Antineop.astic p.osp.olip.ds are a new class of antitumor *** molecules interact with the p.asma membrane,changing numerous p.thways that induce cell death,with high selectivity for cancer cells.A rep.esentative of this class of antineop.astic agents is 2-aminoethyl dihydrogen p.osp.ate(2-AEH2p..It is p.esent in high intracellular concentrations in various tissues and organelles with antitumor,antip.oliferative and p.o-ap.p.otic ***,4T1 trip.e-negative tumor cells were treated in different concentrations in order to assess the cytotoxic p.tential and its effects on the modulation of cell death p.thways in association with the chemotherap.utic drug p.clitaxel.2-AEH2p.p.omoted cytotoxicity in tumor cells and significant morp.ological changes,however,it did not cause these effects in normal *** was p.sitive regulation of p.oteins involved in the intrinsic p.thway of cell death by ap.p.osis and regulation of the p.ases of cell cycle ***,structural and distribution changes in mitochondria,as well as decreased cell density and regression of the cytoskeleton were *** 2-AEH2p.demonstrated a modulatory p.tential of ap.p.otic p.thways inducing cell death,being a new comp.und with antitumor p.op.rties.

空肠弯曲菌能引起人类的食物性传染疾病,且流行病学研究也表明家禽及其产品是人类感染该疾病的重要来源。减少家禽肠道中的空肠弯曲菌会减少其对家禽产品的污染。正辛酸是中链脂肪酸,据报道其可有效杀死包括空肠弯曲菌在内的各种细菌性病原体,但对于已经寄居在商品肉鸡肠道中空肠弯曲菌的治疗效果还未见报道。试验旨在研究正辛酸对42日龄鸡盲肠中空肠弯曲菌的治疗效果。试验共设4个试验组。前两个试验组,每个试验组分别选择孵化当天的雏鸡60只,分成6个处理组,每个处理组10只:对照组仅含有弯曲菌而不饲喂正率酸;另一组则在试验最后3d,在分别断食12h和不断食情况下,在饲料中添加正辛酸0.7%和1.4%。3、4试验组饲喂方式和前两组相似,不同的是在试验的最后7d分别补充正辛酸0.35%和0.7%。在第42天收集鸡的盲肠并统计其中弯曲菌的数目。与对照组相比,补充正辛酸0.35%和0.7%可以持续减少鸡盲肠中弯曲菌的数量(p.0.05)。对断食12h补充正辛酸处理组进行分析发现,在试验的最后3d补充正辛酸0.7%可以减少弯曲菌的数量。与对照试验相比,试验组的体重和消化率均没有明显改变。结果表明,在饲料中补充正辛酸,可以有效地减少商品肉鸡体内的弯曲菌数量,这可能是一种潜在的减少家禽体内病原体的治疗方法。

蛛网膜下腔出血（subarachnoidhemorrhage，SAH）是一种可对中枢神经系统造成毁灭性打击并对其他多个器官产生显著影响的急性脑血管病。SAH患者被常规收入重症监护病房并由多学科团队进行治疗。由于高质量研究证据的缺乏，使得治疗方法各异，可供选择的指导意见不多。现有的指南主要强调危险因素、预防、自然史以及再出血的预防，很少涉及SAH患者的重症监护问题。美国神经危重症监护学会组织了一次国际性多学科共识会议来探讨SAH的重症监护处理。根据发表的文章和研究领域，此次会议召集了来自欧洲和北美地区的神经重症监护科、神经外科、神经内科、介入神经放射科和神经麻醉科方面的专家。根据临床经验和制定实践指南方面的经验，选择4名经验丰富的神经重症监护专家组成评判委员会。应用推荐分级的评估、制定与评价（GradesofRecommendationsAssessment，Develop.entandEvaluation，GRADE）系统进行文献回顾，结合参会者的经验、评判委员会的审评以及文献讨论产生推荐意见。应用GRADE系统制定推荐意见，其制定原则不仅强调研究资料的质量，而且还重视利弊权衡与实践转化。对SAH患者日常处理过程中面临的所有问题均提供指导和推荐意见，即使缺乏高质量的证据。

p.style="text-align:justify;"> Citrus tristeza virusp.n>p.n> (CTV) outbreaks have been reported in the main citrus growing region of Mexico in the past four years. Recently, in eastern Mexico (the major citrus-growing region in the country), severe CTV isolates have been detected. However, the molecular identity of observed isolates remains unestablished. This research was undertaken to elucidate the molecular characterization of CTV populations spreading in this region and to compare it with phylogeny of existing isolates. Genotyping of 32 collected isolates was performed using reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) with sequence analysis of the coat protein (CP) gene, putatively associated with pathogenicity. This protein is a 25 kDa major capsid protein, which forms a long virion body coating 95% of the particle length. Use of soybean meal as substitute of fish meal on aquafeeds is ***,levels of substitution are still low(less than 25%),because of its certain nutritional characteristics(low levels of some indisp.nsable amino acids and high content of carbohydrates) and the p.esence of some antinutritional factors,such as p.ytic *** imp.ove the use of higher levels of soybean meal on aquafeeds,the aim of this research was to use the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisicae in diets with high content of soybean meal for juveniles of rainbow trout Oncorhynchus mykiss. Three exp.rimental diets(40%p.otein,10%lip.d,10%moisture) with a 75%of substitution of fish meal with soybean meal and adding 1.5%of yeast(diet 1);1.5%of yeast + 0.8%of p.ytase (diet 2) and 0.8%p.ytase(diet 3).A diet with 100%of fishmeal and a commercial diet were used as *** diet was fed to trip.icate group. of 15 juveniles of rainbow trout with an initial weight of 1.2±0.02 g(mean±S.D.) for a p.riod of 60 *** data were analyzed with a one-way ANOVA and statistical differences were evaluated with a Tukey-Kramer *** on weight gain(WG) and sp.cific growth rate(SGR) showed a significant lower value of the fish fed with diet 1(687%) when comp.red with diets 2(801%),3(843%) and the control with 100% fishmeal(1081%).The higher WG among the treatments was observed on diet 3,but no significant differences were observed with resp.ct the diet with yeast(diet 2).Survival rate of all group. showed a minimum p.rcentage of 90%.Growth data indicate that use of yeast on diets with high sup.lementations of p.ant meals,might be help.ul in the utilization of soybean meal in rainbow trout.

p.rp.se: To comp.re the efficacy and safety of fibrin glue and suturing for at taching conjunctival autografts among p.tients undergoing p.erygium excision. De sign: p.osp.ctive, randomized, interventional case series. p.rticip.nts: Twenty -two p.tients undergoing excision of p.imary p.erygium. Methods: A sup.rior con junctival autograftwas harvested and transferred onto bare sclera after p.erygiu mexcision. Fibrin glue (Berip.ast p. was used to attach the autograft in 11 eyes and nylon 10-0 suture was used to attach the autograft in 11 eyes. The p.tient s were followed up.for 2 months. Main Outcome Measures: Graft success, recurrenc e rate, op.rating time, p.tient comfort. Results: All conjunctival autografts in both group. were successfully attached and were intact after 2 months. The aver age op.rating time for the fibrin glue group.as significantly shorter (p.0.001). p.stop.rative symp.oms were fewer for the fibrin glue group.than the suture gro up. One p.tient (9%) from the fibrin group.exp.rienced subconjunctival hemorrha ge, and 1 p.tient (9%) from the suture group.exp.rienced p.rtial graft dehiscen ce. Conclusions: Fibrin glue is a safe and effective method for attaching conjun ctival autografts. The use of fibrin glue results in shorter op.rating times and less p.stop.rative discomfort.

癫痫发病率高,影响各年龄层次,包括年轻人和老年人。目前临床上使用的抗癫痫药物都是根据已知的以神经元为中心的机制研发,但有约1/3的患者对现有药物的治疗无效。因此,有必要对癫痫产生和持续的其他替代和补充机制进行研究。神经炎症,广义上定义为中枢神经系统中免疫细胞和分子的激活。研究发现,神经炎症促进癫痫的发生,但参与该病理生理过程的特定细胞尚不清楚。小胶质细胞是大脑的主要炎症细胞。因为既往研究使用的方法对小胶质细胞的特异性较低,或者存在固有的混淆,所以小胶质细胞的作用一直存在争议。使用一种选择性靶向小胶质细胞的方法(以避免上述副作用),我们发现了小胶质细胞在限制化学惊厥、电性和高热性癫痫发作方面有广泛有益作用,并进一步发现小胶质细胞对控制癫痫发作的作用。

欧洲血管外科学会召集颈动脉疾病领域的专家制定了关于颈动脉疾病有创性治疗的最新指南。根据证据级别对推荐意见进行分级。对于狭窄程度〉50％的有症状患者，如果围手术期卒中／死亡发生率〈6％，则推荐行颈动脉内膜切除术（carotid endarterectomy，CEA）（A级推荐），最好在患者最近发作的2周内进行（A级推荐）。对于狭窄程度为70％～99％并且年龄在75岁以下的男性无症状患者，如果围手术期卒中／死亡发生率〈3％，也推荐行CEA（A级推荐）。女性无症状患者从CEA中获得的益处明显不如男性患者（A级推荐）。因此，只有年龄较小的合适的女性患者才考虑行CEA（A级推荐）。颈动脉补片血管成形术优于直接缝合（A级推荐）。在CEA术前、术中和术后均应给予阿司匹林（75～325medd）和他汀类药物治疗（A级推荐）。颈动脉支架置入术（carotid artery stenting，CAS）仅适用于CEA高危患者，并且应在围手术期卒中，死亡发生率较低的大型中心或是在随机对照试验中进行（C级推荐）。在CAS治疗的同时，应使用阿司匹林＋氯吡格雷双重抗血小板治疗（A级推荐）。使用颈动脉保护装置可能有益（C级推荐）。
