Dt1 inhibits SWEET-mediated sucrose transport to regulate photoperiod-dependent seed weight in soybean

Soybean is a photoperiod-sensitive short-day crop whose reproductive period and yield are markedly affected by day-length *** weight is one of the key traits determining the soybean yield;how-ever,the prominent genes that control the final seed weight of soybean and the mechanisms underlying the photoperiod's effect on this trait remain poorly *** this study,we identify SwW19 as a major locus controlling soybean seed weight by QTL mapping and determine Dt1,an orthologous gene of Arabidopsis TFL1 that is known to govern the soybean growth habit,as the causal gene of the SW19 *** showed that Dt1 is highly expressed in developing seeds and regulates photoperiod-dependent seed weight in *** analyses revealed that the Dt1 protein physically interacts with the sucrose transporter GmSWEET10a to negatively regulate the import of sucrose from seed coat to the embryo,thus modulating seed weight under long ***,Dt1 does not function in seed development under short days due to its very low ***,we discovered a novel natural allelic variant of Dt1(H4 haplotype)that decouples its pleiotropic effects on seed size and growth habit;i.e.,this variant remains functional in seed development but fails to regulate the stem growth habit of ***,our findings provide new insights into how soybean seed development responds to photoperiod at different latitudes,offering an ideal genetic component for improving soybean's yield by manipulating its seed weightandgrowth habit.

Passive IoT Localization Technology Based on SD-PDOA in NLOS and Multi-Path Environments

Addressing the challenges of passive Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)indoor localization technology in Non-Line-of-Sight(NLoS)and multipath environments,this paper presents an innovative approach by introducing a combined technology integrating an improved Kalman Filter with Space Domain Phase Difference of Arrival(SD-PDOA)and Received Signal Strength Indicator(RSSI).This methodology utilizes the distinct channel characteristics in multipath and NLoS contexts to effectively filter out interference and accurately extract localization information,thereby facilitating high precision and stability in passive RFID *** efficacy of this approach is demonstrated through detailed simulations and empirical tests conducted on a custom-built experimental platform consisting of passive RFID tags and an R420 *** findings are significant:in NLoS conditions,the four-antenna localization system achieved a notable localization accuracy of 0.25 m at a distance of 5 *** complex multipath environments,this system achieved a localization accuracy of approximately 0.5 m at a distance of 5 *** compared to conventional passive localization methods,our proposed solution exhibits a substantial improvement in indoor localization accuracy under NLoS and multipath *** research provides a robust and effective technical solution for high-precision passive indoor localization in the Internet of Things(IoT)system,marking a significant advancement in the field.

Association of Serum Folate and Vitamin B_(12) Concentrations with Obesity in Chinese Children and Adolescents

Objective This study aimed to evaluate the associations of serum folate and/or vitamin B12 concentrations with obesity among Chinese children and *** A cross-sectional study was conducted including 3,079 Chinese children and adolescents,aged 6 to 17 years,from jiangsu,*** indices,such as,children's body mass index(BMI),BMI z-scores,waist circumference,and waist-to-height ratio were *** linear regression and generalized additive models were used to investigate the associations of serum folate and vitamin B12 levels with anthropometric indices and odds of *** We observed that serum vitamin B12 concentrations were inversely associated with all anthropometric indices and the odds of general obesity[odds ratio(OR)=0.68;95%confidence interval(CI)=0.59,0.78]and abdominal obesity(OR=0.68;95%CI=0.60,0.77).When compared to participants with both serum vitamin levels in the two middle quartiles,those with both serum folate and vitamin B12 levels in the highest quartile were less prone to general(OR=0.31,95%CI=0.19,0.50)or abdominal obesity(OR=0.46,95%CI=0.31,0.67).Conversely,participants with vitamin B12 levels in the lowest quartile alongside folate levels in the highest quartile had higher odds of abdominal obesity(OR=2.06,95%CI=1.09,3.91).Conclusion Higher serum vitamin B12 concentrations,but not serum folate concentrations,were associated with lower odds of childhood *** and adolescents with high levels of vitamin B12 and folate were less likely to be obese.

Geant4 simulation of fast-electron bremsstrahlung imaging at the HL-3 tokamak

To further research on high-parameter plasma, we plan to develop a two-dimensional hard X-ray (HXR) imaging system at the HL-3 tokamak to measure HXRs with energies ranging from 20 to 300 keV. The application of an array-structured detector ensures that this system can measure HXR-radiation spectra from the entire plasma cross section. Therefore, it is suitable for the study of fast-electron physics, such as radio-frequency wave current drives, fast electrons driving instabilities, and plasma disruptions in fusion research. In this study, we develop a simulation for calculating fast-electron bremsstrahlung in the HL-3 tokamak based on the Monte Carlo simulation code Geant4, in which the plasma geometry and forward scattering of fast-electron bremsstrahlung are considered. The preliminary calculation results indicate that the HXR energy deposition on the detector is symmetrically distributed, even though the plasma distribution is asymmetric owing to the toroidal effect. These simulation results are helpful in constructing the relationship between the energy deposition on the detector and parameter distribution on the plasma cross section during HL-3 experiments. This is beneficial for the reconstruction of the fast-electron-distribution function and for optimizing the design of the HXR-imaging system.

性别刻板印象作为一种社会认知,是人们对男性和女性的特征、属性和行为的普遍信念。在社会变迁的宏大背景下,研究者通过传统方法(过去-现在-未来评价范式、横断序列设计、横断历史元分析)和新近技术(词嵌入)探讨了性别刻板印象变迁。虽然有少许研究声称性别刻板印象未随时间发生变化,但大部分研究基于社会角色理论,都支持性别刻板印象已随时间发生变迁。变迁模式主要表现为:认为女性在男性化特征(如能动性)上不断增长,而男性在女性化特征上(如共生性)可能有所增长。这些变迁对缩小经济上的性别差异具有积极作用,但也可能会给家庭和健康带来消极后果。未来研究应在多学科交叉、多方法融合的基础上,以细化方式、网络视角去考察性别刻板印象变迁,尤其要重视在中国文化背景下对该主题的探究。

Widely-wavelength-tunable brillouin fiber laser with improved optical signal-to-noise ratio based on parity-time symmetric and saturable absorption effect

A widely-wavelength-tunable Brillouin fiber laser(BFL)with improved optical signal-to-noise ratio(OSNR)based on parity-time(PT)symmetric and saturable absorption(SA)effect is *** novel BFL realizes PT symmetry and SA effect through polarization-maintaining erbium-doped fiber(PM-EDF)Sagnac loop,which is composed of a PM-EDF,a coupler and two polarization controllers(PCs).By using the inherent birefringence characteristic of PM-EDF,two feedback loops in orthogonal polarization state are formed when the Strokes signal in *** of these loops provides gain in the clockwise direction with in the Sagnac loop,while the other loop generates loss in the counterclockwise *** adjusting the PCs to control the polarization state of the PM-EDF,a single-longitudinal-mode(SLM)BFL can be achieved,as the PT symmetry is broken when the SA participating stimulated Brillouin scattering(SBS)gain and loss are well-matched and the gain surpasses the coupling *** to previous BFLs,the proposed BFL has a more streamlined structure and a wider wavelength tunable range,at the same time,it is not being limited by the bandwidth of the erbium-doped fiber amplifier while still maintaining narrow linewidth SLM ***,thanks to SA effect of the PM-EDF,the PT symmetric SBS gain contract is enhanced,resulting in a higher optical signal-to-noise(OSNR).The experimental results show that the laser has a wide tunable range of 1526.088 nm to 1565.498 nm,an improved OSNR of 77 dB,and a fine linewidth as small as 140.5 Hz.

A graph deep learning method for landslide displacement prediction based on global navigation satellite system positioning

The accurate prediction of displacement is crucial for landslide deformation monitoring and early *** study focuses on a landslide in Wenzhou Belt Highway and proposes a novel multivariate landslide displacement prediction method that relies on graph deep learning and Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)*** model the graph structure of the monitoring system based on the engineering positions of the GNSS monitoring points and build the adjacent matrix of graph *** construct the historical and predicted time series feature matrixes using the processed temporal data including GNSS displacement,rainfall,groundwater table and soil moisture content and the graph *** introduce the state-of-the-art graph deep learning GTS(Graph for Time Series)model to improve the accuracy and reliability of landslide displacement prediction which utilizes the temporal-spatial dependency of the monitoring *** approach outperforms previous studies that only learned temporal features from a single monitoring point and maximally weighs the prediction performance and the priori graph of the monitoring *** proposed method performs better than SVM,XGBoost,LSTM and DCRNN models in terms of RMSE(1.35 mm),MAE(1.14 mm)and MAPE(0.25)evaluation metrics,which is provided to be effective in future landslide failure early warning.

Enhanced degradation of florfenicol by microscale SiC/Fe:Dechlorination via hydrogenolysis

Without intervention,a considerable proportion of patients with metabolism‐associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)will progress from simple steatosis to metabolism‐associated steatohepatitis(MASH),liver fibrosis,and even hepatocellular ***,the molecular mechanisms that control progressive MAFLD have yet to be fully ***,we unraveled that the expression of the N6-methyladenosine(m6A)methyltransferase METTL14 is remarkably downregulated in the livers of both patients and several murine models of MAFLD,whereas hepatocyte-specific depletion of this methyltransferase aggravated lipid accumulation,liver injury,and ***,hepatic Mettl14 overexpression alleviated the above pathophysiological changes in mice fed on a high-fat diet(HFD).Notably,in vivo and in vitro mechanistic studies indicated that METTL14 downregulation decreased the level of GLS2 by affecting the translation efficiency mediated by YTHDF1 in an m6A-depedent manner,which might help to form an oxidative stress microenvironment and accordingly recruit Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)monocyte-derived macrophages(Mo-macs).In detail,Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)Mo-macs can be categorized into M1-like macrophages and S100A4-positive macrophages and then further activate hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)to promote liver *** experiments revealed that CX3CR1 can activate the transcription of S100A4 via CX3CR1/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway in Cx3cr1^(+)Ccr2^(+)*** of METTL14 or GLS2,or interfering with this signal transduction pathway such as inhibiting MyD88 could ameliorate liver injuries and *** together,these findings indicate potential therapies for the treatment of MAFLD progression.

目的:基于合成工艺梳理帕瑞昔布钠原料药生产过程中可能产生的有关物质,评估其致突变性和致癌性,确定杂质类别,为药物生产工艺的优化以及终产品的质量控制提供依据。方法:帕瑞昔布钠中51个有关物质的遗传毒性通过数据库及2种(定量)构效关系[(quantitative) structure-activity relationship,(Q)SAR]预测软件进行评估,根据风险评估结果对有关物质的遗传毒性进行分类,并根据ICH M7指导原则制定相应的可接受限度。结果:梳理出的51个有关物质中,综合评估结果为阳性有9个,需要按遗传毒性杂质控制;综合评估结果为阴性的有37个,按非遗传毒性杂质控制;还有5个预测结果模棱两可,不确定是否为遗传毒性物质。结论:为了保证药物质量与安全,经(Q)SAR评估为阳性的有关物质其最高限度不得超过18 ppm,同时提示应针对帕瑞昔布钠中具有警示结构的9个潜在遗传毒性杂质建立科学、合理的质量控制方法。
