Bluetongue （BT） is an infectious, non-contagious arthropod-borne disease that infects all ruminants, including sheep, cattle, deer, goats and camelids. Bluetongue virus （BTV） belonged to Reoviridae is ARN genome of 19 Kb. Twenty-six BTV serotypes have long been recognized, to be associated with severe disease in certain breeds of sheep, whereas cattle and goats are usually sub-clinically affected. Before 2004, BT was considered an exotic disease in Morocco, however, the first outbreak was observed in 2004 in sheep. This outbreak was caused by the isolated BTV-4. Two years later a BTV-1 emerged in Morocco. Both serotype 1 and serotype 4 circulated after 2007 across the country. The aims of the present work was to perform a serological study on sheep from different regions in Morocco in order to clarify the current BTV epidemiological situation and its evolution from 2009 to 2012, to determine the co-infection rate, and to confirm the possible circulation of other BTV Serotype mainly the BTV-8. All of 436 sera were tested by serum neutralization using reference strains. Results confirm the presence of BTV-4, BTV-1 and BTV-8. However, the present study report for the first time the emerging BTV-8 circulation in Morocco. Moreover, the founding reveal as well a higher co-infection rate in cattle compared to sheep.

Introduction: The pneumocystosis is an infection caused by a saprophytic germ Pneumocystis jiroveci. It is exceptional in immunocompetent patients. Case report: This is a 30-year-old patient, admitted to the service for an acute respiratory failure. She was treated for pulmonary tuberculosis 6 months ago. The review has objectified clinique cyanosis of the lips and extremities with a blood pressure 120/70 mmHg, a heart rate of 70 bats/min, a temperature of 38°C and SaO2 to 82% in the open air. The chest radiograph objectified reticulonodular opacities on the right. The patient was put under bi-broad-spectrum antibiotics. Due to the non improvement of the patient’s state, the search for Pneumocystis jiroveci in induced sputum was made and it was positive. The search for a field of immunosuppression was negative.

Early childhood development involves an appropriate global intervention concerning the different areas of development such as: physical, cognitive, language and socio-emotional [1]. Especially during the first six years of life in an adequate environment rich in exchange and interaction. We will present in this article a review of the literature concerning normal early childhood development, focus firstly in normal development’s steps, the importance of first experiences and first aid with a stable and caring attachment figure. second, we will describe the various developmental disorders, occurring during this age group which extends from birth to 6 years and based on the DSM5 classification, namely that developmental delay may concern only one aspect of development (e.g. language delay or motor delay specifically) or concern the different aspects of development (overall development delay). The dynamics of development is also important to clarify because schematically we contrast the pathologies fixed to progressive pathologies (where we find the concepts of stagnation or regression in the development of the child). We will discuss in the third chapter, the interest of early detection as well as the multiple clinical and psychometric diagnostic tools, which aim to detect any delay or disorder in order to initiate appropriate care and minimize the long-term consequences.

BACKGROUND Pancreatic metastases from squamous cell lung carcinoma(SCLC)are *** lesions are often asymptomatic and detected incidentally or during followup investigations,occasionally several years after removal of the primary *** SUMMARY A 56-year-old male with SCLC developed jaundice 1 mo after the cancer *** abdominal computed tomography(CT)scan showed a mass in the pancreatic head with distention of both intra-and extrahepatic biliary *** retrograde cholangiopancreatography and sphincterotomy were performed first,culminating with plastic biliary stent *** examination of the pancreatic mass sample collected by fine-needle aspiration(FNA)under endoscopic ultrasound(EUS)guidance revealed the presence of malignant cells compatible with well-differentiated squamous cell *** liver function normalized,chemotherapy was initiated with carboplatin and paclitaxel;however,4 d later,the patient presented ***-thoracoabdominal CT showed tracheoesophageal fistula and stent *** replacement with a 10 cm/10 mm uncovered metallic biliary stent and treatment of the tracheoesophageal fistula with a fully covered esophageal stent,the patient was able to start oral feeding *** died 9 mo after the initial *** The diagnosis of pancreatic metastasis from SCLC is challenging for ***-FNA is the primary exam for confirmatory diagnosis.

First Characterization of Escherichia coliStrains Isolated from Wildlife Griffon Vulture (Gyps fulvus) in the Southeast of Spain

The aim of the present study was to characterize a collection of Escherichia coli strains isolated from asymptomatic griffon vulture (Gyps fulvus) during a reintroduction program in the southeast of Spain, in order to establish if griffon vulture could play a role in the spread of resistant or potentially pathogenic E. coli strains. For this purpose, 14 E. coli strains obtained from 10 griffon vulture were studied to establish their serotypes, phylogroups, virulencegene profiles and antimicrobial resistances. High heterogeneity was observed within the 14 strains isolated which belonged to three phylogroups (A, B1 and D), 8 serogroups (O2, O21, O29, O60, 073, O78, O103 and O141) and 13 different serotypes. Out of 34 genes screened, we have detected eight virulence genes that are typical of extraintestinal pathogenic E. coli (ExPEC) (fimH, fimAvMT78, iroN, iucD, cvaC, iss, traT and tsh);however, none of the studied strains showed the ExPEC status. The 14 strains were also analyzed for the production of extended-spectrum beta-lactamases (ESBLs) and for antimicrobial resistances. None of the 14 strains were ESBL-producing E. coli, but high resistance-prevalences to ampicillin and cotrimoxazole were detected. To our knowledge, this is the first characterization of E. coli strains isolated from griffon vulture and although they did not show high virulencegene scores, they showed cotrimoxazole resistance.

Helicobacter pylori （H. pylori） colonize the gastric mucosa of 50% of the world＇s population. This infection is closely associated with the development of peptic ulcer disease and gastric cancer. The present study was conducted to assess the prevalence of H, pylori infection in Moroccan population and the risk to develop gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer. Totally, 298 patients were enrolled, 68 of asymptomatic subjects and 230 of patients with gastric diseases. Histological examination was effected to diagnostic gastric lesions and to detect H. pylori. ELISA was used to determine H. pylori status of patients. The prevalence of H. pylori within asymptomatic and symptomatic subjects was observed higher. A significant relationship was detected between H. pylori infection and the risk of gastric diseases （p-value 〈 0.0001）. A meaningful association between chronic gastritis increasing and age was observed （p-value = 0.03）. The risk to develop gastric cancer among infected patients was observed elevated with rate of 9%. Our results showed a high prevalence of H. pylori in both asymptomatic and gastric diseases patients. We noticed that chronic gastric infection increases with age. We remarked also that the risk to develop gastric cancer among infected patients was elevated in our population.

Mathematical Approach on the GDPR Complexity

The objective of this paper work is to create a mathematical approach that can quantify the complexity of the General Data Protection Regulation(GDPR)and,at the same time,the implementing of the rules in a company according to the actual benefits of doing *** scope is to study the rules and regulations imposed by the law,the steps and requirements needed for implementing and to define the indicators that can be used in the mathematical definition of the ***,it checks the impact of each indicator in the system and identifies the factors that determine vulnerabilities,what damages are caused by these factors,the risk and impact level of the *** proposes a model to evaluate the indicators and the assignment of weights in formula evaluation of each indicator,so the risks of implementing the rules in the business will be smaller as well as the evaluation of the data protection terms of a company will be more balanced and *** approach is from the point of view of the law imposed in implementing the model and the easiness and costs for the companies to do so,including the advantages or disadvantages and the risks they can expose to by doing so.

Aim The primary aim of this study was to assess the differences in the upper airway morphology between responders and non-responders to mandibular advancement splint（MAS） treatment in obstructive sleep apnea（OSA） management. The secondary aim was to assess the correlation between the minimum cross-sectional area of the upper airway and the anatomical structures（ie., mandibular external length, maxillary length, soft palate length, area of the tongue, maxillomandibular enclosure size, and anatomical balance ratio） surrounding the upper airway. The third aim was to assess the differences in the overall skeletal configuration between responders and non-responders to MAS treatment. Methods Data from 64 patients（23 females and 41 males） diagnosed with OSA by polysomnography（PSG） at baseline and provided with an adjustable MAS were analyzed. All patients had NewTom3 G cone beam computed tomography（CBCT） scans, performed in the supine position, at baseline. After acclimatization to MAS, follow-up PSG tests were performed to assess the apnea-hypopnea index（AHI） with the MAS in situ. Responders were defined by a post-treatment AHI＜10/hour and ≥ 50% reduction in AHI, and non-responders by a post-treatment AHI≥ 10/hour or ＜ 50% reduction in AHI. Several upper airway and anatomical variables surrounding the upper airway based on CBCT images were measured to determine the differences between responders and non-responders to MAS. Results There were 36 responders（AHI=24.8±11.9 at baseline） and 28 non-responders（AHI=31.2±20.3 at baseline） to MAS. There were no significant differences in the upper airway morphology between responders and non-responders（P=0.17-0.93） or in the anatomical structure surrounding the upper airway（P=0.24-0.58）. Conclusion Within the limitations of this study, it can be concluded that there are no significant differences in upper airway morphology and in anatomical structures surrounding the upper airway between responders and non-responders to MAS treatmen

Pasteurella species is considered the principal pathogen of the respiratory *** haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida were investigated and typed from nasal swabs and tissues taken from sheep,goat and ***,41 lung and 121 nasal swabs samples were collected from animals with respiratory diseases during 2015 to 2017 in six different regions in *** first,a screening of Pasteurella species using the real time PCR(RT-PCR)was carried out,then all isolated strains on agar blood were confirmed by PCR gel based assay specific for *** and *** was evaluated in mice and histopathological examination was done on some of lung *** results revealed that 34 samples of which 28(55%)from nasal swabs and six(38%)from lungs were positive for *** and nine samples of which seven(14%)from nasal swabs and two(13%)from lungs were positive on *** serogroup ***-two percent(72%)isolates were highly pathogenic to mice,which is in accordance with the results obtained by histopathology *** is the first report for widespread infections of Pasteurella(***&***)in ruminants in ***,measures including development of vaccines are highly required to mitigate the impact of the bacteria in animals.
