Mast cells are a subtype of white blood cells and are involved in the immune *** cells contain many chemical substances called mediators,which are involved in the allergic *** fact that mast cells play a role in many events that require urgent intervention,especially anaphylaxis.has led to a more detailed study of these *** diseases also caused by dysfunctions of mast cells.have been examined in many *** instance,mast cell activation syndrome is known as an augmented number of cells due to decreased cell death,resulting in clinical symptoms affecting many *** main common symptoms include flushing,hypotension,urticaria,angioedema,headache,vomiting and *** the underlying mechanism is not yet clearly known,we aim to review the literature in a broad perspective and bring together the existing knowledge in the light of the literature due to the diversity of its involvement in the body and the fact that it is a little known syndrome.

This paper investigates the problem of collecting multidimensional data throughout time(i.e.,longitudinal studies)for the fundamental task of frequency estimation under Local Differential Privacy(LDP)*** to frequency estimation of a single attribute,the multidimensional aspect demands particular attention to the privacy ***,when collecting user statistics longitudinally,privacy progressively ***,the“multiple”settings in combination(i.e.,many attributes and several collections throughout time)impose several challenges,for which this paper proposes the first solution for frequency estimates under *** tackle these issues,we extend the analysis of three state-of-the-art LDP protocols(Generalized Randomized Response–GRR,Optimized Unary Encoding–OUE,and symmetric Unary Encoding–sUE)for both longitudinal and multidimensional data *** the known literature uses OUE and sUE for two rounds of sanitization(***),i.e.,L-OUE and L-sUE,respectively,we analytically and experimentally show that starting with OUE and then with sUE provides.higher data utility(i.e.,L-OsUE).Also,for attributes with small domain sizes,we propose Longitudinal GRR(L-GRR),which provides.higher utility than the other protocols based on unary ***,we also propose a new solution named Adaptive LDP for LOngitudinal and Multidimensional FREquency Estimates(ALLOMFREE),which randomly samples a single attribute to be sent with the whole privacy budget and adaptively selects the optimal protocol,i.e.,either L-GRR or *** shown in the results,ALLOMFREE consistently and considerably outperforms the state-of-the-art L-sUE and L-OUE protocols in the quality of the frequency estimates.

Obtaining high precision is an important consideration for astrometric studies using images from the Narrow Angle Camera(NAC)of the Cassini Imaging science subsystem(Iss).selecting the best centering algorithm is key to enhancing astrometric *** this study,we compared the accuracy of five centering algorithms:Gaussian fitting,the modified moments method,and three point-spread function(PsF)fitting methods(effective PsF(ePsF),PsFEx,and extended PsF(x PsF)from the Cassini Imaging Central Laboratory for Operations(CICLOPs)).We assessed these algorithms using 70 Iss NAC star field images taken with CL1 and CL2 filters across different stellar *** ePsF method consistently demonstrated the highest accuracy,achieving precision below 0.03 pixels for stars of magnitude *** to the previously considered best,the modified moments method,the e PsF method improved overall accuracy by about 10%and 21%in the sample and line directions,***,the xPsF model provided by CICLOPs.had lower precision than the ***,the ePsF exhibits an improvement in measurement precision of 23%and 17%in the sample and line directions,respectively,over the *** discrepancy might be attributed to the xPsF focusing on photometry rather than *** findings.highlight the necessity of constructing PsF models specifically tailored for astrometric purposes in NAC images and provide guidance for enhancing astrometric measurements using these Iss NAC images.

Observability analysis(OA)is vital to obtaining the available input measurements of state estimation(sE)in an integrated electricity and heating system(IEhs).Considering the thermal quasi-dynamics in pipelines,the measurement equations in heating systems are dependent on the estimated results,leading to an interdependency between OA and *** OA methods require measurement equations be known exactly before sE is performed,and they are not applicable to *** bridge this gap,a scenario-based OA s.heme for IEhss is devised that yields reliable analysis results for a predefined set of time-delay scenarios to cope with this *** its core procedure,the observable state identification and observability restoration are formulated in terms of integer linear *** tests are conducted to demonstrate the validity and superiority of the proposed formulation.

AIM:To study the effect of mitomycin C(MMC)applied during transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy(TPRK)on the corneal endothelium one week(W1)and three months(M3)after surgery and its ***:In this two-armed cohort study conducted in 2022,eyes treated with MMC during TPRK(group 1)were compared with eyes not treated with MMC(group 2).The corneal endothelial cell(EC)count,EC density(ECD;cells/mm2),average(μm2),standard deviation(μm2),coefficient of variation(CV%),ECmax,ECmin,and EC percentage of hexagonality were estimated at W1 and *** postoperative changes in the EC count in the two groups were compared and correlated with the other independent ***:Group 1 had 26 eyes,and group 2 had 78 *** TPRK indices were significantly higher for the eyes in group 1 than for those in group *** MMC usage was not a significant predictor of the change in ECD(P=0.644),change in CV(P=0.374),and change in the percentage of hexagonality of EC(P=0.164)at ***,the use of MMC was a significant predictor of changes in CV(P=0.014)and the change in the percentage of hexagonality of EC(P=0.039)at *** duration of laser exposure and the size of the optical zone influenced the correlation of MMC use with the changes in EC indices,***:The use of MMC doesn’t affect ECD,CV,and percentage of hexagonality at W1 if other surgical indices are *** M3 after operating myopic eyes by TPRK,MMC significantly influence the CV and percentage of *** duration of the laser application and the size of the optical zone should be considered when determining the effect of MMC on the EC indices.
