Fault tolerance(FT)schemes are intended to work on a minimized and static amount of physical *** a host failure occurs,the conventional FT frequently proceeds with the execution on the accessible working *** methodology saves the execution state and applications to complete without ***,the dynamicity of open cloud assets is not seen when taking scheduling *** optimization techniques are intended in dealing with resource *** method will be utilized for distributing the approaching tasks to the ***,the dynamic scheduling for this procedure doesn’t accomplish the objective of adaptation of internal *** scheme prefers jobs in the activity list with the most elevated execution time on resources that can execute in a shorter timeframe,but it suffers with higher makespan;poor resource usage and unbalance load *** overcome the above mentioned issue,Fault Aware Dynamic Resource Manager(FADRM)is proposed that enhances the mechanism to Multi-stage Resilience Manager at an application-level FT *** FADRM method gives FT a Multi-stage Resilience Manager(MRM)in the client and application layers,and simultaneously decreases the over-head and *** additionally provides safety to the application execution considering the clients,application and framework *** on experimental evaluations,Proposed Fault Aware Dynamic Resource Manager(FADRM)method 157.5 MakeSpan(MS)time,0.38 Fault Rate(FR),0.25 Failure Delay(FD)and improves 5.5 Performance Improvement Ratio(PIR)for 25,50,75 and 100 tasks and 475 MakeSpan(MS)time,0.40 Fault Rate(FR),1.30 Failure Delay(FD)and improves 6.75 improves Performance Improvement Ratio(PER)for 100,200,300 and 500 Tasks compare than existing methodologies.

High voltage,high energy density,nominal cycle life,and low cost are the most critical requirements of rechargeable batteries for their widespread energy storage applications in electric vehicles and renewable energy ***-MnO_(2) battery could be a low-cost contender,but it suffers extensively from its low cell voltage and poor *** this study,we modified the conventional cell structure of na-MnO_(2) battery and established altered cell chemistry through a hybrid electrochemical process consisting of na striping/plating at the anode and Zn^(2+) insertion/de-insertion along with MnO_(2) dissolution/deposition at the *** the modification,na-MnO_(2) battery exhibits a discharge capacity of 267.10 mA h/g and a cell voltage of 3.30 V(***/na^(+)),resulting in a high specific energy density of 881.43 Wh/*** 300 cycles,the battery retains 98% of its first-cycle discharge capacity with100% coulombic ***,na metal-free battery assembled using sodium biphenyl as a safer anode also delivers an excellent energy density of 810.0 Wh/*** work could provide a feasible method to develop an advanced na-MnO_(2) battery for real-time energy storage applications.

Enhanced hydrogen production in microbial electrolysis through strategies of carbon recovery from alkaline/thermal treated sludge

The aim of this study was to investigate the biohydrogen production from thermal(T),alkaline(A)or thermal-alkaline(TA)pretreated sludge fermentation liquid(SFL)in a microbial electrolysis cells(MECs)without buffer *** hydrogen yield of 36.87±4.36 mgH_(2)/gVSS(0.026 m^(3)/kg COD)was achieved in TA pretreated SFL separated by centrifugation,which was 5.12,2.35 and 43.25 times higher than that of individual alkaline,thermal pretreatment and raw sludge,*** SFL from sludge by centrifugation eliminated the negative effects of particulate matters,was more conducive for hydrogen production than *** accumulated short chain fatty acid(SCFAs)after pretreatments were the main substrates for MEC hydrogen *** maximum utilization ratio of acetic acid,propionic acid and n-butyric acid was 93.69%,90.72%and 91.85%,*** results revealed that pretreated WAS was highly efficient to stimulate the accumulation of *** the characteristics and cascade bioconversion of complex substrates were the main factor that determined the energy efficiency and hydrogen conversion rate of MECs.
