Aims While a growing number of st.dies have demonst.at.d t.e impor-t.nce of int.aspecific differences wit.in plant.species on associ-at.d art.ropod communit.es,lit.le is known regarding t.e relat.ve st.engt. of t.ese effect. compared t. environment.l *** t.is st.dy,we examined whet.er int.aspecific plant.differences and nut.ient.fert.lizat.on int.ract.t. shape t.e art.ropod communit. of a dominant.coast.l shrub,Baccharis pilularis(coyot. bush).Met.ods We overlaid a fert.lizat.on t.eat.ent.on a 12-year-old common garden experiment.plant.d wit. erect.and prost.at. archit.ct.ral morphs of Baccharis in california,*** collect.t.e associat.d art.ropod communit.,we vacuum sampled t.e crown of each Baccharis and ident.fied individuals t. species or *** Findings We found t.at.art.ropod richness and abundance were 2-t. 3-fold great.r on prost.at. Baccharis t.an on erect.morphs,but.observed no main effect. of fert.lizer addit.on on t.e over-all art.ropod *** responded as st.ongly as herbivores t. plant.morph,and bot. were unaffect.d by nut.ient.*** t.e specialist.st.m galler,Gnorimoschema bac-charisella,showed an int.ract.ve response t. plant.morph and ***,phosphorous and pot.ssium addit.on had opposit. effect. on t.e t.o morphs,increasing st.m gall abun-dance by 50%on prost.at. morphs,but.reducing galling by 20%on erect.*** archit.ct.ral complexit. of prost.at. morphs could be t.e driving mechanism of differences in art.ropod ***,our result. demonst.at. t.at.communit.level consequences of int.aspecific differences in plant. are st.ong,rat.er t.an being cont.xt.dependent.and are generally maint.ined under different.resource *** growing number of st.dies showing st.ong genot.pe t.an nut.ient.effect. on associat.d art.ropod communit.es suggest. t.at.t.is might.be a generalized pat.ern.

Silver Carp (SC) (Hypopht.almicht.ys molit.ix, Valenciennes, 1844) is a worldwide common fish for aquacult.re and st.cking in lakes and reservoirs. t.e fish is dist.ibut.d t.rough rivers, aquacult.re and st.cking in about.90 count.ies around t.e world. SC was first.int.oduced int. Lake Kinneret.in 1969 and cont.nues onwards. t.t.l number of st.cked fingerlings (1969-2013) was 18.5 × 106 (average: 441 × 103 per year). t.e t.t.l cat.h (t.ns) of SC in Lake Kinneret.was 3218 t.ns, average: 75 t.year. St.dies on SC in East.Lake, China, revealed t.at.t.e fish was a phyt.plankt.vorous and percent.ge of consumed phyt.plankt.n varied bet.een 83% - 91% where Microcyst.s was t.e major it.m. In Lake Kinneret. t.e effect. of SC and t.e Cichlid, Galilee St. Pet.rs Fish (S. galilaeus) on Plankt.n resources are not.independent.and pot.nt.ally compet.t.rs. SC is also known as efficient.consumer of Microcyst.s. It.was found t.at.environment.l condit.ons in Lake Kinneret.were opt.mal for reasonable growt. and recruit.ent.of t.is fish t. commercial fishery. t.e SC did not.reproduce in Lake Kinneret.and we recommended int.oducing annually 600 - 1000 × 103 fingerlings for t.e benefit.of wat.r qualit. prot.ct.on and fishermen income.

Deregulat.d expression of t.e c-MYC prot.-oncogene(MYC) by aberrant.Wnt.β-cat.nin signaling drives colorect.l carcinogenesis. In t.is review,we discuss t.e current.lit.rat.re pert.ining t. t.e ident.ficat.on and charact.rizat.on of WREs t.at.cont.ol oncogenic MYC expression in CRCs. A common t.eme has emerged whereby t.ese WREs oft.n map dist.lly t. t.e MYC genomic locus and cont.ol MYC gene expression t.rough long-range chromat.n loops wit. t.e MYC proximal promot.r.
