Objective:To explore the relationship between acupoints and the uterus in primary dysmenorrhea(PDM)and observe the effects of electroacupuncture(EA)on NLRP3 inflammasome and morphology of uterine tissues in *** and Methods:Rats were divided into four groups:Control,PDM,EA,and nonacupoint EA(sham)*** reactions in the rats were carefully *** E2(PGE2)and prostaglandin F2α(PGF2α)levels in the rat serum were measured using the enzyme-linked immunosorbent *** assess the damage,the histomorphology of the rat uterus was examined using the optical and electron *** blotting was performed to determine the nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain carboxy-terminal leucine-rich repeat domain and amino-terminal pyrin domaincontaining protein 3(NLRP3),apoptosis-associated speck-like protein containing a caspase recruitment domain(ASC),and cysteinyl aspartate specific proteinase-1(caspase-1),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),and ***:Compared with the control group,the PDM group exhibited significant increases in both writhing times and scores,with a high pathological score of the uterine *** PGF2αlevels were significantly elevated,whereas PGE2 levels were significantly *** addition,the expression levels of NLRP3,ASC,caspase-1,IL-1β,and IL-18 significantly increased(P<0.001).The EA group showed opposite effects from the PDM group(all P<0.05).The sham group exhibited significantly higher writhing time,serum PGF2αlevels,and expression levels of NLRP3,ASC,caspase-1,IL-1β,and IL-18 than the EA *** contrast,serum PGE2 levels in the sham group were significantly lower than those in the EA group(all P<0.05).Conclusions:NLRP3 infiammasome activation in PDM triggers pathological ***(SP6)and Guanyuan(CV4)had specific effects on *** of SP6 and CV4 may treat PDM by inhibiting inflammation and protecting the morphological structure of the uterus.

AIM：To determine typical corneal changes of congenital aniridic keratopathy（CAK）using corneal topography and confocal systems,and to identify characteristics that might assist in early ***：Patients with CAK and healthy control subjects underwent detailed ophthalmic examinations including axial length,corneal thickness,tear film condition,corneal topography,and laser-scanning in vivo confocal microscopy（IVCM）. RESULTS：In early stage aniridic keratopathy,Schirmer I test（SIT）,break-up time（BUT）,mean keratometry（mean K）and simulated keratometry（sim K）were reduced relative to controls（P〈0.05）,while simulation of corneal astigmatism（sim A）and corneal thickness were increased（P〈0.05）. In addition,significantly more eyes exhibited flat cornea compared with the control group. Inflammatory dendritic cells were present in the aniridic epithelium,with significantly increased density relative to controls（P〈0.05）. Palisade ridge-like features and abnormal cell morphology were observed in six out of sixteen CAK cases. In central cornea area,the aniridic corneas had the increased subbasal nerve density. CONCLUSION：These changes in corneal morphology in borderline situations can be useful to confirm the diagnosis of CAK.

BACKGROUND The drug instructions for dabigatran recommend adjusting the dosage to 110 mg twice daily for patients with bleeding risk,and performing at least one renal function test per year for patients with moderate renal ***,owing to chronic insidiously worsening renal insufficiency,dabigatran can still accumulate abnormally,necessitating therapy with idarucizumab to reverse the anticoagulation due to severe erosive gastritis with widespread stomach mucosal *** SUMMARY A 76-year-old woman with a history of atrial fibrillation who took dabigatran 110 mg twice daily as directed to lessen the chance of stroke,was transported to the hospital with hematemesis and *** findings revealed severe lifethreatening,blood-loss-induced anemia with a hemoglobin(Hb)level of 41.0 g/L and marked coagulation abnormalities with thrombin time(TT)>180 s,most likely caused by dabigatran-induced metabolic *** acid suppressive,hemostatic,and blood transfusion therapy resulted in the misconception that the bleeding was controlled,with subsequent *** was administered in a timely manner to counteract dabigatran’s anticoagulant impact,and 12 h later,TT was determined to be 17.4 s,which was within the normal ***,the patient had no active bleeding signs and laboratory findings showed an Hb level of 104 g/L and TT of 17.7 *** Renal function,coagulation function,and dabigatran concentration should be regularly monitored in older *** pump inhibitor and dabigatran coadministration is still controversial in preventing upper gastrointestinal tract bleeding.

Retinal neovascularization(RNV),a typical pathological manifestation involved in most neovascular diseases,causes retinal detachment,vision loss,and ultimately irreversible *** intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF drugs were developed against RNV,with limitations of incomplete responses and adverse ***,a new treatment with a better curative effect and more prolonged dosage is ***,we induced macrophage polarization to anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype by inhibiting cGAS-STING signaling with an antagonist C176,appreciating the role of cGAS-STING signaling in the retina in pro-inflammatory M1 polarization.C176-loaded and phosphatidylserine-modified dendritic mesoporous silica nanoparticles were constructed and examined by a single intravitreal *** biosafe nanoparticles were phagocytosed by retinal macrophages through a phosphatidylserine-mediated“eat me”signal,which persistently release C176 to suppress STING signaling and thereby promote macrophage M2 polarization specifically.A single dosage can effectively alleviate pathological angiogenesis phenotypes in murine oxygen-induced retinopathy *** conclusion,these C176-loaded nanoparticles with enhanced cell uptake and long-lasting STING inhibition effects might serve as a promising way for treating RNV.

Basic magnesium carbonate(4 MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4 H2 O) with spherical-like structure was synthesized through precursors thermal decomposition. The precursor of magnesium carbonate trihydrates(MgCO3·3 H2 O) was synthesized by brine and ammonium bicarbonate, and the thermal decomposition conditions were investigated in detail. The obtained particulate was characterized using SEM, XRD and laser particle analyzer. The result showed that it was easy to obtain spherical-like 4 MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4 H2 O by precursor thermal decomposition at 80~100 ℃ with thermal decomposition time 90 min, stirring time 15 min and the liquid initial concentration 0.1 mol/L, while rod-like 4 MgCO3·Mg(OH)2·4 H2 O with a surface of "house of card" structure was more likely to be obtained at low temperature(55 ℃), and rosette-like products were obtained at a little higher temperature(80 ℃) by direct synthesis.

Bovine hepacivirus(BovHepV)is a novel virus that was recently discovered in Ghana and Germany in *** now,this virus has been identified in cattle population worldwide and is classified into subtypes *** fully understand the epidemic situation and genetic characteristic of BovHepV in China,a total of 612 cattle serum samples were collected from 20 farms in seven provinces and municipality in China between 2018 and 2020 and were tested for the presence of BovHepV RNA via semi-nested *** results demonstrated that 49(8.0%)samples were BovHepV *** is noted that BovHepV infection in yak was confirmed for the first *** was detected in all the seven provinces,with the positive rate ranging from 3.1%to 13.3%,which indicates a wide geographical distribution pattern of BovHepV in *** results revealed that 5'UTR of the 49 field BovHepV strains have a nucleotide similarity of 96.3%-100%between each other and 93.9%-100%with previously reported BovHepV *** addition,genetic analysis identified five critical nucleotide sites in 5'UTR to distinguish different subtypes,which was further verified by genomic sequencing and nucleotide similarity *** the 49 Chinese field BovHepV strains were classified into subtype G and this subtype is only determined in cattle in China *** study will provide insights for us to better understand the epidemiology and genetic diversity of BovHepV.

A new organocatalytic double annulation cascade involving scission/recombination of N-O bonds of nitrones is reported for the first time, and used to produce a range of hitherto unprecedented tricyclic bridged-fused benzo[d]azepines bearing three stereogenic centers with moderate to good yields and complete diastereoselectivity. A quinine-catalyzed reaction of yne–allenone esters with nitrones worked well and provided a convergent and regioselective pathway to access these three-dimensional scaffolds from the planar conjugated system. Density functional theory(DFT) calculations have been applied to understand the key process for forming diradical intermediates.
