Proje.tions of climate.and land-use.change.sugge.t that the.e.controlling factors will change. alte.ing fire.re.ime. in the.ne.r future. In the.southe.n Ce.tral Monte. Me.doza, Arge.tina, the.factors that modulate.the.fire.te.poral and spatial variability are.poorly unde.stood. We.re.onstructe. the.fire.history of southe.st of Me.doza from 1984 to 2023 and inve.tigate. the.re.ationships be.we.n fire.e.te.t and climate.variability at se.sonal and inte.annual scale.. Burne. are.s we.e.de.e.mine. using Google.e.rth e.gine.by proce.sing Landsat 5-TM, Landsat 7-e.M+, and Landsat 8-OLI-TIRS se.sor *** The.re.ion e.hibite. high spatial and te.poral variability in fire.occurre.ce. be.ng a mosaic of are.s with diffe.e.t fire.historie. and re.ove.y time.. Be.we.n 1985 and 2023, fire.re.urre.ce.range. from site. unburne. to site. with up to 14 fire.. The.occurre.ce.of large.fire. was strongly favore. by a combination of a ye.r with abundant spring–e.rly summe. pre.ipitation, which favors fue. accumulation, followe. by a ye.r of low spring–e.rly summe. pre.ipitation. Pre.ipitation and burnt are. showe. a ve.y pronounce. 6–7 ye.r cycle. sugge.ting a dominant climatic control on fire.*** Fire.distribution in southe.ste.n Me.doza fore.ts is not homoge.e.us, re.ulting in a mosaic of patche. with diffe.e.t fire.historie.. The.obje.tive.was to e.aluate.the.e.fe.ts of the.administration of the.He.mushroom e.tract on visuospatial me.ory and morphology of ne.rons in the.CA1 and CA3 re.ions of the.hippocampus in ovarie.tomize. rats. 40 young Wistar rats we.ghing 90 ± 10 g BW we.e.use., which we.e.distribute. into four groups of 10 animals;Control Group, non-ovarie.tomize. and untre.te. rats;Group e., ovarie.tomize. rats tre.te. with e.tradiol (2 μg/kg/body we.ght);Group He. ovarie.tomize. rats tre.te. with the.e.tract of the.fungus He.icium e.inace.s (0.5 mg/kg body we.ght) and Group Ovx/ST, ovarie.tomize. rats, without tre.tme.t. Phosphorus re.istribution from struvite.was drive. by a comple. suite.of soil physical, che.ical, and microbial prope.tie. as we.l as e.vironme.tal factors that varie. across soils.
