We report a simple,effective,and universal lattice reconstruction approach to improve the quality of perovskite films by using nonpolar solvents with high Gutmann donor numbers(DNs).We find that high-DN nonpolar solvents,for instance,ethyl acetate,can interact with perovskite *** a solvent can make the perovskite lattice more ordered and“harder”and promote the formation of heterostructures with low-dimensional perovskite impurities and residual solvent *** a result,the latticereconstructed perovskite films exhibit reduced defect densities and suppressed ion *** resultant mixed-halide blue perovskite light-emitting diodes(PeLEDs)show greatly enhanced tolerance to high driving current densities and voltages,demonstrating high brightness,outstanding color stability and low efficiency *** work provides a deep understanding of the interactions between nonpolar solvents and perovskites and offers useful guidelines for further development of high-power PeLEDs.

Engineering the electrical properties of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS)holds great potential for various applications such as sensors,thermoelectric(TE)generators,and hole transport layers in solar *** strategies have been applied to achieve optimal electrical properties,including base solution ***,the working mechanism and the exact details of the structural transformations induced by base post-treatments are still *** this work,we present a comparative study on the post-treatment effects of using three common and green alkali base solutions:namely LiOH,NaOH,and *** structural modifications induced in the film by the base post-treatments are studied by techniques including atomic force microscopy,grazing-incidence wide-angle X-ray scattering,ultraviolet–visible–near-infrared spectroscopy,and attenuated total reflectance Fourier-transform infrared ***-induced structural modifications are responsible for an improvement in the TE power factor of the films,which depends on the basic solution *** results are explained on the basis of the different affinity between the alkali cations and the PSS chains,which determines PEDOT *** results presented here shed light on the structural reorganization occurring in PEDOT:PSS when exposed to high-pH solutions and may serve as inspiration to create future pH-/ion-responsive devices for various applications.

BACKGROUND Disorders of gut-brain interaction(DGBI)are common,but knowledge about their physiopathology is still poor,nor valid tools have been used to evaluate them in *** To develop a psycho-gastroenterological questionnaire(PGQ)to assess the psycho-gastroenterological profile and social characteristics of a pediatric population with and without *** One hundred and nineteen Italian children(age 11-18)were included:28 outpatient patients with DGBI(Rome IV criteria)and 91 healthy *** filled the PGQ,faces pain scale revised(FPS-R),Bristol stool chart,ga-strointestinal symptoms rating scale,state-trait anxiety inventory,Toronto alexithymia scale 20,perceived self-efficacy in the management of negative emotions and expression of positive emotions(APEN-G,APEP-G),irritable bowel syndrome-quality of life questionnaire,school performances,tobacco use,early life events,degree of *** Compared to controls,patients had more medical examinations(35%of them went to the doctor more than five times),a higher school performance(23%vs 13%,P<0.05),didn’t use tobacco(never vs 16%,P<0.05),had early life events(28%vs 1%P<0.05)and a higher percentage of pain classified as 4 in the FPS-R during the examination(14%vs 7%,P<0.05).CONCLUSION Pediatric outpatients with DGBI had a higher prevalence of early life events,a lower quality of life,more medical examinations rising health care costs,lower anxiety levels.

This editorial is a commentary on the case report by Furuya et al focusing on the challenging diagnosis of early pancreatic adenocarcinoma and new tools for an earlier ***,pancreatic cancer still has a poor prognosis,mainly due to late diagnosis in an advanced *** main precancerous routes have been identified as pathways to pancreatic adenocarcinoma:The first encompasses a large group of mucinous cystic lesions:intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm and mucinous cystic neoplasm,and the second is pancreatic intraepithelial *** the last decade the focus of research has been to identify high-risk patients,using advanced imaging techniques(magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography or endoscopic ultrasonography)which could be helpful in finding“indirect signs”of early stage pancreatic ***,the survival rate still remains poor,and alternative screening methods are under *** retrograde cholangiopancreatography followed by serial pancreatic juice aspiration cytology could be a promising tool for identifying precursor lesions such as intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm,but confirming data are still needed to validate its *** a combination of cross-sectional imaging,endoscopic techniques(old and new ones)and genetic and biological biomarkers also in pancreatic juice)could be the best solution to reach an early *** could help to predict and follow the progression of early pancreatic ***,further studies are needed to validate their diagnostic reliability and to establish diagnostic algorithms to improve prognosis and survival in patients with pancreatic cancer.

This paper describes the BAPAMAN（Binary Actuated Parallel MANipulator） series of parallel manipulators that has been conceived at Laboratory of Robotics and Mechatronics（LARM）. Basic common characteristics of BAPAMAN series are described. In particular, it is outlined the use of a reduced number of active degrees of freedom, the use of design solutions with flexural joints and Shape Memory Alloy（SMA） actuators for achieving miniaturization, cost reduction and easy operation features. Given the peculiarities of BAPAMAN architecture, specific experimental tests have been proposed and carried out with the aim to validate the proposed design and to evaluate the practical operation performance and the characteristics of a built prototype, in particular, in terms of operation and workspace characteristics.

In this paper we present a new projective synchronization scheme, where two chaotic （hyperchaotic） discrete-time systems synchronize for any arbitrary scaling matrix. Specifically, each drive system state synchronizes with a linear combination of response system states. The proposed observer-based approach presents some useful features： i） it enables exact synchronization to be achieved in finite time （i.e., dead-beat synchronization）; ii） it exploits a scalar synchronizing signal; iii） it can be applied to a wide class of discrete-time chaotic （hyperchaotic） systems; iv） it includes, as a particular case, most of the synchronization types defined so far. An example is reported, which shows in detail that exact synchronization is effectively achieved in finite time, using a scalar synchronizing signal only, for any arbitrary scaling matrix.

Tuned mass dampers (TMD) are well known as one of the most widely adopted devices in vibration control passive strategies. In the past few decades,many methods have been developed to find the optimal parameters of a TMD installed on a structure and subjected to a random base excitation process,but most of them are usually based on an implicit assumption that all of the structural parameters are deterministic. However,in many real cases this simplification is unacceptable,so robust optimal design criteria becomes aviable alternative to better support engineers in the design process. In Robust Design Optimization (RDO) approaches,indeed the solution must be able to not only minimize the performance but also to limitits variation induced by uncertainty. Most of the currently available RDO methods are based on a probabilistic description of the model uncertainty,even if in many cases they are not able to explicitly include the influence of all the possible sources of uncertainties. Therefore,in this study,a fuzzy version of the robust TMD design optimization problem is proposed. The consistency of the fuzzy approach is studied with respect to the available non-probabilistic formulations reported in the literature and an application to an example of a robust design of a linear TMD subjected to base random vibrations in the presence of fuzzy uncertainties. The results show that the proposed fuzzy-based approach is able to give a set of optimal solutions both in terms of structural efficiency and sensitivity to mechanical and environmental uncertainties.

This paper presents the problem of generating four-wing （eight-wing） chaotic attractors. The adopted method consists in suitably coupling two （three） identical Lorenz systems. In analogy with the original Lorenz system, where the two wings of the butterfly attractor are located around the two equilibria with the unstable pair of complex-conjugate eigenvalues, this paper shows that the four wings （eight wings） of these novel attractors axe located around the four （eight） equilibria with two （three） pairs of unstable complex-conjugate eigenvalues.
