由于严格的排放限制,各种污染物(致癌物质、有机污染物、难降解物质)必须经过仔细处理。制革工业中用于鞣制或复鞣的一系列化学合成材料有合成鞣剂(ST)、树脂鞣剂(丙烯酸树脂)、油脂等等。在所报告的文献中,制革单宁的处理往往集中在单一的化学物质上,如鞣酸或没食子酸,因此关于复杂单宁混合物以及它们在生物处理和水体环境中的处理方法很少报道。现在的研究主要是考察Fenton方法对四种合成单宁(ST1:甲酚基类;ST2:醛基缩合和磺化芳香酸的二硫化物;ST3:酚基类;ST4:酚基缩合类)的降解作用。同时Fenton氧化方法(FO)氧化条件对油脂(OL1:硫酸化;OL2:亚硫酸化;OL3:磷酸化)的处理同样进行了单独实验研究。这些材料在复鞣过程中会使COD最高。FO氧化法的操作条件为pH3.0,温度40～45℃,这也是复鞣工序中的操作温度,实验时配置的人工废水每份样品COD含量为300mg/L。在用FO法对所有STs进行处理体系中,H2O2/FeSO4的浓度比均为500/600(mg/mg)时,COD去除率达到最大值。在同样的比例下检测不同时间对ST的处理效果发现,在经过5min的氧化后COD平均去除率达到75%以上(ST3:75%;ST1、ST2:85%;ST4:90%)并且在氧化10min以后COD去除效果增加不明显,将不再增加,仅仅ST1对COD的去除率的提高一直持续到15min,其结果和UV和氧化还原电位(ORP)测试结果相吻合。在对油脂降解进行试验时,发现H2O2/FeSO4浓度比为600/750(mg/mg)时是FO氧化法进行的最适条件。这项研究的结果表明快速氧化法用于处理生物处理过程中难以降解的复鞣剂是可行的。

Wilson's disease(WD) is an autosomal recessive disorder of copper metabolism, caused by mutations in the ATP7 B gene. A clear demand for novel WD treatment strategies has emerged. Although therapies using zinc salts and copper chelators can effectively cure WD, these drugs exhibit limitations in a substantial pool of WD patients who develop intolerance and/or severe side effects. Several lines of research have indicated intriguing potential for novel strategies and targets for development of new therapies. Here, we review these new approaches, which comprise correction of ATP7 B mutants and discovery of new compounds that circumvent ATP7B-deficiency, as well as cell and gene therapies. We also discuss whether and when these new therapeutic strategies will be translated into clinical use, according to the key requirements for clinical trials that remain to be met. Finally, we discuss the hope for the current rapidly developing research on molecular mechanisms underlying WD pathogenesis and for the related potential therapeutic targets to provide a solid foundation for the next generation of WD therapies that may lead to an effective, tolerable and safe cure.

Tuberous sclerosis complex(TSC)is a rare multisystem,autosomal dominant neurocutaneous syndrome in which epilepsy is the most common of several neurological and psychiatric *** two thirds of patients develop drug-resistant epilepsy for whom surgical resection of epileptogenic foci is indicated when seizures remain inadequately controlled following trial of two antiseizure *** challenge with presurgical and surgical approaches with patients with TSC is overcoming the complexity from the number of tubers and the multiplex epileptogenic network forming the epileptogenic *** suggest that seizure freedom is achieved by 55%-60%of patients,but predictive factors for success have remained elusive,which makes for unconfident selection of surgical *** article presents three different cases as illustrations of the potential challenges faced when assessing the suitability of TSC patients for epilepsy surgery.

Following the current epidemic of obesity, the worldwide prevalence of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)has increased with potential serious health implications. While it is established that in adults NAFLD can progress to end-stage liver disease in many cases, the risk of progression during childhood is less well defined. Since most obese children are not adherent to lifestyle modifications and hypocaloric diets, there is a growing number of studies on pharmacological interventions with the risk of disease mongering, the practice of widening the boundaries of illness in order to expand the markets for treatment. Here, we propose a critical appraisal of the best available evidence about long-term course of pediatric NAFLD and efficacy of treatments other than hypocaloric diet and physical exercise. As a result, the number of NAFLD children with a poor outcome is small in spite of the alarming tones used in some papers; large-scale longitudinal studies with longterm follow-up of pediatric NAFLD patients are lacking; the studies on ancillary pharmacological interventions have been performed in few patients with inconclusive and conflicting results.

自20世纪90年代互联网繁荣以来,为了在数字和现实场所营造中重新配置公共、共享和个人之间的关系,构思和体验现实场所的范式和参数发生了变化。人工智能的进一步发展使我们陷入一场比肩工业革命的新革命,其主要影响将涉及人类能否掌控人工智能的进化,人工智能是作为工具服务人类抑或取代人类,成为问题的关键。在这种情况下,空间作为公共共享利益的问题将不得不从根本上重新思考。这些观点事实上已经对艺术和创意领域的研究和实验产生了重大影响,涉及公众和社会领域。通过第二十八届电子艺术国际研讨会(ISEA)上展示的一些艺术项目,笔者认为当今艺术家面临的挑战是如何使现实的不同维度相互作用并促进集体共享和可访问性,同时提高极限状态下对广义现实、情绪以及认知体验的复杂性和可能性的认识。

REGULATING EFFECTS OF VASCULAR ENDOTHELIAL GROWTH FACTOR AND ANG Ⅱ ON FROG'S PERICARDIAL STOMATA, MESOTHELIUM AND ANGIOGENESIS

To observe the regulating effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and angiotensinⅡ (ANG II) on the frog’s pericardium, lymphatic stomata and angiogenesis so as to reveal their effects and mechanism on the mesothelial permeability, lymphatic stoma regulation and myocardial hypertrophy. Methods. VEGF and ANGⅡ were injected into the frog’s peritoneal cavity so as to examine the changes of the pericardial stromata by using transmission electron microscopy, scanning electron microscopy and computerized imaging analysis. Results. Scattered distributed pericardial stomata were found on the parietal pericardium of the frog with a few sinusoid mesothelial cells, whose blood supply was directly from the cardiac chambers flowing into the trabecular spaces of the myocardium (because there are no blood vessels in the myocardium of the frog). The average diameters of the pericardial stomata in VEGF and ANGⅡ groups were 1.50μ m and 1.79μ m respectively, which were much larger than those in the control group (0.72μ m, P Conclusions. VEGF and ANGⅡ could strongly regulate the pericardial stomata by increasing their numbers and openings with larger diameters and higher distribution density. They could also increase the sinusoid areas with the result of the higher permeability of the pericardium, which clearly indicated that VEGF and ANGⅡ could speed up the material transfer of the pericardial cavity and play an important role in preventing myocardial interstitial edema. Yet there was no strong evidence to show the angiogenesis in the myocardium.
