Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)can be cured by liver transplantation;however,perioperative complications still affect posttransplant *** recent years,early rehabilitation for critical illness,liver disease,and surgery have significantly improved organ reserve function,surgery tolerance,and postoperative quality of *** could also be applied in the perioperative period of liver transplantation in patients with ***,the transplantation Immunology Committee of Branch of organ transplantation Physician of Chinese medical doctor association,the organ Transplant Committee of China association Rehabilitation Medicine,and the guangdong medical doctor association of organ transplantation conducted a comprehensive review of rehabilitation in end-stage liver disease,critical illness and surgical patients by summarizing current evidence and best clinical practices and proposed a practice consensus on evaluation of cardiopulmonary and physical function,rehabilitation or physiotherapies,as well as the safety concerns in perioperative liver transplant *** will be a valuable resource for hepatologists,transplant surgeons,and intensivists as they care for ACLF patients during transplantation.

With the advent of the era of organ donation after citizen's death,split liver transplantation(SLT)can effectively increase the supply of donor livers and shorten the transplantation wait time for patients,especially pediatric *** recent years,SLT has been performed to varying degrees in many transplant centers in China,and varying levels of efficacy have been *** quality of donors and donor livers for SLT is an important factor affecting the outcome of the *** this stage,it is necessary to reach a consensus on the evaluation of SLT donor and liver donor that is suitable for the conditions in China by combining the well-established experience of the international community with advanced transplantation *** approach will aid in enhancing the efficacy of *** on the experience of experts,a consensus on the evaluation of donors and donor livers for SLT has been formulated in this study,which focuses on evaluation of donors and donor livers,evaluating the functional and anatomical aspects of the donor liver and donorerecipient matching.

With the dawn of organ donation after a citizen's death in China,the use of split-liver transplantation(SLT)can effectively increase the source of donor liver,reduce the waiting time for organ transplantation in patients,and particularly solve the problem of organ shortage in *** recent years,many transplantation centers have been performing SLT to varying degrees and *** the current stage,the experiences of countries with advanced transplantation techniques should be used to establish an SLT consensus that is suitable for China to further increase the ratio and efficacy of *** this paper,we combined expert experiences to generate an SLT expert consensus that included donor and donor liver evaluation,recipient selection criteria,donor and recipient matching,selection of splitting form and tools,blood vessels and bile ducts dissection and allocation,perioperative management of SLT,and organ allocation.

为了更好地将加速康复外科(ERAS)的理念用于优化重型肝炎的肝移植围手术期管理,达到减少并发症、促进患者快速康复的目的,中国医师协会器官移植分会移植免疫学组、中华医学会外科学分会手术学组、广东省医师协会器官移植医师分会组织专家制订了《加速康复外科优化重型肝炎肝移植围手术期管理临床实践的专家共识》。该共识从ERAS优化重型肝炎肝移植术前、术中、术后治疗策略3个方面,总结各移植中心的临床经验,提出相应的专家共识,希望为临床优化重型肝炎肝移植围手术期管理提供参考方案。

新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株已在我国大部分地区爆发流行。儿童是新型冠状病毒奥密克戎变异株的易感人群。多数儿童感染新型冠状病毒后主要表现为上呼吸道感染症状,其中咳嗽是最常见的症状之一。新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽不仅包括其感染导致的急性咳嗽、迁延性咳嗽及慢性咳嗽,还包括原来存在慢性咳嗽或原有慢性肺疾病的儿童在感染后诱发咳嗽或加重原有的咳嗽,由此对儿童身心产生巨大影响。新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽治疗因引起的病因不同而有所差异,不恰当治疗会延误病情、增加药物不良反应。目前国内还没有儿童新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽诊治的指南和共识,故制定本共识。本共识参考国内外最新研究成果以及新型冠状病毒感染诊疗方案(试行第十版),并结合临床诊治经验,阐述了新型冠状病毒感染相关咳嗽发病机制、病因以及不同病因的诊治要点,儿童镇咳、祛痰药的使用等,以期为儿科医师、全科医师以及临床药师等医务人员提供具体且可行的指导方案。
