>磁化作用,且存在最佳耦合参数,在磁化强度为300 MT、荷电电压8 kV时,液滴表面张力达到最小值9.20 mN/m;在液滴与球形煤尘颗粒碰撞过程中,磁电耦合作用消除了相对碰撞速度和粒径比变化对液滴捕捉煤尘颗粒的不利影响,磁化荷电后的液滴在煤尘颗粒表面无回弹现象;相较于普通水滴,磁化荷电液滴更易分裂并产生卫星液滴,即雾化性能提高,微细液滴质量浓度增大,液滴与煤尘颗粒碰撞概率增大;磁化荷电液滴表面张力和黏度减小,在煤尘颗粒表面铺展范围扩大了44.98%,润湿性能显著提高。通过对比磁化荷电水雾与普通水雾的降尘效果,发现磁化荷电水雾全尘、呼吸性粉尘平均降尘效率分别达到94.07%、82.69%,其效率分别提高了39.16%、42.29%。

【研究目的】扎巧合蛇绿岩处于中祁连和南祁连构造带的结合部位,带内蛇绿岩组分由蛇纹岩、蛇纹石化辉橄岩、辉长岩,辉绿岩、块层状蚀变玄武岩,少量枕状玄武岩、透镜状硅质岩等组成,为拉脊山蛇绿混杂岩带在青海省内的西延部分。【研究方法】本文对扎巧合蛇绿岩中的辉长岩进行了年代学、岩石地球化学研究。【研究结果】辉长岩以主化学成分Si O_(2)、Na_(2)O、K_(2)O、(Fe_(2)O_(3)+Fe O)及MgO等的特征判断,为拉斑系列的辉长岩。从其REE分布模式看,铕无异常或弱负异常,说明岩石在熔融过程中经历了斜长石的分离结晶作用,稀土配分曲线为一条近似平直曲线;微量元素具明显的Ta和Sr正异常特征,表明本区蛇绿岩中辉长岩具有与E-MORB类似的特征。LA-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb测年结果显示辉长岩结晶年龄为(524.0±2.5)Ma。【结论】这些辉长岩起源于未发生大规模熔融的初始地幔,认为扎巧合蛇绿岩可能形成于古洋盆初始裂解阶段的洋脊环境。
