Modulation of topological phase transition has been pursued by researchers in both condensed matter and optics research fields,and has been realized in Euclidean systems,such as topological photonic crystals,topological metamaterials,and coupled resonator ***,the spin-controlled topological phase transition in non-Euclidean space has not yet been ***,we propose a non-Euclidean configuration based on Mobius rings,and we demonstrate the spin-controlled transition between the topological edge state and the bulk *** Mobius ring,which is designed to have an 8πperiod,has a square cross section at the twist beginning and the length/width evolves adiabatically along the loop,accompanied by conversion from transverse electric to transverse magnetic modes resulting from the spin-locked *** 8πperiod Mobius rings are used to construct Su–Schrieffer–Heeger configuration,and the configuration can support the topological edge states excited by circularly polarized light,and meanwhile a transition from the topological edge state to the bulk state can be realized by controlling circular *** addition,the spin-controlled topological phase transition in non-Euclidean space is feasible for both Hermitian and non-Hermitian cases in 2D *** work provides a new degree of polarization to control topological photonic states based on the spin of Mobius rings and opens a way to tune the topological phase in non-Euclidean space.

With the popularisation of intelligent power,power devices have different shapes,numbers and *** means that the power data has distributional variability,the model learning process cannot achieve sufficient extraction of data features,which seriously affects the accuracy and performance of anomaly ***,this paper proposes a deep learning-based anomaly detection model for power data,which integrates a data alignment enhancement technique based on random sampling and an adaptive feature fusion method leveraging dimension *** at the distribution variability of power data,this paper developed a sliding window-based data adjustment method for this model,which solves the problem of high-dimensional feature noise and low-dimensional missing *** address the problem of insufficient feature fusion,an adaptive feature fusion method based on feature dimension reduction and dictionary learning is proposed to improve the anomaly data detection accuracy of the *** order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,we conducted effectiveness comparisons through elimination *** experimental results show that compared with the traditional anomaly detection methods,the method proposed in this paper not only has an advantage in model accuracy,but also reduces the amount of parameter calculation of the model in the process of feature matching and improves the detection speed.

Milk fat globule membrane(MFGM),which contains abundant glycoproteins and phospholipids,exerts beneficial effects on intestinal health and *** aim of this study was to evaluate the protective effects and possible underlying mechanisms of MFGM on cow’s milk allergy(CMA)in aβ-lactoglobulin(BLG)-induced allergic mice *** was supplemented to allergic mice induced by BLG at a dose of 400 mg/kg body *** demonstrated that MFGM alleviated food allergy symptoms,decreased serum levels of lipopolysaccharide,pro-inflammatory cytokines,immunoglobulin(Ig)E,Ig G1.and Th2 cytokines including interleukin(IL)-4,while increased serum levels of Th1.cytokines including interferon-γand regulatory T cells(Tregs)cytokines including IL-1. and transforming growth factor-β.MFGM modulated gut microbiota and enhanced intestinal barrier of BLG-allergic mice,as evidenced by decreased relative abundance of Desulfobacterota,Rikenellaceae,Lachnospiraceae,and Desulfovibrionaceae,while increased relative abundance of Bacteroidetes,Lactobacillaceae and Muribaculaceae,and enhanced expressions of tight junction proteins including Occludin,Claudin-1.and zonula ***,MFGM increased fecal short-chain fatty acids(SCFAs)levels,which elevated G protein-coupled receptor(GPR)43 and GPR1.9A *** increased expressions of GPR43 and GPR1.9A induced CD1.3+dendritic cells accumulation and promoted Tregs differentiation in mesenteric lymph node to a certain *** summary,MFGM alleviated CMA in a BLG-induced allergic mice model through enhancing intestinal barrier and promoting Tregs differentiation,which may be correlated with SCFAs-mediated activation of *** findings suggest that MFGM may be useful as a promising functional ingredient against CMA.

The conventional theory of concerted evolution has been used to explain the lack of sequence variation in ribosomal RNA(rRNA)genes across diverse eukaryotic ***,recent investigations into rRNA genes in flatfish genome have resulted in controversial *** study focuses on 1.S rRNA genes of the widely distributed tongue sole,Cynoglossus abbreviatus(Pleuronectiformes:Cynoglossidae),aiming to explore sequence *** distinct 1.S rDNA sequence types(Type A,B,R1.R2,and R3)were identified,suggesting a departure from concerted evolution.A combination of general criteria and variations in highly conserved regions were employed to detect *** results pinpointed Type A sequences as potential pseudogenes due to significant sequence variations and deviations in secondary structure within highly conserved *** types(Type R1.R2,and R3)were identified as recombinants between Type A and B sequences,with simple crossing over and gene conversion as the most likely recombination *** findings not only contribute to rRNA pseudogene identification but also shed light on the evolutionary dynamics of rRNA genes in teleost genomes.

On the basis of computational fluid dynamics,the flow field characteristics of multi-trophic artificial reefs,including the flow field distribution features of a single reef under three different velocities and the effect of spacing between reefs on flow scale and the flow state,were *** indicate upwelling,slow flow,and eddy around a single *** velocity,height,and volume of upwelling in front of a single reef were positively correlated with inflow *** length and volume of slow flow increased with the increase in inflow *** were present both inside and backward,and vorticity was positively correlated with inflow *** between reefs had a minor influence on the maximum velocity and height of *** the increase in space from 0.5 L to 1.5 L(L is the reef lehgth),the length of slow flow in the front and back of the combined reefs increased *** the space was 2.0 L,the length of the slow flow *** four different spaces,eddies were present inside and at the back of each *** maximum vorticity was negatively correlated with space from 0.5 L to 1.5 L,but under 2.0 L space,the maximum vorticity was close to the vorticity of a single reef under the same inflow velocity.

Conch Island is a typical artificial island at the Tanghe Estuary in Bohai Sea,*** improve natural environment and boost local tourism,beach nourishment will be applied to its north-western *** projected beach is landward and opposite to the Jinmeng Bay ***,with climate changes,frequent heavy rainfalls in Hebei Province rise flood hazards at the Tanghe *** this circumstance,potential influences on the projected beach of a flood are investigated for sustainable managements.A multi-coupled model is established and based on the data from field observations,where wave model,flow model and multifraction sediment transport model are *** addition,the impacts on the projected beach of different components in extreme events are discussed,including the spring tides,storm winds,storm waves,and sediment *** numerical results indicate the following result.(1.Artificial islands protect the coasts from erosion by obstructing landward waves,but rise the deposition risks along the target shore.(2)Flood brings massive sediment inputs and leads to scours at the estuary,but the currents with high sediment concentration contribute to the accretions along the target shore.(3)The projected beach mitigates flood actions and reduces the maximum mean sediment concentration along the target shore by 20%.(4)The storm winds restrict the flood and decrease the maximum mean sediment concentration by 21..With the combined actions of storm winds and waves,the maximum value further declines by 38%.(5)A quadratic polynomial relationship between the deposition depths and the maximum sediment inputs with flood is established for estimations on the potential morphological changes after the flood process in extreme *** the uncertainty of estuarine floods,continuous monitoring on local hydrodynamic variations and sediment characteristics at Tanghe Estuary is necessary.

In this paper,Si coatings were sprayed onto C/SiC composite substrates by atmospheric plasma spraying(APS).The high-temperature oxidation behavior of the substrate and coating at temperatures of 1.00 and 1.00℃was also *** C/SiC ceramic matrix composite will be damaged seriously and even failed due to the oxidation of carbon fibers in *** Si coating effectively improved the oxidation resistance of the C/SiC substrate in the high-temperature oxidation *** effect of the thickness of the Si coatings on the oxidation resistance was *** 1.0-μm coating is proved to enable the substrate to have the lowest oxidation weight loss and the best oxidation resistance after static oxidation for 5 h.
