Requirements analysis is an important phase in a software project. The analysis is often performed in an informal way by specialists who review documents looking for ambiguities, technical inconsistencies and incomplete parts. Automation is still far from being applied in requirements analyses, above all since natural languages are informal and thus difficult to treat automatically. There are only a few tools that can analyse texts. One of them, called QuARS, was developed by the Istituto di Scienza e Tecnologie dell＇Informazione and can analyse texts in terms of ambiguity. This paper describes how QuARS was used in a formal empirical experiment to assess the impact in terms of effectiveness and efficacy of the automation in the requirements review process of a software company.

This study examined the effects of combined anti-inflammatories and specific nutrients on recovery from resistance exercises. Trained individuals （n = 14） performed three sets to failure at a 8-12 repetition maximum load for six resistance exercises, then repeated this workout after 24 h. participants consumed a protein-carbohydrate shake （330 ml; 20 g protein; 45 g carbohydrate）, vitamin C （1000 mg）, vitamin E （400 I.U.） and ibuprofen （100 mg） immediately after the initial workout. Another dose of vitamin C and ibuprofen were respectively consumed 1 h or 30 min before the second workout. On another occasion （counterbalanced） a placebo of flavored water, two imitation vitamins （gummy candies）, and two replica ibuprofen （sugar pills） were consumed. A 10-cm visual analog scale （VAS） assessed pain, ratings of perceived exertion （RPE）, and ratings of perceived recovery （RPR）. Treatment enhanced performance-based recovery （repetitions after 24h） for the chest press （P 〈 0.010） and latissimus pull-down （P 〈 0.010）. Within-condition comparisons revealed performance decrements （P 〈 0.050） after 24 h for 83% of the exercises under placebo, compared to 50% of exercises under treatment. Treatment enhanced RPR （P = 0.038） compared to placebo, but had no significant effects on residual （P = 0.215） or exercise （P 〉 0.050） pain. RPE was lower under the treatment for the chest press （P = 0.016） and overall workout （P = 0.038） on Day 1, but similar among all exercises on Day 2 （P 〉 0.050）. This treatment may promote increases in performance without increasing pain or RPE.

Dear Editor,In multicellular eukaryotes,Polycomb repression heritably si-lences gene expression programs not needed or detrimental for a given developmental stage or tissue(Schuettengruber et al.,2017).During cell fate reprogramming,Polycomb silencing can be overcome by the combined activity of multiple Trithorax group(TrxG)proteins(Wu et al.,2012;Liang et al.,2015;Schuettengruber et al.,2017).TrxG proteins are genetically defined as suppressors of homeotic defects caused by loss of Polycomb function and have diverse enzymatic activities(Schuettengruber et al.,2017).We used a genetic enhancer screen to identify candidate TrxG proteins and uncovered TrxG activity for components of the SWR1 chromatin remodeling complex,which deposits the histone variant H2A.Z(Deal et al.,2007;March-Diaz et al.,2008).

Silica aerogel (sa) was loaded with domperidone to demonstrate the potentiality of adsorption processes based on the usage of supercritical carbon dioxide to treat poorly water-soluble drugs, forming new kinds of drug delivery systems. The effects of pressure, temperature and solution concentration on loaded sa were studied. Adsorption isotherms were measured at 35℃ and 45℃ and fitted with Langmuir model. Release kinetics of the adsorbed drug were also evaluated by in vitro dissolution tests. Results showed that domperidone can be uniformly dispersed into the aerogel and that the release rate of domperidone from the composite, constituted by drug and silica aerogel, is much faster than that of the crystalline drug. The proposed adsorption method is suitable for the production of domperidone fast release tablets.

In tomatoes,grafting onto resistant rootstocks represents an effective strategy to control several soil-borne diseases that reduce crop profitability,especially for landraceswith little or no resistance tomultiple pathogens/*** this study,the high-value‘Corbarino’tomato landrace was grafted onto seven commercial Solanum interspecific rootstocks to evaluate graft compatibility,yield performance,and qualitative characteristics under greenhouse healthy *** rootstocks were themost effective in improving fruit yield without negatively affecting the carpometric,technological,and health-related traits of the traditional tomato.‘Dinafort’rootstock increased fresh and dry yield,harvest index,and fruit/clusters,while mean fruit weight,shape index,total and soluble solid content,simple sugars,organic acids,flavonoids,ascorbic acid,and trans-lycopene content did not differ with respect to the ungrafted‘Corbarino’.‘Interpro’rootstock also showed promising results for the overall yield and quality traits,although it reduced the trans-lycopene content in the fruit.‘Silex’rootstock showed the highest harvest index as result of decreased *** fruit quality induced by‘Silex’was satisfactory and high levels of simple sugars,flavonoids,ascorbic acid,and trans-lycopene were also ***,graft success,especially for‘Dinafort’and‘Silex’,needs to be improved by investigating more suitable methods for seedling production,grafting,acclimatization,etc.
