Ampère-Maxwell circuital law is investigated and used to model the Earth as a series of stacked Faraday discs, which create the magnetoqua-sistatic field. A third new equation is constructed that relates gravity to the very near field of the Earth. Naturally occurring low frequency electromagnetic waves are coursing the surface of the Earth and penetrating humans and other nonmagnetic bodies. Similarities of the new equation and Einstein’s general relativity equation are revealed with c4, being prominent. A propagation delay is correlated to the resonant LC circuit of the inner Earth.

Two related and under-studied components of modeling are: a) the process by which simplifying assumptions are derived;and b) the process by which tests of model validity are designed. This case study illustrates these processes for two simple investment models: a) a version of the model supporting classical portfolio theory;and b) a version of a mean-reverting model consistent with some of the tenets of behavioral finance. We perform a simulation that demonstrates that the traditional method of empirically assessing the performance of value investment strategies is underpowered. Indeed, the simulation illustrates in a narrow technical sense how to make something out of nothing;namely, how to generate increased returns while reducing risk. Analyzing the mechanism underpinning this counter-intuitive result helps to illustrate the close and sometimes unexpected relationship between the substantial assumptions made about the systems being modeled, the mathematical assumptions used to build models of those systems, and the structure of the experiments used to assess the performance of those models.

A new universal equation using planet magnetic pole strength is presented and given reasoning for its assemblage. Coulomb’s Constant, normally used in calculating electrostatic force is utilized in a new magnetic dipole equation for the first time, along with specific orbital energy. Results were generated for five planets that give insight into specific orbital energy as an energy constant for differing planets based on gravitational potential at the surface of a planet. Specific energy can be evaluated as both energy per unit volume (J/kg) and/or specific orbital energy (m2/s2). Due to a multitude of terms that lead to confusion it is recommended that the IEEE standards committee review specific orbital energy SI units for m2/s2. The magic number for cyclonic “lift off”, or anti-gravity, is calculated to be ∈ = 148 m2/s2 the value at which a classical law of magnetism appears as F = ke × H.

Planets are interconnected via magnetic field lines, which allow flux transfer events. In this paper, a thought experiment is performed whereby the Sun and planets are visualized as a violin with magnetic field lines analogous to strings of the violin. Frequency calculations for vibrating strings between the Earth and Sun compare favorably with measured satellite data for flux transfer events. Ideal Schumann Resonance was calculated using speed of light, diameter of the Earth and Earth’s gravity for tension. The force of attraction and repulsion of magnets is analogous to tension and compression resulting from tremendously low frequency (TLF) electromechanical waves. Gravity waves are thus theorized as mechanical waves brought about by the tension of electron strings, which also act dually as electromagnetic waves. Future harmonic analysis of flux transfer wave forms for each planet would add credence to the string theory as the theory of everything.

目的探讨聚乙二醇水凝胶膜(PHFs)是否能作为角膜上皮细胞(CECs)体外扩增的载体以及其能否用于角膜缘干细胞缺乏症(LSCD)的治疗。方法利用癸二酰氯、聚氧乙基甘油醚、聚已酸内酯二醇人工合成PHFs,检测其厚度、透光度和机械拉伸性能。取清洁级新西兰大白兔4只,培养原代角膜缘上皮细胞,荧光显微镜下观察培养细胞中角蛋白标志物AE1/AE3和干细胞标志物p63的表达;将细胞分为阴性对照组、阳性对照组和PHFs+CECs组,其中将阴性对照组细胞直接种植在培养皿底,加入普通细胞培养液,将阳性对照组细胞种植在培养皿后加入含有100μmol/L H_(2)O_(2)的普通细胞培养液,将PHF+CECs组细胞种植在铺有PHFs的培养皿中用普通细胞培养液培养,各组培养24 h。采用MTT和TUNEL染色法分别观察3个组细胞增生和细胞凋亡情况。采用随机数字表法将清洁级新西兰大白兔15只分为对照组、PHFs组和PHFs+CECs组,每组5只。其中对照组造模后不给予任何处置;PHFs组将空PHFs膜置于LSCD实验兔角膜表面;PHFs+CECs组为将CECs传代后种植于PHFs上构建组织工程移植片后将移植片置于LSCD兔模型的角膜表面。采用荧光素染色法检测各组实验兔角膜缺损面积大小并评分;采用苏木精-伊红染色法检测各组实验兔角膜上皮组织学特点。结果PHFs厚度不超过150μm,能承受约6 MPa的拉力,在400~700 nm可见光范围内透过率>99%。角膜缘原代培养的大多数细胞AE1/AE3染色和p63染色阳性。MTT实验结果显示,PHFs+CECs组、阴性对照组和阳性对照组A_(490)值分别为0.59±0.01、0.65±0.07和0.06±0.04,总体比较差异有统计学意义(F=12.25,P<0.05),其中PHFs+CECs组和阴性对照组A_(490)值明显大于阳性对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。TUNEL检测结果显示,PHFs+CECs组、阴性对照组和阳性对照组TUNEL阳性细胞率总体比较差异有统计学意义(F=13.45,P<0.05),其中PHFs+CECs组和阴性对照组TUNEL阳性细胞率明显低于阳性对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。荧光素染色结果显示,随着术后时间的延长,各组角膜荧光素钠染色评分均降低,对照组、PHFs组和PHFs+CECs组角膜荧光素钠染色评分依次降低。苏木精-伊红染色结果显示,对照组存在较少形状不规则的角膜上皮细胞,PHFs组一些区域出现单层稀疏的角膜上皮细胞;PHFs+CECs组角膜上皮覆盖范围最大,细胞层数增加到3~5层,形态较规则,排列较紧密。结论PHFs韧性强、透光度高且能够体外扩增角膜上皮,适合做角膜上皮移植片,并能促进LSCD兔模型角膜上皮的修复。

The relationships between vertebrate pests and crop damage are often complex and difficult to *** palm oil plantations rodents remain the major pests,causing substantial monetary *** present study examined the numerical and functional responses of rodents to changes in the availability of oil palm fruit and the damage associated with that *** the study,200 traps were set in pairs on a 10×10 trapping grid for 3 consecutive nights in each of 6 study plots at 8-week intervals in a 2569 ha oil palm plantation at Labu,Negeri Sembilan state in Peninsular Malaysia over 14 months.A total of 1292 individual rats were captured over 25200 *** were identified,aged,sexed,weighed and *** index of the relative abundance of rats was calculated based on trapping *** to infructescences was assessed at each trap *** of the age of palms,there were positive and significant relationships between the relative abundance of rats and numbers of *** levels of damage to infructescences were significantly correlated with the relative abundance of rats.A steep increase in damage was observed with an increase in mature infructescences,indicating a feeding preference of rats for mature *** both males and females of all rat species,there were weak and non-significant correlations between body condition and infructescence *** results indicated that there was a numerical and a functional response by rats to the availability of palm fruit and a resulting increase in depredation of oil palm *** ways in which this information might aid in future pest control are discussed.

By representing the Earth as a rotating spherical antenna several historic and scientific breakthroughs are achieved. Visualizing the Sun as a transmitter and the planets as receivers the solar system can be represented as a long wave radio system operating at Tremendously Low Frequency (TLF). Results again confirm that the “near-field” is Tesla’s “dynamic gravity”, better known to engineers as dynamic braking or to physicists as centripetal acceleration, or simply (g). Timewave theory is invented, and the relationship of reflected timewaves and time travel explored. A new law of the Sun is proposed as well as the merging of Einstein’s equation with acoustics and cosmic superstring theory. A new law of cosmic efficiency is also proposed that equates vibratory force and pressure with volume acceleration of the solar system. Lorentz force is broken down into centripetal and gravitational waves. Ten-dimensional cosmic superstring theory is espoused versus the aging three-dimensional Maxwellian model. Spherical antenna patterns for planets are presented and flux transfer frequency is calculated using distance to planets as wavelengths. The galactic grid operates at a Schumann Resonance of 7.83 Hz, which is derived from the science of dark energy and dark matter. The Sun and the planets are tuned to transmit and receive electrical power like resonating Tesla coils. The Earth’s stator winding has been modeled as a toroid tesla coil and the armature as a spherical armature. The equation for everything is born.
