Ea.ly Developmen. Cen.us(a.DC)*** used two a.grega.ed outcome mea.ures:developmen.a.ly vuln.ra.le on.a. lea.t on. a.DC doma.n.DV1)a.d developmen.a.ly vuln.ra.le on.a. lea.t two a.DC doma.n.(DV2).Ca.sa. media.ion.a.a.ysis wa. a.plied to estima.e the n.0}ura. direct(n.E),in.irect(n.E),a.d tota.(TE)effects a. rela.ive risks(RR).Results In.the whole cohort(n.64,356),a.proxima.ely 22%were cla.sified a. DV1 a.d 11%a. DV2 on.a.DC *** of the n.0}ura. direct effect suggested tha. children.exposed to GDM were more likely to be cla.sified a. DV1(RR=1.20,95%CI:1.10-1.31)a.d DV2(RR=1.34,95%CI:1.19-1.50)a.ter a.justin. for poten.ia. *** 6%a.d 4%of the effect of GDM on.ea.ly childhood developmen.a. vuln.ra.ility wa. media.ed by preterm birth for DV1 a.d DV2,*** Children.exposed to gesta.ion.0} dia.etes mellitus were more likely to be developmen.a.ly vuln.ra.le in.on. or more a.DC *** biologica. mecha.ism for these a.sociation. is n.t well expla.n.d by media.ion.through preterm birth.
