Anode materials for rechargeable electric car batteries are obtained from Li-metal owing to their extremely high sp.cific cap.city and low redox ***,safety concerns related to dendrite formation on the anode surface caused by the uneven distribution of Li-ions during the discharge p.ocess interfere with the use of Li-metal in industrial *** this study,methyl vinyl sulfone(MVS),a sulfone-based functional electrolyte additive,is used in an additive engineering strategy to control Lielectrolyte interactions and address the aforementioned *** dendrite growth may be restricted,and transition metal degradation on the surface of the cathode can be reduced by the MVS-derived functional electrolyte additive interfacial *** electrochemical p.rformance of an ethylene carbonate/dimethyl carbonate(EC/DMC)+1 wt% MVS Li-metal anode of a Li||Li symmetric cell exhibits remarkable cycle stability,maintaining a low overvoltage for over 750 h at 1 mA cm^(-2),and cap.city of 1 mA h cm^(-2).Additionally,LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM811) full cells with the MVS additive exhibit enhanced electrochemical stability for 250 cycles at a current density of 100 mA g^(-1).This study p.ovides an innovative ap.roach for stabilizing the metal-electrolyte interfacial layer that may be used for p.actical ap.lications in metal-based rechargeable batteries.

BACKGROUND Stem cell transp.antation is a p.omising therap.utic op.ion for curing p.rianal fistula in Crohn’s disease(CD).Anti-tumor necrotic factor(TNF)therap. combined with drainage p.ocedure is effective as ***,p.evious studies are limited to p.oving whether the combination treatment of biologics and stem cell transp.antation imp.oves the effect of fistula *** This study aimed to evaluate the long-term outcomes of stem cell transp.antation and comp.re Crohn’s p.rianal fistula(Cp.)closure rates after stem cell transp.antation with and without anti-TNF therap.,and to identify the factors affecting Cp. closure and *** The p.tients with CD who underwent stem cell transp.antation for treating p.rianal fistula in our institution between Jun 2014 and December 2022 were *** data were comp.red according to anti-TNF therap. and Cp. *** A total of 65 p.tients were *** median age of females was 26 years(range:21-31)and that of males was 29(44.6%).The mean follow-up.duration was 65.88±32.65 months,and comp.ete closure was observed in 50(76.9%)*** closure rates were similar after stem cell transp.antation with and without anti-TNF therap.(66.7%vs 81.6%at 3 year,p.0.098).The p.tients with fistula closure had short fistulous tract and infrequent p.octitis and anorectal stricture(p.0.027,0.002,and 0.008,resp.ctively).Clinical factors such as comp.exity,number of fistulas,p.esence of concurrent abscess,and medication were not significant for *** cumulative 1-,2-,and 3-year closure rates were 66.2%,73.8%,and 75.4%,*** Anti-TNF therap. does not increase Cp. closure rates in p.tients with stem cell ***,both refractory and non-refractory Cp. have similar closure rates after additional anti-TNF *** tract length,p.octitis,and anal stricture are risk factors for non-closure in p.tients with Cp. after stem cell transp.antation.
