Humanity has fantasized about artificial intelligence tools able to discuss with human beings fluently for *** efforts have been proposed ranging from ELIZA to the modern vocal *** the large interest in this research and innovation field,there is a lack of common understanding on the concept of conversational agents and general over expectations that hide the current limitations of existing *** work proposes a literature review on the subject with a focus on the most promising type of conversational agents that are powered on top of knowledge bases and that can offer the ground knowledge to hold conversation autonomously on different *** describe a conceptual architecture to define the knowledge-enhanced conversational agents and investigate different domains of *** conclude this work by listing some promising research pathways for future work.

Malignant gastric outlet obstruction(mGOO)is a major condition affecting patients with periampullary tumors,including pancreatic *** current treatment options include surgical gastroenterostomy,endoscopic stenting and more recently EUS-guided *** studies comparing the outcomes of the three procedures focus on technical success,clinical success and ***“occult”outcomes relevant to the patient’s viewpoints and perspective may ultimately impact on cancer-related and overall survival,such as body mass composition,nutritional biomarkers,chemotherapy tolerance and patient-reported quality of *** aim of this review is to provide an overview of potential key outcomes that should be explored in future comparative research around mGOO treatment options.

Si/Ga埃尼碳硅酸盐的合成与表征（英文）

Phenylene-gallosilicates were prepared with the same crystalline structure as their aluminum analogues. The new Ga-Eni Carbon Silicates(Ga-ECS) phases were investigated by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and thermogravimetric analysis, which demonstrated that gallium isomorphously replaced aluminum in the framework of the organic-inorganic hybrids similar to the case of classical zeolites. Hybrid ECS materials were obtained with different types of bridged silsesquioxane precursors that maintained the aluminum-silicate nature of the inorganic moiety. This work confirms a new level of crystal chemistry versatility for this class of materials, and demonstrates the possibility to tailor also the inorganic part of the framework by changing the nature of the trivalent heteroatom.

Screening Programs for Cervical Cancer： Investigation ＂SWOT＂ in Calabria

(Screening programs for cervical cancer: a "SWOT" investigation in the Calabria Region)—-The low adherence to screening programs for cervical cancer in Calabria, was analyzed by performing a SWOT analysis with concerned health professionals. The survey shows that screening organized in Calabria is active and well regulated, the human and financial resources are scarce and the healthcare management has paid little attention to the prevention of women"s cancers. In the perspective of a necessary improvement of the regional system of screening, it would be appropriate to enable promotion strategies and more effective communication, overcoming possible cultural factors hindering.
