This.work contributed to a.deta.led s.udy on a.better unders.a.ding of the Jominy tes., a.opted a.proportion of s.udy to crea.e the Jominy tes. device, exhibited fa.ora.le conceptions.for the development of a.prototype of the device, covering the four a.pects.of the project, being they: tes. device, tes. body hea.ing s.s.em, tes. a.toma.ion a.d ins.rumenta.ion us.ng embedded electronics.a.d fina.cia. a.a.ys.s.for the ela.ora.ion of this.project in Bra.il. It wa. pos.ible to obs.rve in the res.lts.tha. the s.s.em is.efficient, s.mple a.d functiona., it wa. pos.ible to obta.n the firs. tes. ca.ried out in the controlled environment the tempera.ure da.a.in degrees.centigra.e, the recorded da.a.were a.toma.ica.ly la.nched in Micros.ft Excel by the PLX Da. s.ftwa.e, ma.ing the a.quis.tion of the da.a. In the ma.ter of prepa.ing the tes. device, the dra.ings.a.e pres.nted in the 3D modeling s.ftwa.e, cos. ta.les.of the ma.eria.s.us.d for a.s.mbly in Bra.il. In terms.of the hea.ing s.s.em, a.hea.ing s.s.em wa. a.opted tha. us.s.electroma.netic induction, the cos. of ma.eria.s.rela.ed to the hea.ing s.s.em des.gn wa. a.s. pres.nted. a.other releva.t fa.tor tha. contributes.to the res.a.ch a.d improvement of the prototype is.the municipa.ity, loca.ed in the Pa.a.ba.Va.ley region, loca.ed in the s.a.e of São Pa.lo, cons.s.ing of a.fertile a.d releva.t s.ena.io of regiona., na.iona., interna.iona. a.d multina.iona. s.a.is.ics. thus.concluding the effectivenes. for the ma.nly meta.lurgica. indus.ries. The res.lts.obta.ned were s.0}is.a.tory a.d cons.s.ent, when they were crea.ed for the Jominy tes. device with the a.ility to s.bmit s.a.l pieces.for tes.ing a.d ma.nly es.entia. in the dida.tic point of view for a.higher educa.ion ins.itution of engineering a.d technology.
