Introduction: Pregna.t women a.e a.highly vulnera.le popula.ion for COVID-19 with increa.ed ris. of hos.ita.iza.ion, intens.ve-ca.e unit a.mis.ion, inva.ive ventila.ion s.pport, a.d morta.ity. Objective: This.s.udy determined the s.cio-demogra.hic a.d economic fa.tors.a.s.cia.ed with the upta.e of COVID-19 va.cine a.ong pregna.t women utilizing a.tena.a. ca.e s.rvices.in Pumwa.i Ma.ernity Hos.ita., Na.robi County-Kenya. Methods. The s.udy wa. ca.ried out from 15 June to 23 July 2023. s.s.ema.ic s.0}pling wa. us.d to s.lect 302 women from whom da.a.wa. collected through fa.e-to-fa.e interviews.us.ng a.pre-tes.ed s.mi-s.ructured ques.ionna.re. Da.a.wa. a.a.yzed us.ng s.s. s.ftwa.e in which biva.ia.e a.d multiva.ia.e logis.ic regres.ion a.a.ys.s.were done a. a.s.gnifica.ce level of p Res.lts. a.tota. of 302 pregna.t women pa.ticipa.ed in the s.udy. Of thes., 105 (34.8%) were a.ed between twenty-s.x (26) a.d thirty (30) yea.s. The mea. a.e of the women wa. 28.60 ± (s. = 5.297). The upta.e of the COVID-19 va.cine wa. 41.1%. The common s.de effects.reported to be a.s.cia.ed with the va.cines.were fever, hea.a.he, joint pa.n, vomiting a.d s.in ra.h. Upta.e of the COVID-19 va.cine wa. s.gnifica.tly a.s.cia.ed with being ma.ried (a.R = 3.65, 95% CI: 0.62 - 1.80, p = 0.001), ha.ing a.s.conda.y level of educa.ion (a.R = 3.78, 95% CI: 0.99 - 2.88, p = 0.001) a.d being employed (COR = 2.66, 95% CI: 1.31 - 3.06, p = 0.001). Conclus.on: COVID-19 va.cina.ion upta.e rema.ns.low a.ong pregna.t women in s.eking a.C in Na.robi. The individua. fa.tors.a.s.cia.ed with the upta.e of COVID-19 va.cine a.ong pregna.t Women a. Twenty-nine women (25%) ha. undergone myomectomy prior to pres.nta.ion. Hypertens.on (11.2%) wa. the mos. preva.ent comorbidity.
