BACKGROUND Return to work(RTW)serves as an indication for young and middle-aged colorectal cancer(CRC)survivors to resume their normal social ***,these survivors encounter significant challenges during their RTW ***,scientific research is necessary to explore the barriers and facilitating factors of returning to work for young and middle-aged CRC *** To examine the current RTW status among young and middle-aged CRC survivors and to analyze the impact of RTW self-efficacy(RTW-SE),fear of progression(FoP),eHealth literacy(eHL),family resilience(FR),and financial toxicity(FT)on their RTW *** A cross-sectional investigation was adopted in this *** September 2022 to February 2023,a total of 209 participants were recruited through a convenience sampling method from the gastrointestinal surgery department of a class A tertiary hospital in *** investigation utilized a general information questionnaire alongside scales assessing RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and *** analyze the factors that influence RTW outcomes among young and middle-aged CRC survivors,Cox regression modeling and Kaplan-Meier survival analysis were *** A total of 43.54%of the participants successfully returned to work,with an average RTW time of 100 *** regression univariate analysis revealed that RTW-SE,FoP,eHL,FR,and FT were significantly different between the non-RTW and RTW groups(P<0.05).Furthermore,Cox regression multivariate analysis identified per capita family monthly income,job type,RTW-SE,and FR as independent influencing factors for RTW(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The RTW rate requires further *** levels of RTW-SE and FR were found to significantly increase RTW among young and middle-aged CRC *** professionals should focus on modifiable factors,such as RTW-SE and FR,to design targeted RTW support programs,thereby facilitating their timely reintegration into mainstream society.

锂硫电池因其高理论比容量和高能量密度的独特优势,在下一代储能体系中展现出重要的应用前景。然而,锂硫电池的商业化进程仍面临诸多挑战:如可溶性多硫化锂中间产物造成的“穿梭”问题、充放电过程中体积变化剧烈以及电极硫负载增大时的严重极化等,易导致硫正极的结构坍塌和电化学性能的快速衰变。电池作为一个有机整体,其性能优化是一个系统工程,上述挑战对电池内的每一个组分都提出了更高的要求,例如发展具有更好机械性能的新型粘结剂。在本工作中,我们首次在硫正极中引入乙氧基化三羟甲基丙烷三丙酸酯单体,通过紫外光辅助固化实现原位交联,并与传统聚偏氟乙烯粘结剂构成二元粘结剂(简称c-ETPTA/PVDF),用于制备高强度、高硫负载的长寿命锂硫电池。结果表明,采用共价交联的c-ETPTA/PVDF粘结剂不但能显著增强电极极片的机械性能,保持循环过程中的结构稳定性,还可借助其丰富的含氧官能团对溶解性多硫化锂中间产物进行高效地捕获。此外,c-ETPTA/PVDF中的醚氧键与锂离子之间适度的相互作用也有助于锂离子的快速输送。因此,S-c-ETPTA/PVDF电极在2C倍率下可稳定循环1000次以上,且每个周期的容量衰减率仅为0.038%。即使当硫面载量提高至7.8 mgs·cm^(-2)时,经过50个周期循环后,仍可输出6.2 mAh·cm^(-2)的高平均放电面容量。本工作展示了紫外光引发原位交联技术在制备稳固的高能量密度锂硫电池方面的巨大应用前景。

This paper intends to understand the form of implementations of Enterprise Information Systems （EISs）. EISs are usually provided as packaged software products. Due to the diversities of implementations, EISs are often characterized by their system architectures. A conceptual framework is proposed to delineate the diversity and dynamics of EIS implementations. This framework is constituted of three components, EIS strategy, variety, and process-level performance （SVP）. In particular, the variety of implementations is defined by two constructs, application scope and application depth. A Partial Least Squares structural equation modeling approach is applied to test the hypotheses according to the survey data from 223 project reports of EIS implementations in China. The results show that the EIS strategy and variety can both affect the performance of the implemented EISs. Specifically, application depth has an important mediating effect on the relationship between EIS strategy and performance. EIS strategy and application depth are breakthrough points to improve the performance of the implemented EISs. These findings suggest that the variety plays a central and effective role in the analysis of EIS implementations. This SVP framework highlights the interconnections among its components and captures the form of EIS implementations.

Similarity law is the conversion rule between model and prototype, on which a lot of research works have been done, with no agreement reached referring to the similarity law of fluctuating pressure fre- quency spectrum. Experimental data of peak frequency and dominant frequency range of fluctuating pressure spectrum beneath hydraulic jump obtained from serial models of scales 1:1, 1:2 and 1:5 are compared. As a result, similarity law of fluctuating pressure spectrum in the strongly rolling area agrees with the gravity law. As peak frequency and dominant frequencies of fluctuating pressures in hydraulic jump, toe and tail are rather low, and the similarity is often misunderstood to be λf = 1. However, the normalized spectrums of fluctuating pressures show that the similarity nearly agrees with the gravity law.

The underlying physics of QCD phase transition in the early Universe remains largely unknown due to its strong-coupling nature during the quark-gluon plasma/hadron gas transition, yet a holographic model has been proposed to quantitatively fit the lattice QCD data while with its duration of the first-order phase transition(FoPT) left undetermined. At specific baryon chemical potential, the first-order QCD phase transition agrees with the observational constraint of baryon asymmetry. It, therefore, provides a scenario for phase transition gravitational waves(GWs) within the standard model of particle physics. If these background GWs could contribute dominantly to the recently claimed common-spectrum red noise from pulsar timing array(PTA) observations, the duration of this FoPT can be well constrained, and the associated primordial black holes are still allowed by current observations.
