The dried roots of Aconitum pendulum Busch are the major source of a commonly used Tibetan medicine,namely Tiebangchui(TBC)(Fig.S1).However,raw TBC contains a large amount of high toxic diester-diterpenoid alkaloids(DDAs),and the improper use would cause arrhythmia,irreversible cardiovascular damages,and even death.“Paozhi”,an appropriate processing method,is the essential prerequisite for the safe clinical application of ***-decocting and sand-frying are commonly used processing methods for toxicity attenuation and efficacy preservation for TBC.

Objective To investigate the in vivo immunomodulatory and anti-tumor mechanisms of the combined treatment of novel Four-Herb formula(4HF)and doxorubicin in triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Murine-derived triple-negative mammary carcinoma cell line,4T1 cells,was cultured and inoculated into mouse mammary ***-six mice were randomly assigned into 6 groups(n=11 in ench):naive,control,LD 4HF(low dose 4HF),HD 4HF(high dose 4HF),LD 4HF+D(low dose and doxorubicin),and D(doxorubicin).Apart from the naive group,each mouse received subcutaneous inoculation with 5×10^(5)4T1 cells resuspended in 100µL of normal saline in the mammary fat *** from the day of tumor cell inoculation,tumors were grown for 6 *** LD and HD groups received daily oral gavage of 658 and 2,630 mg/kg 4HF,*** LD 4HF+D group received daily oral gavage of 658 mg/kg 4HF and weekly intraperitoneal injection of doxorubicin(5 mg/kg).The D group received weekly intraperitoneal injections of doxorubicin(5 mg/kg).The treatment naive mice received daily oral gavage of 0.2 mL double distilled water and 0.1 mL normal saline via intraperitoneal injection once a *** control group received daily oral gavage of 0.2 mL double-distilled *** treatment period was 30 *** the end of treatment,mice organs were harvested to analyze immunological activities via immunophenotyping,gene and multiplex analysis,histological staining,and gut microbiota *** Mice treated with the combination of 4HF and doxorubicin resulted in significantly reduced tumor and spleen burdens(P<0.05),altered the hypoxia and overall immune lymphocyte landscape,and manipulated gut microbiota to favor the anti-tumor immunological ***,immunosuppressive genes,cytokines,and chemokines such as C-C motif chemokine 2 and interleukin-10 of tumors were significantly downregulated(P<0.05).4HF-doxorubicin combination treatment demonstrated synergetic activities and was most effective

The oxygen octahedral rotation(OOR)forms fundamental atomic distortions and symmetries in perovskite oxides and definitely determines their properties and ***,epitaxial strain and interfacial structural coupling engineering have been developed to modulate the OOR patterns and explore novel properties,but it is difficult to distinguish the 2 ***,different symmetries are induced in Na_(0.5)Bi_(0.5)TiO_(3)(NBT)epitaxial films by interfacial oxygen octahedral coupling rather than epitaxial *** NBT film grown on the Nb:SrTiO_(3)substrate exhibits a paraelectric tetragonal phase,while with La_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)MnO_(3)as a buffer layer,a monoclinic phase and robust ferroelectricity are obtained,with a remanent polarization of 42μC cm^(-2)and a breakdown strength of 7.89 MV cm^(-1),which are the highest record among NBT-based ***,the interfacial oxygen octahedral coupling effect is demonstrated to propagate to the entire thickness of the film,suggesting an intriguing long-range *** work provides a deep insight into understanding the structure modulation in perovskite heterostructures and an important avenue for achieving unique functionalities.

The issue of opacity within data-driven artificial intelligence(AI)algorithms has become an impediment to these algorithms’extensive utilization,especially within sensitive domains concerning health,safety,and high profitability,such as chemical engineering(ce).In order to promote reliable AI utilization in ce,this review discusses the concept of transparency within AI utilizations,which is defined based on both explainable AI(XAI)concepts and key features from within the ce *** review also highlights the requirements of reliable AI from the aspects of causality(i.e.,the correlations between the predictions and inputs of an AI),explainability(i.e.,the operational rationales of the workflows),and informativeness(i.e.,the mechanistic insights of the investigating systems).Related techniques are evaluated together with state-of-the-art applications to highlight the significance of establishing reliable AI applications in ***,a comprehensive transparency analysis case study is provided as an example to enhance ***,this work provides a thorough discussion of this subject matter in a way that—for the first time—is particularly geared toward chemical engineers in order to raise awareness of responsible AI *** this vital missing link,AI is anticipated to serve as a novel and powerful tool that can tremendously aid chemical engineers in solving bottleneck challenges in ce.

随着中国能源结构转型的推进,风电装机规模持续扩大,风电产业链各环节对战略性矿产的需求快速增长,战略性矿产的可持续供给问题成为保证中国风电产业高质量发展的战略性问题。采用广义翁氏模型对钕、镨、铽、镝、钼、镍、铜7种培育风电产业链所需的金属原材料开展了产量预测和开采路径模拟。同时,考虑市场份额、技术进步和回收利用情况,设计风电产业的低速发展情境、基准情境以及高速发展情境,计算了不同情境下钕、镨、铽、镝、钼、镍、铜7种金属原材料的未来需求量。基于此,对比分析风电产业链中战略性金属矿产资源的供需状态,为保障风电产业链金属矿产资源合理供给提出政策建议。

Analyzing polysorbate 20(PS20)composition and the impact of each component on stability and safety is crucial due to formulation variations and individual *** similar structures and polarities of PS20 components make accurate separation,identification,and quantification *** this work,a high-resolution quantitative method was developed using single-dimensional high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)with charged aerosol detection(CAD)to separate 18 key components with multiple *** separated components were characterized by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS)with an identical gradient as the HPLC-CAD *** polysorbate compound database and library were expanded over 7-time compared to the commercial *** method investigated differences in PS20 samples from various origins and grades for different dosage forms to evaluate the composition-process ***-Q-TOF-MS identified 1329 to 1511 compounds in 4 batches of PS20 from different *** method observed the impact of 4 degradation conditions on peak components,identifying stable components and their tendencies to ***-CAD and UHPLC-Q-TOF-MS results provided insights into fingerprint differences,distinguishing quasi products.

In this work,the Al-Cu-Mg alloy with different Y(0-0.2 wt%)and ce(0.5-1.5 wt%)are *** effect of mixed addition of Y and ce on the grain structure and hot tearing for Al-4.4Cu-1.5Mg-0.15Zr alloy was investigated using"cross"hot tearing *** results indicate that as rare earth Y and ce increases,the grain size becomes finer,the grain morphology changes from dendrite to equiaxed grain,and effectively reduce the hot tearing sensitivity coefficient(HTS1)and crack susceptibility coefficient(CSC)of the *** the increase of ce element(0.5-1.5 wt%),the hot tearing susceptibility of the alloy decreases first and then *** the increase of Y element(0-0.2 wt%),the hot tearing sensitivity of the alloy *** the content of rare earth is 0.2 wt%Y+1.0 wt%ce,the minimum HTS1 value and CSC value of the alloy are 68 and 0.53,*** earth ce refines the alloy microstructure,shortens the feeding channel,and reduces the hot tearing ***,the rare earth Y can form Al6Cu6Y phase at the grain boundary,improve the feeding capacity of the ***,appropriate addition of rare earth Y and ce can effectively reduce the hot tearing tendency of the alloy.

Basalts from the Late Carboniferous to Early Permian are extensively developed in the central Lhasa subterrane, southern Tibet. Studying the petrogenesis of these rocks may have implications for the late Paleozoic arc magmatism along the central Lhasa subterrane uncovering more of the evolution of the Sumdo Paleo-Tethys Ocean and its dynamic mechanism. Basalt samples from the Luobadui Formation in the Leqingla area, NW of Linzhou City in the central Lhasa subterrane, southern Tibet exhibit arc-like geochemical signatures in a subduction-zone tectonic setting characterized by high Al_(2)O_(3) and low TiO_(2) contents, fractionated REE patterns with low Nb/La ratios and high LREE concentrations, and negative HFSE anomalies. Based on their higher Th/ce, Nb/Zr, and lower Ba/Th, Pb/Nd ratios, slightly negative to positive ε_(Nd)(t) values, and the relatively high Sr-Pb isotopic compositions, these samples were probably derived from partial melting of a depleted mantle source of garnet + spinel lherzolite, metasomatized by subducted sediments around 297 Ma. Modeling of the trace elements indicates that these basalts experienced fractional crystallization of olivine, clinopyroxene and minor plagioclase during magma ascent and eruption. It is proposed that these Late Carboniferous–Early Permian basalts are associated with the northward subduction of the Sumdo Paleo-Tethys Ocean seafloor along the southern margin of the central Lhasa subterrane.

Background:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a global health concern with the acid sphingomyelinase(ASM)/ceramide(ce)pathway and the NOD-like receptor family,pyrin domain-containing protein 3(NLRP3)inflammasome identified as pivotal players in lipid disorders and *** study explores the interaction mechanism between the ASM/ce pathway and NLRP3 in NAFLD cell models,aiming to understand the impact of amitriptyline(Ami),an ASM inhibitor,on lipid deposition and hepatocyte injury by regulating the ASM/ce-NLRP3 ***:HepG2 and HL-7702 cells were exposed to free fatty acids(FFAs)to establish the NAFLD *** cells were divided into 5 groups:control group,model group,Ami group,tumor necrosis factoralpha(TNF-α)group,and Ami+TNF-α*** lipid droplets were visualized using Oil Red O staining,and Western blot analysis quantified ASM,NLRP3,and caspase 1 protein *** linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was measured ce and ASM levels,while qRT-PCR assessed mRNA *** apoptotic rate was evaluated by flow cytometry(FCM).Results:Following FFAs incubation,significant increases in ASM and ce levels were observed in HepG2 and HL-7702 cells,accompanied by elevated expression of NLRP3,and caspase 1,and IL-1β.TNF-αtreatment further amplified these *** demonstrated a reduction in lipid deposition,suppressed ASM/ce pathway activation,downregulated NLRP3 and caspase 1 expression,and improved ***,MCC950,a selective inhibitor of the NLRP3,mitigated NLRP3,caspase 1,and IL-1βexpression,alleviating lipid deposition and apoptosis in the NAFLD cell ***:The ASM/ce-NLRP3 pathway in NAFLD cells promotes hepatocyte steatosis,inflammation,and cell *** emerges as a promising therapeutic agent by inhibiting the ASM/ce-NLRP3 pathway,underscoring its potential as a key target for NAFLD treatment.
