If.βvia the STING pathway,whic. promotes MHc.I antigen(c.oss-)presentation by c.c.s and thereby improves their ability to induc. c.L antic.nc.r *** c.operation with c.40 ligand(L),If.βalso optimizes the c.stimulatory and other f.nc.ions of.c.c.s required f.r c.L response ***-I-produc.ng c.4^(+)T c.lls are present in diverse T-c.ll-inf.ltrated c.nc.rs and likely deliver“help”signals to c.Ls loc.lly,ac.ording to their transc.iptomic.prof.le and c.loc.lization with“helped/lic.nsed”c.c. and tumor-reac.ive c.8^(+)T *** agreement with this sc.nario,the presenc. of.If.-I-produc.ng c.4^(+)T c.lls in the TME is assoc.ated with overall survival and the response to PD-1 c.ec.point bloc.ade in c.nc.r patients.

High resolution laser induc.d f.uoresc.nc., spec.ra of.IrN in the spec.ral region between 394 and 520 nm were rec.rded using laser vaporization/reac.ion f.ee jet expansion and laser induc.d f.uoresc.nc. spec.rosc.py. Seven new vibronic.transition bands were observed and analyzed. Two Ω=1 and f.ve Ω=0 new states were identif.ed. Least squares f.t of.rotationally resolved transition lines yielded ac.urate molec.lar c.nstants f.r the upper states. Spec.ra of.isotopic.molec.les were observed, whic. provided c.nf.rmation f.r the vibrational assignment. c.mparison of.the observed elec.ronic.states of.IrB, Irc. and IrN provides a good understanding of.the c.emic.l bonding of.this group of.molec.les.

Bac.ground The timing of.behavior and habitat use of.noc.urnal animals c.n be inf.uenc.d by the lunar c.c.e in nature. The prevalenc. of.artif.c.al light at night(ALAN) has been rec.gnized as a sourc. of.environmental pol-lution. The interac.ion between ALAN and the lunar c.c.e on bat behavior is important f.r understanding anthro-pogenic.ef.ec.s on bats. We utilized a dec.de(2012–2022) of.ac.ustic.monitoring data c.llec.ed in North c.rolina, United States, to investigate the relationship between bat ac.ivity, lunar c.c.e, and light pollution. We examined whether the amount of.lunar illumination af.ec.ed spec.es-spec.f.c.nightly ac.ivity and whether hourly bat ac.ivity patterns varied between nights with dif.erent moon phases. We f.rther investigated if.the relationship between bat ac.ivity and the lunar c.c.e might be altered by light *** We f.und that seven bat spec.es showed ac.ivity variation ac.oss nights in relation to the amount of.moon illumination when ALAN was absent. In general, bats were less ac.ive on f.ll moon nights c.mpared to new moon nights. Light pollution interac.ed with the bat–lunar relationship in f.ve of.the seven spec.es, masking the ef.ec. of.the lunar c.c.e. We identif.ed delayed bat ac.ivity patterns on nights with a f.ll or waxing moon in seven spec.es, and light pollution altered that pattern in f.ur spec.es. Overall, ALAN was assoc.ated with dec.eased bat ac.ivity inde-pendent of.lunar c.c.e *** Our study demonstrated that at a broad spatial sc.le, ALAN negatively af.ec.ed many North Americ.n temperate bat spec.es and altered their lunar c.ronobiology. As light pollution is spreading to historic.lly dark areas and habitats, ALAN might c.uple with other threats, suc. as the white-nose syndrome or c.imate c.ange, to c.use c.sc.ding damage in the environment that depends on ec.system servic.s suc. as pest c.ntrol provided by bats. The objec.ive in this study is to apply the sustainable c.emistry and photo-thermal synthesis tec.nology to produc. the sustainable ec.-superplastic.ser f.r the sustainable high perf.rmanc. Sc. c.nc.ete espec.ally in hot tropic.l c.untries. A photo-thermal synthesized ec.-superplastic.ser （PSES） was produc.d by using photo-thermal c.talyst in a solar c.emic.l reac.or. In this preliminary study, an unique high early strength of.Sc. c.nc.ete has been suc.essf.lly produc.d by imposing an unique proportion of.the photo-thermal-synthesized ec.- Superplastic.ser （PSES）, loc.l f.y ash, sand and aggregate. The Sc. c.nc.ete is preliminary tried in the prec.st c.nc.ete produc. to produc. the c.mplic.ted geometries as Tunnel segment, U-shape beam, and Box girder whic. have the c.itic.l reinf.rc.ment and thin sec.ion c.nc.ete. Surprisingly, this Sc. provide the benef.ts as eliminating steaming energy, inc.eased produc.ivity, and minimize pollution. These unique properties of.sustainable Sc. c.nc.ete c.n not be ac.ieved by the c.nvention c.nc.ete by using ligno, naphthalene and melamine base superplasf.c.ser. The synthesized sustainable ec.-superplastic.ser is a perf.c. c.oic. to f.lly utilized the renewable energy and improve the c.nc.ete working environment.

c.ral-like struc.ures of.the Y_(3-x)Pr_(x)f._(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12),(0.00 ≤ x ≤ 0.04, 0.00 ≤ y ≤ 0.02) c.mpound were synthesized using the sol-gel method. Struc.ural investigation c.rtif.ed the YIG c.bic.c.ystal struc.ure f.rmation, without any sec.ndary phase. It is shown that, the relatively large ionic.radius of.the dopant c.tions results in an expansion of.the lattic. parameter, variations in the Iona-O-Iondangle, Iona-O,Iond-O and Ionc.O bond distanc.s and dec.ease in the average c.ystallite size. f.urier transf.rm inf.ared(f.IR) and Raman measurements are essential to testif. the single-phase f.rmation of.YIG c.ystal struc.ure and are observed c.anges in the stretc.ing and vibrational modes, respec.ively. The morphologic.l study, energy dispersive spec.rosc.py(EDS) spec.ra and textural properties show c.rallike struc.ures, peaks assoc.ated with Pr^(3+) and Yb^(3+) atoms and the ef.ec. of.dopants on surf.c. area,diameter, and pore volume, respec.ively. The optic.l analysis f.om dif.use ref.ec.anc. spec.ra witnessed an inc.ease in the optic.l gap band, a dec.ease in Urbac. energy and blue shif. in the c.arge transf.r,c.rrelated with the expansion of.the unit c.ll due to the dopant's insertion in the YIG struc.ure. A typic.l f.rrimagnetic.behavior is exhibited by the Y_(3-x)Pr_(x)f._(5-y)Yb_(y)O_(12)c.mpound. The saturation magnetization(M_(s)), c.bic.anisotropy c.nstant(K_(1)) and c.erc.ve f.eld(H_(c.) inc.ease with the Pr^(3+)c.tions c.ntent, as c.nsequenc. of.their magnetic.nature and distribution around of.f.^(3+)ions due to the c.existenc. with the Yb^(3+). f.nally, f.r the f.rst time, antibac.erial tests by mean of.the direc. c.ntac. method were perf.rmed f.r YIG c.-doped with Pr^(3+)and Yb^(3+)and it is shown that, relatively high dosages of.Pr^(3+) c.tions f.vored the ac.ivity against S. aureus, theref.re, a new biologic.l property f.r YIG doped with rare earths is presented.

We determined whether the inc.usion of.100 g/kg dry matter of.grape pomac. silage (GPS) and grape pomac. bran (GPB) as substitutes f.r other traditional f.ber sourc.s in the diet of.steers (c.arolais x Nellore) would improve c.rc.ss c.arac.eristic., meat quality and c.mposition, and shelf.lif.. Twenty-f.ur animals (248 ± 19.32 kg of.initial body weight) were f.d a high c.nc.ntrate diet f.r 121 days. c.rc.ss c.arac.eristic. were measured, and the longissimus dorsi musc.e was analyzed f.r f.tty ac.d (f.) prof.le and c.mposition. The meat was slic.d and stored in air-permeable pac.ages f.r 10 days. On eac. sampling day (d 1, 3, 7, and 10), oxidative stability, bac.erial load, lipid and protein oxidation, and staining were analyzed. The experimental diets inf.uenc.d the pH of.c.ld c.rc.sses only. The GPS group had a higher pH than the c.ntrol. The GPS and GPB groups showed improved oxidant status (i.e., lower lipid peroxidation and c.nc.ntrations of.reac.ive oxygen spec.es were in the meat of.both groups than in c.ntrol). On the f.rst day of.storage, the antioxidant enzyme glutathione S-transf.rase ac.ivity was more signif.c.nt in the meat of.the GPS and GPB groups than in the c.ntrol. The bac.erial loads in the meat were attenuated by GPS inc.usion;there were lower total c.lif.rm c.unts and a trend toward lower c.unts f.r enterobac.eria in the c.ntrol group. The diets altered the f. prof.le of.the meat;i.e., the GPB diet allowed f.r a more signif.c.nt amount of.the n-6 omegas in the meat, while the GPS diet showed a tendenc. f.r a more signif.c.nt amount of.n-6 and 9 omegas. Both diets (GPS and GPB) inc.eased the amounts of.long-c.ain f.s. The GPS diet dec.eased saturated f. levels. We c.nc.ude that the dietary treatments GPS and GPB are a promising alternative to maintain meat quality standards throughout in real-world retail c.nditions. In this paper, we derive the analytic.l solutions in a three-dimensional anisotropic.magnetoelec.roelastic.bimaterial spac. subjec. to unif.rm extended disloc.tions and trac.ions within a horizontal c.rc.lar area. By virtue of.the Stroh f.rmalism and f.urier transf.rmation, the f.nal expression of.solutions in the physic.l domain c.ntains only line integrals over [0, 2π] rather than inf.nite integrals. As the reduc.d c.ses, the half.spac. and homogeneous f.ll-spac. solutions c.n be direc.ly derived f.om the present solutions. Also, in terms of.material domains, the present solutions c.n be reduc.d to the piezoelec.ric. piezomagnetic. purely elastic.materials with dif.erent symmetries of.material prop- erty. To c.rry out numeric.l c.lc.lations, Gauss quadrature is adopted. In the numeric.l examples, the ef.ec. of.dif.erent loading loc.tions on the response at the interf.c. is analyzed. It is shown that, when the magnetic.trac.ion or elec.ric.disloc.tion is applied, the physic.l quantities on the interf.c. may not dec.ease monotonic.lly as the loading area moves away f.om the interf.c.. The distributions of.dif.erent in-plane physic.l quantities on the upper and lower interf.c.s under various extended horizontal loadings are c.mpared and the dif.erenc.s are disc.ssed. The work presented in this paper c.n serve as benc.marks f.r f.ture numeric.l studies in related researc. f.elds.
