Electrostatic pseudo Liquid Membrane (ESpLIM), developed in this laboratory, is a novel chemical separation technique . In this paper, a study has been conducted on extraction and preconcentration of scandiurn from dilute aqueous solution by ESpLIM. The effects were studied on the scandium extraction of the eltractant, applied field, the pH value of feed and scandium concentration in the feed. The extraction efficiency of scandium from feed containing 25-100 mg/L of scandium was more than 99%. and scandium was concentrated from 21.64 mg/L in the feed to 2474 mg/L in the concentrate, giving a concentration factor of 114. The experimental results demonstrared that the concentration of scandium in the organic phase was much lower than its equilibrium concentration in the solvent extraction, which confirms the noneqilibrium feature of the ESpLIM process. ESpLLN Seems to be a very convenient. effective and economic method for extracting and preconcentrating scandium.

The crystal structure of the deuterium(hydrogen) L-arginine phosphate monohydrate D(H)LAp has been determined by neutron diffraction technique.[( D2N)2CND (CH2)3CH (ND3)CO2]+·[D2pO4]1-·D2O,Mr=302.3,monoclinic space group p21,Z=2,α=10.843(3),b=7.913(2),c=7.321(2),β=97.99(3)°,V=622.0(3),Dc=1.602 g/*** atoms were located by block diagonal matrix least-squares technique.A final rf value of 0.048 was obtained for 1040 observed independent *** crystal structure consists of alternate layers of phosphate groups and arginine molecules stacked along the axis a and held together by hydrogen bonds.

H9N2 virus has been widely distributed in wild birds and poultry around the world since its first emergence in the United States of America in 1966(gu et al.2017;Carnaccini and perez 2020).The virus appeared in chickens in china in the early 1990s,and over the last two decades has gradually become the dominant epidemic subtype(Sun and Liu 2015;Bi et al.2020).Although H9N2 virus infection alone cannot cause severe disease or death in poultry,H9N2 virus-infected birds experience a degree of egg production drop and can be easily infected by other pathogens,thus causing economic losses for poultry industry.

The alignment of the angular momenta in single-particle energy levels is studied based on a ro-taring two-center shell model for heavy-nucleus p>238p>*** is found that large deformation of the nucleusfavours the alignment and a complete alignment of the angular momenta occurs only at large deformationand high cranked ***,it is shown that the shell correction energy is mainly determinedby the deformation of the nucleus and slightly varies with the total spin except that the total spin is largerthan 80（?）.It is also found that the two valleys of the potential energy surface become shaUow and finallydisappear with the increase of total spin.

内耦合萃反交替分离法是本实验室发展起来的一种新型液膜分离法。本文较系统地探讨了该方法从稀溶液中提取与富集稀土的可能性。研究结果表明：对于１ｇ／Ｌ的稀土Ｌａ^（３＋）溶液，以１０％（Ｖ／Ｖ）的Ｐ２０４煤油溶液为有机相，内耦合萃反交替分离法的稀土提取率可达９９％，浓缩液中Ｌａ^（３＋）浓度可高达３５２ｇ／Ｌ（折合氧化稀土４１３ｇ／Ｌ），浓缩液剩余酸浓度低于０．２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ。

Sleep deprivation(SD)is a widespread issue that disrupts the lives of millions of *** effects ini-tiate as changes within neurons,specifically at the DNA and rNA level,leading to disruptions in neuronal plasticity and the dysregulation of various cognitive functions,such as learning and *** acid epigenetic modifications that could regulate gene expression have been reported to play crucial roles in this ***,there is a lack of comprehensive research on the correlation of SD with nucleic acid epigenetic *** the current study,we aimed to systematically investigate the landscape of modifications in DNA as well as in small rNA molecules across multiple tissues,including the heart,liver,kidney,lung,hippocampus,and spleen,in response to chronic sleep deprivation(CSD).Using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)analysis,we characterized the dynamic changes in DNA and rNA modification profiles in different tissues of mice under CSD ***,we ob-served a significant decrease in the level of 5-methylcytosine(5mC)and a significant increase in the level of 5-hydroxymethylcytosine(5hmC)in the kidney in CSD *** rNA modifications,we observed an overall increased trend for most of these significantly changed modifications across six tis-sues in CSD *** study sheds light on the significance of DNA and rNA modifications as crucial epigenetic markers in the context of CSD-induced stress.

In this paper, toxicity and safety of high-dose irradiated chicken-breast meat were evaluated. For assays of acute toxicity, genetic toxicity, and sub-chronic toxicity, ames test, mice bone marrow erythrocyte micronucleus, and mice sperm abnormality were performed. The results showed that, in the acute oral toxicity tests, median lethal dose （more than 10 000 mg kg-~） in male and female ICr mice showed no toxicological signs. For subacute 30-d oral toxicology of irradiated chicken-breast meat with dose of 10, 15 and 25 kGy in both male and female SD rats, no noticeable toxicological effects were observed. It is concluded that chicken-breast meat with high-dose irradiation has no acute toxicity and no genotoxicity, nor harmful effects on the animal body at the tested dosage range. Therefore, high-dose irradiated chicken-breast meat is safe for pet consumption.
