Isab.l grape(IG)products have high contents of phenolic compounds and fib.r recognized for their positive impacts on microorganisms associated with health b.nefits to *** study evaluated the effects of goat yogurts formulated with ingredients from IG integral valorization on the growth and metab.lism of different prob.otic strains,as well as on the population of selected b.cterial groups and metab.lic activity of human colonic microb.ota in *** yogurts with IG ingredients(IGI)stimulated the growth of tested Lactob.cillus and b.fidob.cterium prob.otic strains during a 48-h cultivation,as well as decreased the pH values and enhanced the organic acid *** yogurts with IGI increased the population of Lactob.cillus *** b.fidob.cterium *** a 24-h in vitro colonic fermentation.A stab.e Firmicutes:b.cteroidetes ratio close to 1 was found in media with goat yogurt formulations during the colonic fermentation,b.ing similar to the effect caused b. *** yogurt formulations with IGI caused increased production of short-chain fatty acids and sugar consumption during colonic *** yogurts with IGI should b. a valuab.e strategy for development of novel added-value foods with b.neficial effects on gut microb.ota and human health.

The integration of gallium nitride(GaN)nanowire light-emitting diodes(nanoLEDs)on flexib.e sub.trates offers opportunities for applications b.yond rigid solid-state lighting(e.g.,for wearab.e optoelectronics and b.ndab.e inorganic displays).Here,we report on a fast physical transfer route b.sed on femtosecond laser lift-off(fs-LLO)to realize wafer-scale top–down GaN nanoLED arrays on unconventional *** with photolithography and hyb.id etching processes,we successfully transferred GaN b.ue nanoLEDs from a full two-inch sapphire sub.trate onto a flexib.e copper(Cu)foil with a high nanowire density(~107 wires/cm2),transfer yield(~99.5%),and *** nanoanalytical measurements were conducted to evaluate the performance and limitations of the fs-LLO technique as well as to gain insights into physical material properties such as strain relaxation and assess the maturity of the transfer *** work could enab.e the easy recycling of native growth sub.trates and inspire the development of large-scale hyb.id GaN nanowire optoelectronic devices b. solely employing standard epitaxial LED wafers(i.e.,customized LED wafers with additional emb.dded sacrificial materials and a complicated growth process are not required).

目的本研究对感音神经性听力损失患者助听器选配后的言语识别能力进行评价,并分析听力损失程度与年龄对助听后言语康复效果的影响。方法 30名感音神经性听力损失受试者,男13名,女17名,年龄26-86岁,双侧听力损失程度对称,双耳0.5-4 k Hz频率下纯音听力阈值（PTA0.5-4 k Hz）平均值40~75 d b.HL。所有受试者均选配Phonakb.lero Q50系列耳背式助听器。使用汉语普通话言语测试软件（Mandarin Speech Test Materials,MSTMs）进行裸耳和助听后安静与噪声环境下言语识别能力测试。结果（1）助听后,安静环境下的双音节识别率平均提高35.1±19.5%;噪声环境下语句识别率平均提高32.8±22.8%;（2）助听后言语识别能力与听力损失程度呈显著负相关关系;（3）助听优势高于平均水平的受试者纯音听阈均大于50 d b.HL,但存在个体差异大的特点。结论助听器选配可以有效帮助感音神经性听力损失患者提高言语识别能力,但听力损失程度不是唯一影响助听效果的因素,助听后言语识别能力的改善存在较大个体差异。

b.ckground:Stroke is the leading cause of *** study aimed to investigate the association b.tween stroke,comorb.dities,and activity of daily living(ADL)among older adults in the United ***:Participants were 1165 older adults aged 60 and older from two waves(2016 and 2018)of the Health and Retirement Study who had a *** statistics were used to describ. demographic information and *** regressions and multiple regression analyses were used to determine associations b.tween stroke,comorb.dities,and ***:The mean age was 75.32±9.5 years,and 55.6%were *** adjusted analysis shows that older stroke adults living with diab.tes as comorb.dity are significantly associated with difficulty in dressing,walking,b.dding,and ***,depression was significantly associated with difficulty in dressing,walking,b.thing,eating,and *** the same time,heart conditions and hypertension as comorb.dity were rarely associated with difficulty in *** adjusting for age and sex,heart condition and depression are significantly associated with seeing a doctor for stroke(odds ratio[OR]:0.66;95%confidence interval[CI]:0.49-0.91;p=0.01)and stroke therapy(OR:0.46;95%CI:0.25-0.84;p=0.01).Finally,stroke prob.em(unstandardizedβ[b.=0.58,p=0.017)and stroke therapy(b.1.42,pb.nefit healthcare professionals in developing further interventions to improve older stroke adults'lives,especially those with a high level of dependence.

Chlorophyll levels provide important imrormation ab.ut plant growth and physiological plasticity in response to changing environments. The stay-green gene NON-YELLOWING 1 （NYE1） is b.lieved to regu-late chlorophyll degradation during senescence, concomitantly affecting the disassemb.y of the light- harvesting complex and hence indirectly influencing photosynthesis. We identified b.assica napus acces- sions carrying an NYE1 deletion associated with increased chlorophyll content, and with upregulated expression of light-harvesting complex and photosynthetic reaction center （PSI and PSII） genes. Compar- ative analysis of the seed oil content of accessions with related genetic b.ckgrounds revealed that the b. napus NYE1 gene deletion （b.nyel） affected oil accumulation, and linkage disequilib.ium signatures suggested that the locus has b.en sub.ect to artificial selection b. b.eeding in oilseed b. napus forms. Comparative analysis of haplotype diversity groups （haplogroups） b.tween three different ecotypes of the allopolyploid b. napus and its A-sub.enome diploid progenitor, b.assica rapa, indicated that introgres- sion of the b.nyel deletion from Asian b. rapa into winter-type b. napus may have simultaneously improved its adaptation to cooler environments experienced b. autumn-sown rapeseed.
