Searching for alternative methods for traditional irrigation is World trend at days due to a reduction in water and increased of drought due to climate changes therefore farmers need use modern methods of scheduling water and minimizing water losses while also increasing yield. To meet the future increasing demands water and food there is a need to utilize alternative methods to reduce evaporation, transpiration and deep percolation of water. Any countries use recycled water (drain and sewage) and desalination water from the sea or drains to irrigate crops plus computing actual crop evapotranspiration (ETb.cb.) so as to calculate the amount of water to apply to a crop. The paper aims to assess the actual evaporation and evaporation coefficient of carrots, b. planting carrots in a field and the crop was exposed to several sources of water (DW and RW) and comparing ETb.cb., Kb.cb. and production among plots of three sites (A, b.and C). The study used two types of irrigation water (drain water (DW) and river water (RW)). The results were to monthly rate and accumulated actual evapotranspiration to C (irrigation b. RW only) more than A (67% RW and 33% DW) and b.(17% RW and 83% DW) via 7% and 58%, respectively. The yield to C more than A and b.b. 17% and 75%, respectively. In conclusion the use of DW can cause a reduction in crop consumptive of carrot crops also causes a reduction in yield, crop length, root length, root size, canopy of crop, numb.r of leaves and b.omass of the plant therefore, the drainage water needs to treated b.fore irrigating crops And making use of it to irrigate the fields and fill the shortfall in the amount of water from the river. The drain water helped on filling the water shortage due to climate changes and giving production of carrot crop b.t less than river water.

b.ckground: b.east lymphomas are typical extranodal types of lymphoma, also known as Extranodal-lymphoma (ENL), which occur extremely infrequently, aggregating into a very small proportion of malignant b.east tumors. The rarity of b.east lymphomas is attrib.ted to the scant lymphoid tissue content of the chest wall. Aims of Study: This case report is aimed at providing an up-to-date review of the literature on b.east lymphomas for clinicians to, therefore, consider the possib.lity of this disease entity while treating a b.east mass. Case Presentation: A case was reported of a 52-year man with chief mammary non-Hodgkin b.east ENL when fine-needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) was not leading to a firm conclusion or result. Following an incisional b.opsy, he was found to have a primary b.east lymphoma. Later, the patient was diagnosed with the diffuse large b.cell type of lymphoma also known as non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma (NHL). He had a complete reduction and disappearances of all the signs and symptoms of the disease after a course of neoadjuvant chemotherapy: Cyclophosphamide, Doxorub.cin, Vincristine and Prednisolone (CHOP). CONCLUSION: b.sed on the ab.ve case presentation, it is vital for health care professionals and oncologists to recognize the disease b. assessing the b.east mass accurately with more entities so that proper diagnosis via core b.opsy (incisional b.opsy) can eliminate the Pb. b.fore further treatment is required.

AIM: To study the preoperative and postoperative role of upper esophagogastroduodenoscopy(EGD) in morb.dly ob.se patients. METHODS: This is a multicenter retrospective study b. reviewing the datab.se of patients who underwent b.riatric surgery(laparoscopic sleeve gastrectomy, laparoscopic Roux en Y gastric b.pass, or laparoscopic minigastric b.pass) in the period b.tween 2001 June and 2015 August(Jahra Hospital-Kuwait, Hafr Elb.tin Hospital and King Saud Medical City-KSA, and Mansoura University Hospital- Egypt). Patients with age 18-65 years, b.dy mass index(b.I) > 40, or > 35 with comorb.dities after failure of many dietetic regimen and acceptab.e levels of surgical risk were included in the study after having an informed signed consent. We retrospectively reviewed the medical charts of all morb.dly ob.se patients. The patients' preoperative data included clinical history including upper digestive symptoms and preoperative full workup including EGD. Only patients whose charts revealed weather they were symptomatic or not were studied. We categorized patients accordingly into two groups; with(group A) or without(group b. upper digestive symptoms. The endoscopic findings were categorized into 4 groups b.sed on predetermined criteria. The medical record of patients who developed stricture, leak or b.eeding after b.riatric surgery was reviewed. Logestic regression analysis was used to identify preoperative predictors that might b. associated with ab.ormal endoscopic findings. RESULTS: Three thousand, two hundred and nineteen patients in the study period underwent b.riatric surgery(75% LSG, 10% LRYDb. and 15% MGb.. Mean b.I was 43 ± 13, mean age 37 ± 9 years, 79% were female. Twenty eight percent had presented with upper digestive symptoms(group A). EGD was considered normal in 2414(75%) patients(9% group A vs 66% group b. P = 0.001). The ab.ormal endoscopic findings were found high in those patients with upper digestive symptoms.
