Entity matching (EM) identifies records referring to the same entity within or across databases. Existing methods using structured attribute values (such as digital, date or short string values) may fail when the structured information is not enough to reflect the matching relationships between records. Nowadays more and more databases may have some unstructured textual attribute containing extra consolidated textual information (CText) of the record, but seldom work has been done on using the CText for EM. Conventional string similarity metrics such as edit distance or bag-of-words are unsuitable for measuring the similarities between CText since there are hundreds or thousands of words with each piece of CText, while existing topic models either cannot work well since there are no obvious gaps between topics in CText. In this paper, we propose a novel cooccurrence-based topic model to identify various sub-topics from each piece of CText, and then measure the similarity between CText on the multiple sub-topic dimensions. To avoid ignoring some hidden important sub-topics, we let the crowd help us decide weights of different sub-topics in doing EM. Our empirical study on two real-world datasets based on Amzon Mechanical Turk Crowdsourcing Platform shows that our method outperforms the state-of-the-art EM methods and Text Understanding models.

A point of interest （POI） is a specific point location that someone may find useful. With the development of urban modernization, a large number of functional organized POI groups （FOPGs）, such as shopping malls, electronic malls, and snacks streets, are springing up in the city. They have a great influence on people＇s lives. We aim to discover functional organized POI groups for spatial keyword recommendation because FOPGs-based recommendation is superior to POIs-based recommendation in efficiency and flexibility. To discover FOPGs, we design clustering algorithms to obtain organized POI groups （OPGs） and utilize OPGs-LDA （Latent Dirichlet Allocation） model to reveal functions of OPGs for further recommendation. To the best of our knowledge, we are the first to study functional organized POI groups which have important applications in urban planning and social marketing.

Surface-tension-confined microfluidic devices are platforms for manipulating 2D droplets based on patterned surfaces with special *** have great potential for various applications,but are still in the early stages of development and face some challenges that need to be *** study,inspired by the Wenzel and slippery transition of rose petal,develops a Patterned Oil-triggered Wenzel-slippery Surface(POWS)to examine the microfluidic devices.A laser-chemical composite method is established to fabricate POWSs,which take rose-petal-like microstructures as wettability pattern and a superamphiphobic surface as the *** prepared POWSs switched between high adhesion superhydrophobic state and the slippery liquid-infused surface state through adding or removing the lubricant *** the high adhesion superhydrophobic state,the droplets can be sticked on the *** the slippery liquid-infused state,the droplet can slide along the wettability pattern as the designed route.A POWS-based droplet reactor is further constructed,on which,the droplets can be remotely controlled to move,mix and react,as *** a POWS,which manipulates droplets with surface tension controlled by the switchable wettability patterns,would be a promising candidate to construct multiple surface-tension-confined microfluidic *** addition,the fabrication technique and design principle proposed here may aid the development of various field related to the bio-inspired surfaces,such as water collection,desalination and high throughput analysis,etc.

A metamaterial vibration isolator,termed as wave-insulating isolator,is proposed,which preserves enough load-bearing capability and offers ultra-low and broad bandgaps for greatly enhanced wave *** consists of plate-shaped metacells,whose symmetric and antisymmetric local resonant modes offer several low and broad mode bandgaps although the complete bandgap remains high and *** bandgap mechanisms,vibration isolation properties,effects of key parameters,and robustness to complex conditions are *** experimentally demonstrated,the wave-insulating isolator can improve the vibration insulation in the ranges of[50 Hz,180 Hz]and[260 Hz,400 Hz]by 15 dB and 25 dB,respectively,in contrast to the conventional isolator with the same first resonant frequency.

Enzymatic hydrolysis of proteins can enhance their emulsifying properties and antioxidant ***,the problem related to the hydrolysis of proteins was the generation of the bitter ***,high hydrostatic pressure(HHP)treatment has attracted much interest and has been used in several studies on protein ***,the study aimed to investigate the effects of enzymatic hydrolysis by Corolase PP under different pressure treatments(0.1,100,200,and 300 MPa for 1-5 h at 50℃)on the emulsifying property,antioxidant activity,and bitterness of soybean protein isolate hydrolysate(SPIH).As observed,the hydrolysate obtained at 200 MPa for 4 h had the highest emulsifying activity index(47.49 m^(2)/g)and emulsifying stability index(92.98%),and it had higher antioxidant activities(44.77%DPPH free radical scavenging activity,31.12%superoxide anion radical scavenging activity,and 61.50%copper ion chelating activity).At the same time,the enhancement of emulsion stability was related to the increase of zeta potential and the decrease of mean particle *** addition,the hydrolysate obtained at 200 MPa for 4 h had a lower bitterness value and showed better *** study has a broad application prospect in developing food ingredients and healthy foods.

Quantitative contributions of climate change and human activities to vegetation dynamics in the Zoige Plateau from 2001 to 2020

Climate change and human activities such as overgrazing and rapid development of tourism simultaneously affected the vegetation of the Zoige ***,the spatiotemporal variations of vegetation and the relative contributions of climate change and human activities to these vegetation dynamics remain ***,clarifying how and why the vegetation on the Zoige Plateau changed can provide a scientific basis for the sustainable development of the ***,we investigate NDVI trends using the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index(NDVI)as an indicator of vegetation greenness and distinguish the relative effects of climate changes and human activities on vegetation changes by utilizing residual trend analysis and the *** find a tendency of vegetation greening from 2001 to 2020,with significant greening accounting for 21.44%of the entire ***,browning area expanded rapidly after *** temperatures are the primary driver of vegetation changes in the Zoige *** variations and human activities were responsible for 65.57%and 34.43%of vegetation greening,and 39.14%and 60.86%of vegetation browning,respectively,with browning concentrated along the Yellow,Black and White *** to 2001-2010,the inhibitory effect of human activity and climate fluctuations on vegetation grew dramatically between 2011 and 2020.

Natural fractures are critical for shale oil and gas enrichment and development. Due to the extremely high heterogeneity of shale, the factors controlling the formation of internal fractures, especially horizontal fractures, remain controversial. In this study, we integrate thin section analysis and microcomputed tomography(CT) data from several lacustrine shale samples from the third member(Es3) of the Shahejie Formation, Qikou Sag, Bohai Bay Basin, to assess the fractures in detail. The goal is to reveal the development characteristics, controlling factors, and geological significance for evaluating sweet spots in a shale oil play. The fractures in the Es3contain high-angle structural and horizontal bed-parallel fractures that are mostly shear and extensional. Various factors influence fracture development,including lithofacies, mineral composition, organic matter content, and the number of laminae. Structural fractures occur predominantly in siltstone, whereas bed-parallel fractures are abundant in laminated shale and layered mudstone. A higher quartz content results in higher shale brittleness, causing fractures, whereas the transformation between clay minerals contributes to the development of bedparallel fractures. Excess pore pressure due to hydrocarbon generation and expulsion during thermal advance can cause the formation of bed-parallel fractures. The density of the bed-parallel and structural fractures increases with the lamina density, and the bed-parallel fractures are more sensitive to the number of laminae. The fractures are critical storage spaces and flow conduits and are indicative of sweet spots. The laminated shale in the Es3with a high organic matter content contains natural fractures and is an organic-rich, liquid-rich, self-sourced shale play. Conversely, the siltstone, massive mudstone, and argillaceous carbonate lithofacies contain lower amounts of organic matter and do not have bed-parallel fractures. Transparent solar-blind ultraviolet photodetectors(SBUV PDs)have extensive applications in versatile scenarios,such as optical ***,it is still challenging to simultaneously achieve high responsivity,high transparency,and satisfying self-powered ***,we demonstrated high-performance,transparent,and self-powered photoelectrochemical-type(PEC)SBUV PDs based on vertically grown ultrathin In_(2)O_(3) nanosheet arrays(NAs)with a three-dimensional(3D)porous *** 3D porous structure simultaneously improves the transmittance in the visible light region,accelerates interfacial reaction kinetics,and promotes photogenerated carrier *** performance of In_(2)O_(3) NAs photoanodes exceeds most reported self-powered PEC SBUV PDs,exhibiting a high transmittance of approximately 80%in the visible light region,a high responsivity of 86.15 mA/W for 254 nm light irradiation,a fast response speed of 15/18 ms,and good multicycle *** In_(2)O_(3) NAs also show excellent spectral selectivity with an ultrahigh solar-blind rejection ratio of 1319.30,attributed to the quantum confinement effect induced by the ultrathin feature(2-3 nm).Furthermore,In_(2)O_(3) NAs photoanodes show good capability in underwater optical *** work demonstrated that a 3D porous structure is a powerful strategy to synchronously achieve high responsivity and transparency and provides a new perspective for designing high-performance,transparent,and self-powered PEC SBUV PDs.

In this paper,a W-band broadband vialess microstrip(MS)-to-MS vertical transition in multilayer liquid crystal polymer(LCP)substrate is presented,which consists of two MS lines in the top layer,a common ground plane and slotline resonators in the second layer,and a close-loop transmission-line in the third *** increase the passband of the vialess vertical transition,an H-shaped slotline resonator is introduced,which greatly improves the impedance performance of the slotline resonator,and the full-wave simulated results indicate that insertion loss(IL)is less than 2 dB and return loss(RL)is better than 10 dB at *** verify this design,the broadband vertical transition is fabricated and *** measured results indicate that a broadband vertical transition with RL better than 10 dB and IL less than 5.67 dB can be obtained in the frequency range from 70.00 GHz to 104.09 *** to the fabrication error in the preparation process,the measured results are deteriorated compared to the simulated results,and the investigation indicates that the deviation is caused by the thickness error of the LCP substrate.
