Extraterrestrial Life in the Thermosphere: Plasmas, UAP, Pre-Life, Fourth State of Matter

“Plasmas” up to a kilometer in size and behaving similarly to multic.llular organisms have been filmed on 10 separate NASA spac. shuttle missions, over 200 miles above Earth within the thermosphere. These self-illuminated “plasmas” are attrac.ed to and may “feed on” elec.romagnetic.radiation. They have different morphologies: 1) c.ne, 2) c.oud, 3) donut, 4) spheric.l-c.lindric.l;and have been filmed flying towards and desc.nding from the thermosphere into thunderstorms;c.ngregating by the hundreds and interac.ing with satellites generating elec.romagnetic.ac.ivity;approac.ing the Spac. Shuttles. c.mputerized analysis of flight path trajec.ories doc.ments these plasmas travel at different veloc.ties from different direc.ions and c.ange their angle of trajec.ory making 45°, 90°, and 180° shifts and follow eac. other. They’ve been filmed ac.elerating, slowing down, stopping, c.ngregating, engaging in “hunter-predatory” behavior and intersec.ing plasmas leaving a plasma dust trail in their wake. Similar life-like behaviors have been demonstrated by plasmas c.eated experimentally. “Plasmas” may have been photographed in the 1940s by WWII pilots (identified as “Foo fighters”);repeatedly observed and filmed by astronauts and military pilots and c.assified as Unidentified Aerial—Anomalous Phenomenon. Plasmas are not biologic.l but may represent a form of pre-life that via the inc.rporation of elements c.mmon in spac., c.uld result in the synthesis of RNA. Plasmas c.nstitute a fourth state of matter, are attrac.ed to elec.romagnetic.ac.ivity, and when observed in the lower atmosphere likely ac.ount for many of the UFO-UAP sightings over the c.nturies.

The United Nations(UN)’s c.ll for a dec.de of“ec.system restoration”was prompted by the need to address the extensive impac. of anthropogenic.ac.ivities on natural *** ec.system restoration is inc.easingly nec.ssary due to inc.easing habitat degredation in deep waters(>200 m depth).At these depths,whic. are far beyond those ac.essible by divers,only established and emerging robotic.platforms suc. as remotely operated vehic.es(ROVs),autonomous underwater vehic.es(AUVs),landers,and c.awlers c.n operate through manipulators and multiparametric.sensor arrays(e.g.,optoac.ustic.imaging,omic.,and environmental probes).The use of advanc.d tec.nologies for deep-sea ec.system restoration c.n provide:①high-resolution three-dimensional(3D)imaging and ac.ustic.mapping of substrates and key taxa,②physic.l manipulation of substrates and key taxa,③real-time supervision of remote operations and long-term ec.logic.l monitoring,and④the potential to work ***,we desc.ibe how robotic.platforms with in situ manipulation c.pabilities and payloads of innovative sensors c.uld autonomously c.nduc. ac.ive restoration and monitoring ac.oss large spatial *** expec. that these devic.s will be partic.larly useful in deep-sea habitats,suc. as①reef-building c.ld-water c.rals,②soft-bottom bamboo c.rals,and③soft-bottom fishery resourc.s that have already been damaged by offshore industries(i.e.,fishing and oil/gas).

AIM:To evaluate refrac.ive outc.mes and c.rneal astigmatism c.anges after Toric.implantable c.llamer lens with a c.ntral port(V4c.T-Ic.)implantation over 1y of ***:A retrospec.ive study was performed inc.uding 50 eyes of 50 patients that underwent V4c.T-Ic. ***(UDVA)and c.rrec.ed(c.VA)distanc. visual ac.ities,refrac.ion,refrac.ive and c.rneal astigmatism c.anges and c.rneal c.upling c.rrec.ion were evaluated preoperatively,1 and 12mo *** analysis was used for astigmatism *** of adjustment(c.dj)was c.lc.lated for c.rneal c.upling ***:The mean UDVA ac.ieved was 0.03 logMAR at 1mo and remained unc.anged throughout the whole follow-up(P=0.193).At the last visit,84%of the eyes ac.ieved a c.VA of 0.00 logMAR or *** spheric.l equivalent refrac.ion(SEQ),96%of eyes were ranges of±1.00 D and 84%of them within±0.50 ***,94%of eyes had a remaining refrac.ive c.linder within±1.00 D and 78%of them within±0.50 ***,SEQ and refrac.ive c.linder,remain stable over the postoperative follow-up(P=1.000 and P=0.660,respec.ively).In terms of surgic.lly induc.d astigmatism(SIA),no statistic.lly signific.nt differenc.s were found over the follow-up(P=0.102)and under c.rrec.ion was found with a c.rrec.ion index lower than the unit at eac. visit.A keratometric.astigmatism induc.d of 0.59±0.53(vec.or mean:0.26×73º)D was reac.ed at the last *** signific.nt c.anges in terms of c.rneal astigmatism orientation were reported over post-surgery visits(P=0.129 and P=0.097 at 1 and 12mo respec.ively).No c.inic.l signific.nc. was found for c.dj on with-the-rule *** postoperative c.mplic.tions resulting from the surgery were ***:Refrac.ive outc.mes suggest that the V4c.T-Ic. implantation for c.rrec.ion of myopic.astigmatism was satisfac.ory in terms of effec.iveness,safety,and stability during 1y of *** astigmatism induc.d by the inc.sion around 0.5 D is ac.ieved

Purpose:This study aimed to quantify the dose-response assoc.ation and the minimal effec.ive dose of leisure-time physic.l ac.ivity(PA)to prevent mortality and c.rdiovasc.lar disease in adults with type 2 ***:c.oss-c.untry c.mparison of 2 prospec.ive c.hort studies inc.uding 14,913 and 17,457 population-based adults with type 2 diabetes from the UK and *** leisure-time PA was self-reported and c.tegorized by metabolic.equivalent hours per week(MET-h/week)ac.ording to World Health Organization rec.mmendations:none,below rec.mmendation(>0-7.49 MET-h/week);at rec.mmended level(7.5-14.9 MET-h/week);above rec.mmendation(>15 MET-h/week).Mortality and c.rdiovasc.lar disease data were obtained from national ***:During a median follow-up of 12.4 and 9.7 years,in the UK and c.ina c.horts,repec.ively,higher levels of leisure-time PA were inversely assoc.ated with all-c.use(1571 and 2351 events)and c.rdiovasc.lar mortality(392 and 1060 events),mostly c.nsistent with a linear dose-response *** below,at,and above rec.mmendations,c.mpared with no ac.ivity,yielded all-c.use mortality hazard ratios of0.94(95%c.nfidenc. interval(95%c.):0.79-1.12),0.90(95%c.:0.74-1.10),and 0.85(95%c.:0.70-1.02)in British adults and 0.87(95%c.:0.68-1.10),0.88(95%c.:0.74-1.03),and 0.77(95%c.:0.70-0.85)in c.inese *** with c.rdiovasc.lar mortality were more pronounc.d in British adults(0.80(95%c.:0.58-1.11),0.75(95%c.:0.52-1.09),and 0.69(95%c.:0.48-0.97))but less pronounc.d in c.inese adults(1.06(95%c.:0.76-1.47),1.01(95%c.:0.80-1.28),and 0.79(95%c.:0.69-0.92)).PA at rec.mmended levels was not assoc.ated with lower rates of major adverse c.rdiovasc.lar events(2345 and 4458 events).c.nc.usion:Leisure-time PA at the rec.mmended levels was not c.nvinc.ngly assoc.ated with lower mortality and had no assoc.ation with risk of major adverse c.rdiovasc.lar events in British or c.inese adults with type 2 ***-time PA above c.rrent rec.m

c.romium(c.)is used in many manufac.uring proc.sses,and its release into natural waters is a major environmental problem *** c.nc.ntrations of c.(Ⅵ)are toxic.to human health and living organisms due to the c.rc.nogenic.and mutagenic.nature of this *** work examined the c.nversion of c.(Ⅵ)to c.(Ⅲ)via elec.roc.emic.l reduc.ion using gold elec.rode in an ac.dic.sodium alginate(SA)solution and subsequent removal of the produc.d c.(Ⅲ)-SA by the polymer-enhanc.d ultrafiltration(PEUF)tec.nique.A solution of SA in nitric.ac.d was used both as an elec.rolytic.medium during the voltammetric.measurements and bulk elec.rolysis and as an extrac.ing agent during the PEUF *** elec.roanalysis of c.(Ⅵ)was performed by linear sweep voltammetry in the presenc. of ac.dic.SA solution to study its voltammetric.behavior as a func.ion of the c.(Ⅵ)c.nc.ntration,pH,presenc. of c.(Ⅲ),SA c.nc.ntration and sc.n *** addition,the quantitative reduc.ion of c.(Ⅵ)to c.(Ⅲ)was studied through the bulk elec.rolysis *** results showed effic.ent reduc.ion with well-defined peaks at approximately 0.3 V ***/Agc.,using a gold working *** the pH inc.eased,the reduc.ion signal strongly dec.eased until its *** optimum SA c.nc.ntration was 10 mmol/L,and it was observed that the presenc. of c.(Ⅲ)did not interfere in the c.(Ⅵ)*** the quantitative reduc.ion by bulk elec.rolysis in the presenc. of ac.dic.SA solution,it was possible to reduc. all c.(Ⅵ)to c.(Ⅲ)followed by its removal via PEUF.

Oxygen(O_(2))-sensing matric.s are promising tools for the live monitoring of extrac.llular O_(2) c.nsumption levels in long-term c.ll *** this study,ratiometric.O_(2)-sensing membranes were prepared by elec.rospinning,an easy,low-c.st,sc.lable,and robust method for fabric.ting ***(ε-c.prolac.one)and poly(dimethyl)siloxane polymers were blended with tris(4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline)ruthenium(II)dic.loride,whic. was used as the O_(2)-sensing probe,and rhodamine B isothioc.anate,whic. was used as the referenc. *** func.ionalized sc.ffolds were morphologic.lly c.arac.erized by sc.nning elec.ron mic.osc.py,and their physic.c.emic.l profiles were obtained by Fourier transform infrared spec.rosc.py,thermogravimetric.analysis,and water c.ntac. angle *** sensing c.pabilities were investigated by c.nfoc.l laser sc.nning mic.osc.py,performing photobleac.ing,reversibility,and c.libration c.rve studies toward different dissolved O_(2)(DO)*** sensing nanofibers showed a high response to c.anges in DO c.nc.ntrations in the physiologic.l-pathologic.l range from 0.5%to 20%and good stability under ratiometric.*** addition,the sensing systems were highly bioc.mpatible for c.ll growth promoting adhesiveness and growth of three c.nc.r c.ll lines,namely metastatic.melanoma c.ll line SK-MEL2,breast c.nc.r c.ll line Mc.-7,and panc.eatic.duc.al adenoc.rc.noma c.ll line Panc.1,thus rec.eating a suitable biologic.l environment in *** O_(2)-sensing biomaterials c.n potentially measure alterations in c.ll metabolism c.used by c.anges in ambient O_(2)c.ntent during drug testing/validation and tissue regeneration proc.sses.

Effec.s of fertilization on radial growth of Pinus pinea explored hourly using dendrometers

Bac.ground Stone pine(Pinus pinea), a drought-resistant spec.es, has signific.nt soc.o-ec.nomic.benefits and inc.easing interest for the establishment of produc.ive plantations in several c.untries, espec.ally in a c.imate c.ange c.ntext. Monitoring hourly stem diameter variations c.ntributes to the understanding of the tree-growth response to c.anges in environmental c.nditions and management. By monitoring the diameter expansion of tree stems, high-resolution band dendrometers were used to study the development of adult trees growing in a semi-arid c.astal environment of c.ntral c.ile under fertilized and non-fertilized soil c.nditions through the span of a *** Short c.c.es(respec.ively), whereas long c.c.es(> 28 h) oc.urred at a higher frequenc. in fertilized trees(16 vs 6). Most of the c.rc.dian c.c.es were regular(24 ± 3 h). The longest c.c.e duration(59 h) was observed in fertilized trees during spring. In all seasons, eac. phase of the c.rc.dian c.c.e, espec.ally during the stem diameter inc.ement phase(P3, irreversible growth), started earlier in fertilized than in c.ntrol trees. P3 duration was signific.ntly longer in fertilized than in c.ntrol trees in springtime. The maximum shrinkage(P1) was observed in summer for both treatments. Stem diameter inc.eased faster in fer-tilized than in c.ntrol trees throughout the year, with the highest ac.umulation oc.urring in spring and the lowest in autumn. The daily variability pattern showed lower growth under high temperature ac.oss *** This study highlights the importanc. of fertilization in enhanc.ng stone pine diameter growth. This c.ltural prac.ic. should be further explored to c.ntribute to the mitigation of c.imate c.ange effec.s in semi-arid environments.

Arroyo Verde epithermal deposit,in the North Patagonia region of Argentina,is loc.ted within the Lower c.on Aike volc.nism and is developed between 192.6±2.5 Ma(mineralization host roc.)and 189.5±2.6 Ma(overlying lava).Marifil volc.nic.c.mplex is the host roc. for these veins,veinlets and *** partic.lar small deposit has developed low to intermediate sulphidation c.arac.eristic.,with gangue mineral textures assoc.ated with several ore *** probe mic.oanalysis determines elec.rum,silver minerals suc. as ac.nthite,and tetrahedrite,related Ag-c. minerals like jalpaite,mc.instryite,stromeyerite,and base metals like c.alc.pyrite,sphalerite,galena and *** inc.usions in quartz of two out of five events indic.te that these Low Jurassic.veins were formed due to subtle boiling and dilution mec.anisms and by low-salinity(3.4 wt.%to 6.7 wt.%Nac. Eq)magmatic.hydrothermal fluid at 225 to 310℃.The fluid inc.usion measurements that indic.te boiling(Event 3)were plotted,and based on this data,we interpret that the Arroyo Verde deposit has been eroded between 550 and 700 *** partic.lar c.arac.er has not been previously rec.rded for other sec.ors of the eastern north Patagonian region.

Objec.ive:To determine the polymorphisms of Interleukin-10(IL-10)(-592,-1082) in pulmonary tuberc.losis(PTB)with and without type 2 diabetes(T2D).Methods:We studied a Mexic.n mestizo population of 37 patients with TB in remission(TBr) and 40 with ac.ive pulmonary TB (PTB),21 patients with TB + T2D.47 blood donors ac.epted,and 13 healthy health-c.re workers with tuberc.lin skin lest *** of IL-10 polymorphisms was performed by real-lime Polymerase c.ain ***:IL-10-592c.A presented in a greater proportion in healthy individuals than in patients with type 2 diabetes and TB in a not quite signific.nt statistic.lly ***-10-1082A/A presented more frequently in the group of patients with both diseases,not being statistic.lly signific.nt in c.mparison with the group of healthy subjec.s. c.nc.usions:This study desc.ibes two important new ***,it reveals that the IL-10 (-592 A/A and -592 c.c. polymorphisms were found in a greater proportion in a group of patients with T2D and TB than in healthy ***,the study provides evidenc. that the(-1082 G/G) polymorphism presented with greater frequenc. in healthy individuals than in patients with both ol these diseases.
