Design and Properties of Fluoroelastomer Composites via Incorporation of MWCNTs with Varied Modification

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs)modified with silane coupling agent A-1120(MWCNTs-A1120)were *** with the raw MWCNTs,acidified MWCNTs(MWCNTs-COOH),and MWCNTs grafted with EDA(MWCNTs-NH2),MWCNTs-A1120 have the best dispersion in fluoroelastomer at the same doping ***,fluoroelastomer/MWCNTs-A1120 composite has the best mechanical properties with tensile strength of 13.92 MPa and elongation at break of 111.78%.Then,the effects of doping amount of MWCNTs-A1120 on the electrical properties of the composites were *** dielectric constant of the composite increases with the increase of MWCNTs-A1120,and the dielectric loss does not change much at the low doping amount such as 0.5 wt%.When the doping amount of MWCNTs-A1120 is 5 wt%,the dielectric constant and the dielectric loss value are greatly increased,and the volume resistivity is greatly decreased,which proves that the conductive network is formed in the composite,so the filling amount of 5 wt%is the percolation *** tensile deformation of the sample also affects the electrical properties of the *** the tensile deformation increases,the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the composite *** the composite with 5 wt%MWCNTs-A1120,excessive tensile deformation will destroy the conductive network structure of the composite,so the composite will change from conductive material to dielectric ***,such composite is a good candidate for flexible conductive material or flexible dielectric material used in harsh environments such as high temperatures and various aggressive solvents.

Mutual regulation between microRNA-373 and methyl-CpGbinding domain protein 2 in hilar cholangiocarcinoma

Light-sheet fluorescence microscopy(LSFM)has been widely used to image the three-dimensional(3D)structures and functions of various millimeter-size bio-specimen such as ***,the sample adsorption and scattering cause shading of the light-sheet illumination,preventing the even 3D image of thick ***,we report a continuous-rotational light-sheet microscope(CR-LSM)that enables simultaneous 3D bright-field and fluorescence *** a high-accuracy rotational stage,CR-LSM records the outline projections and the fluorescent images of the sample at multiple rotation ***,3D morphology and fluorescent structure were reconstructed with a developed *** CR-LSM,zebrafish’s whole-fish contour and blood vessel structures were obtained simultaneously.

Fresh-Keeping Decision and Coordination of Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Carbon Cap-and-Trade under Different Dominance

In the context of low carbon,this paper discussed the impact of the carbon cap-and-trade policy on the fresh-keeping decision-making of two-echelon fresh agricultural product supply chains under different dominance,and designed cost-sharing contracts to coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products dominated by suppliers and retailers *** results showed that:dominance has no effect on the fresh-keeping decision and total revenue of fresh agricultural product supply chain,but it affects the internal income distribution,and dominance does not always bring more benefits;the implementation of carbon cap-and-trade reduces the fresh-keeping decision-making of fresh agricultural products supply chain and reduces the free-rider income of followers;the role of higher carbon trading price is twofold,which not only brings about the speculation of leading enterprises,but also promotes the application of low-carbon technologies;consumers’high preference for freshness,low-cost and high-efficiency low-carbon technology are all conducive to improving the fresh-keeping efforts and benefits of the supply chain;cost-sharing contracts can coordinate the supply chain of fresh agricultural products.

Coherent link between a Ti:sapphire comb and a 1.5μm laser via nonlinear interaction in photonic crystal fiber

Optical clock networks have distinct advantages for the dissemination of time/frequency,geodesy,and fundamental *** realize such a network,the telecom band and optical atomic clocks have to be coherently *** the telecom band and optical atomic clocks reside in a distinct spectral region,second-harmonic generation is usually introduced to bridge the large frequency *** this paper,we introduce a new method to coherently link a 1550 nm continuous wave laser with a Ti:sapphire mode-locked laser-based optical frequency *** coupling the 1550 nm continuous wave laser light and the Ti:sapphire comb light together into a photonic crystal fiber,nonlinear interaction takes place,and new comblike frequency components related to the 1550 nm laser frequency are generated in the visible ***,we can detect beat notes between two combs in the visible region with a signal-to-noise ratio of more than 40 dB in a resolution bandwidth of300 *** this signal,we realize an optical frequency divider for converting the frequency of optical clocks in the visible region to the telecom band at 1.55μ*** out-of-loop measurement shows that the additional noise and uncertainty induced in optical frequency conversion are 5×10^(-18)at 1 s averaging time and 2.2×10^(-19),respectively,which are limited by the uncompensated light path fluctuation but fulfill precision measurement using state-of-the-art optical clocks.

Spatiotemporal dynamics of the social structure of Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins(Sousa chinensis)in Xiamen waters from 2007 to 2019

As highly social animals,Indo-Pacific humpback dolphins(Sousa chinensis)exhibit community ***,our understanding of the external and internal factors influencing these dynamics,as well as their spatiotemporal variations,is still *** the present study,variations in the social structure of an endangered Indo-Pacific humpback dolphin population in Xiamen Bay,China,were monitored over two distinct periods(2007–2010 and 2017–2019)to analyze the effects of habitat utilization and the composition of individuals within the *** both periods,the population demonstrated a strikingly similar pattern of social differentiation,characterized by the division of individuals into two main clusters and one small ***,the two primary clusters occupied the eastern and western waters,respectively,although the core distribution area of the eastern cluster shifted further eastward between the two *** this distribution shift,the temporal stability of the social structure and inter-associations within the eastern cluster remained unaffected.A subset of 16individuals observed in both periods,comprising 51.6%and 43.2%of the population in each respective period,emerged as a foundational element of the social structure and may be responsible for sustaining social structure stability,especially during the 2007–2010 *** observations suggest that the composition of dominant individuals,an internal factor,had a more substantial influence on the formation of the social network than changes in habitat use,an external ***,the study proposes distinct conservation measures tailored to each of the two main clusters.

Conduction-convection coupled heat transfer around a hollow cylinder under different buoyancy forces

In order to clarify the effect of a buoyancy force on conduction–convection coupled heat transfer in a hollow cylinder, the flow and thermal characteristics were analyzed using an RNG k-ε turbulence model. The Reynolds number was fixed at 1.014 × 10^(6), and the Rayleigh number varied from 1.122 × 10^(10)to 1.088 × 10^(11). Results have shown that, when considering the effect of an opposed buoyancy force, increasing the Rayleigh number has a positive impact on the rate of change and uniformity of the cylinder temperature. The temperature distributions along the axial and circumferential directions are similar for different Rayleigh numbers, but extreme values *** the axial direction, the maximum temperature is obtained at the interface between the variable-diameter part and the constant-diameter part. The maximum dimensionless temperature value decreases to 0.12 when the Rayleigh number increases to 1.088 × 10^(11). Along the circumferential direction, the temperature distribution is affected by the buoyancy force, which results in the temperature of the upper part being higher than that of the lower part. After nondimensionalization of the temperature and time, a correlation was proposed to illustrate the transient heat transfer process quantitatively. The standard deviation of the maximum relative temperature, representing the temperature uniformity, was also calculated. It was found that the difference in the direction of the buoyancy force made a huge difference. Compared with the opposed buoyancy force, the maximum dimensionless temperature is almost two times higher with an assisted buoyancy force. Similarly, the heat transfer coefficient with an assisted buoyancy force is half of that with an opposed buoyancy force. Overall, an assisted buoyancy force plays a negative role in terms of thermal characteristics. The flow field around the hollow cylinder was also illustrated to reveal the mechanism of the buoyancy force on magnitude and direction aspects

Highly Thermoconductive,Strong Graphene‑Based Composite Films by Eliminating Nanosheets Wrinkles

Graphene-based thermally conductive composites have been proposed as effective thermal management materials for cooling high-power electronic ***,when flexible graphene nanosheets are assembled into macroscopic thermally conductive composites,capillary forces induce shrinkage of graphene nanosheets to form wrinkles during solution-based spontaneous drying,which greatly reduces the thermal conductivity of the ***,graphene nanosheets/aramid nanofiber(GNS/ANF)composite films with high thermal conductivity were prepared by in-plane stretching of GNS/ANF composite hydrogel networks with hydrogen bonds andπ-π*** in-plane mechanical stretching eliminates graphene nanosheets wrinkles by suppressing inward shrinkage due to capillary forces during drying and achieves a high in-plane orientation of graphene nanosheets,thereby creating a fast in-plane heat transfer *** composite films(GNS/ANF-60 wt%)with eliminated graphene nanosheets wrinkles showed a significant increase in thermal conductivity(146 W m^(−1)K^(−1))and tensile strength(207 MPa).The combination of these excellent properties enables the GNS/ANF composite films to be effectively used for cooling flexible LED chips and smartphones,showing promising applications in the thermal management of high-power electronic devices.

Cuproptosis mediates copper-induced testicular spermatogenic cell death

In the natural world,leaf-cutting ants cause vibrations through their mutual scraping of file-scraper *** this study,we designed a Biomimetic Ultrasonic Exciter(BUE)that imitates leaf-cutting *** operating characteristics of the BUE were studied through experimental testing and finite element *** results showed that the BUE could generate stable ultrasonic vibrations,and that the excitation frequency only needed to be half the Output Frequency(OF).This frequency-doubling phenomenon was conducive to achieving BUE *** further explore the phenomenon of frequency-doubling vibration output,this study designed scrapers of five different sizes,conducted excitation and first-order natural frequency measurement tests,and the corresponding finite element *** was found that each scraper could operate in frequency-doubling mode,but the operating frequency and natural mode frequencies did not correspond with one *** further explicate experimental and simulation results,a two-degrees-of-freedom vibration model was *** was evident that the contact relationship between the dentate disc and scraper introduced strong nonlinear factors into the system,accounting for the frequency-doubling phenomenon and the difference between the BUE’s operating and mode *** BUE could be expected to facilitate the production of high-power micro-ultrasonic generators and has potential application value in the fields of mechanical processing,industrial production,and medical health.
