Magnetic field and microorganisms are important factors influencing the stress corrosion cracking(SCC)of buried oil and gas pipelines. Once SCC occurs in buried pipelines, it will cause serious hazards to the soil environment. The SCC behavior of X80 pipeline steel under the magnetic field and sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB) environment was investigated by immersion tests, electrochemical tests, and slow strain rate tensile(SSRT) tests. The results showed that the corrosion and SCC sensitivity of X80 steel decreased with increasing the magnetic field strength in the sterile environment. The SCC sensitivity was higher in the biotic environment inoculated with SRB, but it also decreased with increasing magnetic field strength, which was due to the magnetic field reduces microbial activity and promotes the formation of dense film layer. This work provided theoretical guidance on the prevention of SCC in pipeline steel under magnetic field and SRB coexistence.

Objective:This study aimed to explore safflower injection(SI)for constituents with activity against ischemic stroke using a combination of chemical analysis and a network pharmacology *** and Methods:The main ingredients of SI were comprehensively identified using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry,and the core targets and pathways associated with stroke were predicted using PharmMapper and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes *** software was used to visualize and analyze the active compound-target-pathway network of SI regulating ischemic ***:A total of76 chemical compounds were identified from the SI sample,including 63,which regulated 88 targets that were ultimately enriched in 12 key ischemia stroke-related signaling ***-3-O-sophoroside,kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside,carthamoside B6,neoeriocitrin,and6-hydroxykaempferol-3-O-rutinoside-6-O-glucoside were determined to be important for stroke treatment because they had a higher degree value in the network than other constituents ***,the characteristic components isolated from SI showed protective effect mainly by acting on multiple targets including AKT1,epidermal growth factor receptor,transforming growth factor-beta receptor(TGFBR),Ras homolog,mTORC1 binding,caspase 3,and glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta,which were involved in different signaling pathways including phosphoinositide 3-kinase-Akt,mitogen-activated protein kinase,neurotrophin,ErbB,mechanistic target of rapamycin,and tumor necrosis ***:This study proposed a network pharmacology and chemical component profiling strategy for the systematic understanding of the therapeutic material basis of using SI against ischemic stroke.

A surfactant modified zeolite（ SMZ）, i. e. , a zeolite modified by using hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide （HDTMA） was used to remove fulvic acids（FA） from aqueous solution. The effects of the relevant parameters, such as the loading level of HDTMA, the contact time, the initial FA concentration, the pH, and the types of the metal carious and organics were examined. The results show that SMZ with an HDTMA loading-level of 120% of the external cation exchange capacity（ECEC） of zeolite exhibits the best performance. Although the removal of fulvic acids by SMZ occurs rapidly within the first 30 min of the contact time, a contact time of at least 4 h is required to attain the adsorption equilibrium. The removal capacity of FA by SMZ decreases with the increase of the initial FA concentration. The pH has an effect on the FA removal efficiency because it can influence the characteristics of the FA molecules. The removal of FA is considerably enhanced by Ca^2＋ or Mg^2＋ ions and is adversely affected by phenol or pentachlorophenol（PCP）. Under the optimum conditions, 98% of FA could be removed by SMZ. Furthermore, the desorption of FA and the regeneration of SMZ were studied. The results show that a 30% ethanol solution is sufficient for the regeneration of SMZ.

Objective:Ginkgo biloba leaves,as an herbal medicine or dietary supplement,have been widely used *** this study,an integrated analytical method was established for the comprehensive analysis of flavonoids in *** *** and Methods:A practical chromatographic method combining high-performance liquid chromatography fingerprint analysis and quantitation was used to simultaneously determine 11 flavonoids(6 flavonol glycosides and 5 biflavones)in *** leaves from different ***:A total of 11 characteristic peaks were identified accurately,and the similarity of fingerprints ranged from 0.944 to *** validation revealed appropriate linearity(R^(2)≥0.9997),precision,repeatability,stability,and *** total contents of the six flavonol glycosides and five biflavones were within the range of 2.142-8.378 mg/g and 3.759-5.675 mg/g in 19 batches of samples,*** them,two coumaroyl flavonol glycosides were the predominant ***:In this study,a convenient and reliable approach was successfully employed for the comprehensive evaluation of flavonoids in *** leaves,which also provided a reference for its quality standard.

Background： Disrupted Ca2＋ homeostasis contributes to the development of colonic dysmotility in ulcerative colitis （UC）, but the underlying mechanisms are unknown. This study aimed to examine the alteration of colonic smooth muscle （SM） Ca2＋ signaling and Ca2＋ handling proteins in a rat model of dextran sulfate sodium （DSS）-induced UC. Methods： Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into control （n = 18） and DSS （n = 17） groups. Acute colitis was induced by 5% DSS in the drinking water for 7 days. Contractility of colonic SM strips （controls, n = 8 and DSS, n = 7） was measured in an organ bath. Cytosolic resting Ca2＋ levels （n = 3 in each group） and Ca2＋ transients （n = 3 in each group） were measured in single colonic SM cells. Ca2＋ handling protein expression was determined by Western blotting （n = 4 in each group）. Differences between control and DSS groups were analyzed by a two-sample independent t-test. Results： Average tension and amplitude of spontaneous contractions of colonic muscle strips were significantly enhanced in DSS-treated rats compared with controls （1.25 ± 0.08 g vs. 0.96 - 0.05 g, P = 0.007; and 2.67 - 0.62 g vs. 0.52 ±0.10 g, P= 0.013）. Average tensions of carbachol-evoked contractions were much weaker in the DSS group （1.08 ±0.10 g vs. 1.80 ±0.19 g, P = 0.006）. Spontaneous Ca2＋ transients were observed in more SM cells from DSS-treated rats （15/30 cells） than from controls （5/36 cells）. Peak caffeine-induced intracellular Ca2＋ release was lower in SM cells of DSS-treated rats than controls （0.413 ±0.046 vs. 0.548 ±0.041, P = 0.033）. Finally, several Ca2＋ handling proteins in colonic SM were altered by DSS treatment, including sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium-transporting ATPase 2a downregulation and phospholamban and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptor 1 upregulation. Conclusions： Impaired intracellular Ca2＋ signaling of colonic SM, caused by alteration of Ca2＋ handing proteins, contribute to colonic dysmotility in DSS-induced UC.

Multiphysics simulation and optimization of the in-situ beneficiation process of ilmenite minerals from lunar regolith

The exploration and utilization of lunar resources have become the major objectives of future lunar exploration missions. The classified collection and processing of lunar minerals is the basic prerequisite for the in-situ exploration and utilization of lunar resources. In this study, we propose a scheme for in-situ separation of magnetic minerals from lunar soils using the dry magnetic separation method. The scheme can realize the purpose of separating magnetic minerals from lunar regolith by altering the motion trajectory of lunar regolith particles with different magnetic properties. Detailed modeling of the dry magnetic separation device is conducted, and the three-dimensional distribution of magnetic parameters is calculated and analyzed. Based on the characterization and analysis of the Chang E-5's samples, the morphologies and physical parameters of lunar regolith particles are modeled and simulated. A discrete element simulation of the motion process of lunar regolith particles under multi-physical field conditions is performed, and the influences of key parameters on the beneficiation performance of lunar magnetic minerals are investigated. Our results indicate that optimal separation and beneficiation of lunar regolith particles can be achieved under specific conditions of magnetic field strength and drum speed. Additionally, we analyze the effects of lunar weak gravity conditions and the charged nature of lunar particles on the beneficiation process, showing that these factors can obviously enhance the beneficiation process of lunar ilmenites. This study demonstrates the feasibility of using the dry magnetic separation method for the beneficiation of magnetic minerals from lunar regolith, providing a theoretical basis for the scientific tasks of collecting, processing, and utilizing lunar mineral resources.

Convertible hydrogel supercapacitors have emerged as promising energy storage devices in switches,diodes, and transistors. However, inherent weaknesses in ionic conductivity, mechanical properties,and water retention of hydrogel electrolytes seriously hinder their development. Inspired by the hardness conversion of sea cucumber skin, a conductivity and mechanics dual-tunable salt gel electrolyte is successfully designed. The salt gel presents a reversible switching of conductors-insulators and a mechanical regulation between softness and hardness via the dissolution-crystallization transition of sodium acetate trihydrate（SAT）. Meanwhile, the salt gels spontaneously grow a layer of “armor” through saturated phase-change salt crystals effectively reducing water evaporation of hydrogel ***, this phase-change soft-rigid conversion strategy will expand the capabilities of gel-based flexible supercapacitors(area capacitance: 258.6 mF cm-2), and the capacitance retention rate could still reach 86.9% after 3000 cycles at high temperatures. Moreover, the salt gel supercapacitor is potentially used in over-heat alarm systems. It is anticipated that the strategy of conductivity and mechanics of dual-tunable salt gel would provide a new perspective on the development of energy storage devices,wearable electronics, and flexible robots.
