BACKGROUND Owing to the technical difficulty of pathological diagnosis, imaging is still the most commonly used method for clinical diagnosis of para-aortic lymph node metastasis(PALM) and evaluation of therapeutic effects in gastric cancer, which leads to inevitable false-positive findings in imaging. Patients with clinical PALM may have entirely different pathological stages(stage IV or not), which require completely different treatment strategies. There is no consensus on whether surgical intervention should be implemented for this group of patients. In particular, the value of D2 gastrectomy in a multidisciplinary treatment(MDT)approach for advanced gastric cancer with clinical PALM remains unknown.AIM To investigate the value of D2 gastrectomy in a MDT approach for gastric cancer patients with clinical PALM.METHODS In this real-world study, clinico-pathological data of all gastric cancer patients treated at the Cancer Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences between 2011 and 2016 were reviewed to identify those with clinically enlarged PALM. All the clinico-pathological data were prospectively documented in the patient medical record. For all the gastric cancer patients with advanced stage disease,especially those with suspicious distant metastasis, the treatment methods were determined by a multidisciplinary team.RESULTS In total, 48 of 7077 primary gastric cancer patients were diagnosed as having clinical PALM without other distant metastases. All 48 patients received chemotherapy as the initial treatment. Complete or partial response was observed in 39.6%(19/48) of patients in overall and 52.1%(25/48) of patients in the primary tumor. Complete response of PALM was observed in 50.0%(24/48)of patients. After chemotherapy, 45.8%(22/48) of patients received D2 gastrectomy, and 12.5%(6/48) of patients received additional radiotherapy. Tumors of the angle of Treitz: A single-center experience

AIM:To explore the feasibility and oncologic outcomes of segmental jejunal resection on the left side of the mesenteric vessels in patients with tumors of the angle of Treitz using data from a single center.METHODS:Thirteen patients with tumors of the angle of Treitz who underwent surgery at our institution were prospectively followed.A segmental jejunal resection on the left side of the mesenteric vessels was performed in all patients.Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tumor samples were examined.The primary end point of this analysis was disease-free survival.RESULTS:In this study,there were 8 males and 5females(mean age,50.1 years;range,36-74 years).The mean tumor size was 8.1 cm(range,3.2-15 cm).Histologic examination showed 11 gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs)and 2 adenocarcinomas.Five of the GIST patients presented with potential low risk,and 6presented with intermediate and high risk,according to the National Institutes of Health criteria.One potentially high-risk patient showed tumor progression at 46 mo and died 52 mo after surgery.One patient with locally advanced adenocarcinoma received neoadjuvant chemotherapy and adjuvant radiotherapy,but the disease progressed,and the patient died 9 mo after surgery.One GIST patient without progression died 16 mo after surgery because of a postoperative intestinal obstruction.The median overall survival rate was 84.6 mo,and the median disease-free survival rate was 94.5 mo.CONCLUSION:The overall survival of patients with tumors of the angle of Treitz was encouraging even when the tumor size was relatively large.A segmental resection on the left side of the mesenteric vessels is considered to be a reliable and curative option for tumors of the angle of Treitz.

在实际生产过程中,生产调度和设备维护相互影响,因此两者应该统筹优化.为研究具有预防性维护的分布式柔性作业车间调度问题,以最小化最大完工时间为目标,提出一种双种群混合遗传算法.结合问题特性,设计三维编码以及对应的机器解码方案,采用不同的策略初始化种群以均衡一部分工厂负载,为双种群设计不同的交叉变异算子提高算法的多样性,并利用交换精英解的方法实现两个种群的协作优化,同时针对关键工厂和预防性维护操作设计相应的局部搜索.最后对比现有算法,在同构和异构工厂的算例上进行实验,使用正交试验法优化算法参数设置.实验结果验证了局部搜索以及种群协作的有效性和双种群混合遗传算法求解具有预防性维护的分布式柔性作业车间调度问题的优越性.

An effective discrete artificial bee colony(DABC) algorithm is proposed for the flow shop scheduling problem with intermediate buffers(IBFSP) in order to minimize the maximum completion time(i.e makespan). The effective combination of the insertion and swap operator is applied to producing neighborhood individual at the employed bee phase. The tournament selection is adopted to avoid falling into local optima, while, the optimized insert operator embeds in onlooker bee phase for further searching the neighborhood solution to enhance the local search ability of algorithm. The tournament selection with size 2 is again applied and a better selected solution will be performed destruction and construction of iterated greedy(IG) algorithm, and then the result replaces the worse one. Simulation results show that our algorithm has a better performance compared with the HDDE and CHS which were proposed recently. It provides the better known solutions for the makespan criterion to flow shop scheduling problem with limited buffers for the Car benchmark by Carlier and Rec benchmark by Reeves. The convergence curves show that the algorithm not only has faster convergence speed but also has better convergence value.

提出一种改进ε约束法的飞蛾火焰优化算法(ε improved moth-flame optimization algorithm,εIMFO)求解约束优化问题.该算法采用ε约束法对约束进行处理,考虑种群整体的约束违反度变化,提出一种基于火焰种群约束违反度的阈值ε计算公式;改进火焰种群的更新方法,首先,根据种群中个体的约束违反度与ε的关系将其分为两类:一类是约束违反度小于等于ε的个体,按照目标函数值排序,另一类是约束违反度大于ε的个体,按约束违反度排序;然后,先选择第1类中的个体,若数量没有达到种群数量的要求,继续从第2类中选取个体形成新一代火焰种群;最后,提出一种改进的飞蛾变异策略,在原始飞蛾变异策略的基础上引入2个随机火焰个体影响飞蛾变异,并增加优秀火焰个体对飞蛾变异的指导作用.通过25个测试函数以及2个实际的工程优化问题分别与其他13种算法进行的算法性能测试对比表明,εIMFO算法在求解精度和稳定性等方面具有优势.

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs) and potassium-ion batteries(PIBs) are the most promising alternatives to lithium-ion batteries, and thus have drawn intensive research attention. Porous carbon materials from different precursors have been widely used as anode materials owing to their compatible storage effectiveness of both larger radii sodium and potassium ions. However, the differential bonding behaviors of Na and K ions with porous carbon-based anode are the significant one worth investigating, which could provide a clean picture of alkali ions storage mechanism. Therefore, in this work, we prepare a porous carbon network derived from sawdust(SDC) wastes, to further analyze the differences on sodium and potassium ions storage behaviors in terms of bond-forming process. It is found that, as-prepared SDC anodes could deliver stable sodium and potassium storage capacities, however, there are notable distinctions in terms of electrochemical behaviors and diffusion processes. By virtue of ex-situ XRD and Raman spectroscopy, the phase transition reaction of potassium ions could be well-observed, and the results shows that the multiple intercalated compounds was formed in SDC network during ions insertion, further resulting in slower diffusion kinetics and larger resistance compared to non-bonded process of sodium ions storage. This study provides more insights into the differences between sodium and potassium ions storage, as well as the energy storage mechanism of porous carbon as anodes for secondary batteries.

语义分割被广泛应用于机器人、医学成像和自动驾驶等领域,但当前语义分割主要针对可见光图像。可见光图像在光照不足或天气差的情况下成像效果较差,而红外图像受光照影响较小。因此,将可见光图像和红外图像联合使用可以有效提升模型的鲁棒性。本文针对可见光/红外(RGB-IR)双波段图像语义分割任务中目标轮廓预测不准确的问题,提出一种基于多尺度轮廓增强的双波段语义分割算法。首先,本文提出一种新的位置和通道注意力模块EEFM,基于该模块可以高效地对多个尺度的融合特征分别进行轮廓预测。其次,本文将多尺度的预测结果用于对轮廓特征进行由高分辨率至低分辨率的逐步增强。最后,本文还提出了一种新的位置和通道注意力模块SAC对融合图像特征进行增强,以最终获得更准确的分割结果。实验在一个公开RGB-IR数据集以及一个自建数据集上进行,本文所提出的模型使用较小的参数量在公开数据库上取得了57.2的分割精度,综合性能达到了最高水平。同时,消融实验也验证了所提出的各模块的有效性。

Bi2Se3-based flexible thin film with high thermoelectric performance is promising for the waste heat recovery technology.In this work,a novel post-selenization method is employed to prepare n-type Bi2Se3flexible thin films with highly textured structure.The strengthened texture and Se vacancy optimization can be simultaneously achieved by optimizing the selenization temperature.The highly oriented texture leads to the increased carrier mobility and results in a high electric conductivity of ～290.47 S·cm-1at 623 K.Correspondingly,a high Seebeck coefficient(> 110 μW·K-1) is obtained due to the reduced carrier concentration,induced by optimizing vacancy engineering.Consequently,a high power factor of 3.49 μW·cm-1·K-2at 623 K has been achieved in asprepared highly-bendable Bi2Se3flexible thin films selenized at 783 K.This study introduces an effective post-selenization method to tune the texture structure and vacancies of Bi2Se3flexible thin films,and correspondingly achieves high thermoelectric performance.
