Silk fibroin （SF） is a kind of natural polymers with a great potential in biomedical application. Due to its good biocompatibility, biodegradability and minimal inflammatory reaction, SF is an excellent candidate for generating tissue engineering scaffolds. Electrospinning is a simple and effective method to fabricate nanofibers, which has several amazing characteristics such as very large surface area to volume ratio, flexibility in surface functionalities, and superior mechanical performance. The electro- spun nanofibers from SF and its blends have been used for varied tissue engineering. This paper will give a brief review about the structure, properties and applications of SF and blend nanofibers via electrospinning.

针对现有智能合约漏洞检测方法准确率低以及对合约源代码特征提取不足的问题,该文提出一种基于预训练BERT模型(Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformer,BERT)和混合神经网络串行的智能合约漏洞检测方案SCVD-PBHNN。首先,对源代码进行数据预处理,去除冗余信息,保留源代码中的关键语句信息;其次,利用BERT模型替换了传统的静态词嵌入模型,深入挖掘智能合约源代码的语义特征;然后,结合文本卷积神经网络(Text Convolutional Neural Network,TextCNN)和双向长短期记忆网络(Bi-directional Long Short-Term Memory,BiLSTM)混合神经网络构建特征提取层,对传入的词向量进行训练,充分提取源代码上下文信息和局部关键特征;最后,通过激活函数对特征向量进行归一化处理,实现漏洞检测与识别。实验结果表明,该方案在准确率、精确率、召回率以及F1值等评价指标上相比已有方案均有明显提升,能准确识别四种常见的漏洞,准确率分别为94.40%、93.72%、96.29%、93.53%。

Predicting long-term potential human health risks from contaminants in the multimedia environment requires the use of models. However, there is uncertainty associated with these predictions of many parameters which can be represented by ranges or probability distributions rather than single value. Based on a case study with information from an actual site contaminated with benzene, this study describes the application of MMSOILS model to predict health risk and distributions of those predictions generated using Monte Carlo techniques. A sensitivity analysis was performed to evaluate which of the random variables are most important in producing the predicted distributions of health risks. The sensitivity analysis shows that the predicted distributions can be accurately reproduced using a small subset of the random variables. The practical implication of this analysis is the ability to distinguish between important versus unimportant random variables in terms of their sensitivity to selected endpoints. This directly translates into a reduction in data collection and modeling effort. It was demonstrated that how correlation coefficient could be used to evaluate contributions to overall uncertainty from each parameter. The integrated uncertainty analysis shows that although drinking groundwater risk is similar with inhalation air risk, uncertainties of total risk come dominantly from drinking groundwater route. Most percent of the variance of total risk comes from four random variables.

Simultaneous realization of superior mechanical and antifouling properties is critical for a coating. The use of stereoscopic polysiloxanes in place of linear polysiloxanes to fabricate antifouling coatings can combine properties of organic and inorganic materials, i.e., they can exhibit both high hardness and wear resistance from inorganic components as well as the flexibility and tunability from organic components. This strategy is used to prepare hard yet flexible antifouling coatings or polymer-ceramic hybrid antifouling coatings. In this mini-review, we report the recent advances in this field. Particularly, the effects of stereoscopic polysiloxane structures on their mechanical and antifouling properties are discussed in detail.

Recently,low-cost desktop three-dimensional(3D)printers,employing the fused deposition modeling(FDM)technique,have gained widespread ***,most users cannot test the strength of printed parts,and little information is available about the mechanical properties of printed high-impact polystyrene(HIPS)parts using desktop 3D *** this study,the user-adjustable parameters of desktop 3D printers,such as crisscross raster orientation,layer thickness,and infill density,were *** experimental plans were designed using the Box-Behnken method,and tensile,3-point bending,and compression tests were carried out to determine the mechanical responses of the printed *** prediction models of the process parameters were regressed to produce the optimal combination of process *** experimental results showcase that the crisscross raster orientation has significant effects on the flexural and compression strengths,but not on the tensile *** an increase in the layer thickness,the tensile,flexural,and compression strengths first decreased and then increased,reaching their minimum values at approximately 0.16 mm layer *** addition,they all increased with an increase of infill *** was demonstrated that when the raster orientation,layer thickness,and infill density were 13.08°/–76.92°,0.09 mm,and 80%,respectively,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the printed HIPS were *** results can help end-users of desktop 3D printers understand the effects of process parameters on the mechanical properties,and offer practical suggestions for setting proper printing parameters for fabricating HIPS parts.

Performance Evaluation of Short Parabolic Trough Collectors Integrated with a Small-Scale Solar Power and Heating System

An investigation is presented on the performance of a small-scale solar power and heating system with short parabolic trough collectors(PTCs). The steady-state model of the short PTCs is evaluated with outside experiments. The model mainly contains the heat loss of the receiver, the peak optical efficiency and the incident angle factor consisting of incident angle modifier and end loss. It is found that the end loss effect is essential in this model when the length of the PTCs is less than 48 m, especially in the winter. The standard deviation of the steady-state model is 1.4%. Moreover, the potential energy efficiency ratio of the solar power and heating system is considerably larger than the coefficient of performance(COP) of general air-source heat pumps, and increases with the decrease of the condensation temperature. An overall system efficiency of 49% can be reached. Lastly,the existence of a water storage tank improves the flexibility of heating the building, and the volume of the water storage tank decreases with the increase of the heating water temperature.
