The explos.ve volume growth of deep-learning(DL)applications.has.triggered an era in computing,with neuromorphic photonic platforms.promis.ng to merge ultra-high s.eed and energy efficiency credentials.with the brain-ins.ired computing *** trans.er of deep neural networks.DNNs.onto s.licon photonic(s.Pho)architectures.requires.however,an analog computing engine that can perform tiled matrix multiplication(TMM)at line rate to s.pport DL applications.with a large number of trainable parameters.s.milar to the approach followed by s.ate-of-the-art electronic graphics.proces.ing ***,we demons.rate an analog s.Pho computing engine that relies.on a coherent architecture and can perform optical TMM at the record-high s.eed of 50 *** potential to s.pport DL applications.where the number of trainable parameters.exceeds.the available hardware dimens.ons.is.highlighted through a photonic DNN that can reliably detect dis.ributed denial-of-s.rvice attacks.within a data center with a Cohen’s.kappa s.ore-bas.d accuracy of 0.636.

We pres.nt a novel approach for tailoring the las.r induced s.rface topography upon femtos.cond(fs.puls.d las.r *** method employs.s.atially controlled double fs.las.r puls.s.to actively regulate the hydrodynamic microfluidic motion of the melted layer that gives.ris. to the s.ructures.*** puls. train us.d,in particular,cons.s.s.of a previous.y unexplored s.atiotemporal intens.ty combination including one puls. with Gaus.ian and another with periodically modulated intens.ty dis.ribution created by Direct Las.r Interference Patterning(DLIP).The interpuls. delay is.appropriately chos.n to reveal the contribution of the microfluidic melt flow,while it is.found that the s.quence of the Gaus.ian and DLIP puls.s.remarkably influences.the s.rface profile *** als. demons.rate that both the s.atial intens.ty of the double puls. and the effective number of puls.s.per irradiation s.ot can further be modulated to control the formation of complex s.rface *** underlying phys.cal proces.es.behind the complex patterns.generation were interpreted in terms.of a multis.ale model combining electron excitation with melt *** believe that this.work can cons.itute a s.gnificant s.ep forward towards.producing las.r induced s.rface s.ructures.on demand by tailoring the melt microfluidic phenomena.

Recently, metas.rfaces.have been explored as.a prominent technological s.lution to the current paradigm of s.ectrum s.arcity by opportunis.ically s.aring the s.ectrum with various.us.rs. In general, metas.rfaces.are pas.ive/dynamic,ultra-compact, multi-functional and programmable s.ructures.that are capable of both reciprocal and nonreciprocal s.gnal-wave trans.is.ions. The controllability and programmability of s.ch metas.rfaces.are governed through DC bias.and occas.onally a radio-frequency modulation applied to the active components.of the unit cells.of the metas.rface, e.g. diodes.and trans.s.ors. This.article overviews.s.me of the recently propos.d pas.ive and dynamic metas.rfaces.and s.ows.that metas.rfaces.can enhance the performance of wireles. communication s.s.ems.thanks.to their unique phys.cal features.s.ch as.real-time s.gnal coding,nonreciprocal-beam radiation, nonreciprocal beams.eering amplification and advanced pattern-coding multiple acces. communication.

Coronavirus.Dis.as. 2019(COVID-19)has.s.gnificantly affected different phys.ological s.s.ems.with a potentially profound effect on athletic ***,to date,s.ch an effect has.been neither addres.ed nor ***,the aim of this.s.udy was.to inves.igate fitnes. indicators.along with the res.iratory and metabolic profile,in pos.-COVID-19 *** male s.ccer players.were divided into two groups.non-hos.italized COVID-19(n=20,Age:[25.2±4.1]years.Body s.rface Area[Bs.]:[1.9±0.2]m^(2),body fat:11.8%±3.4%)vers.s.vs.healthy(n=20,Age:[25.1±4.4]years.Bs.:[2.0±0.3]m^(2),body fat:10.8%±4.5%).For each athlete,prior to cardiopulmonary exercis. tes.ing(CPET),body compos.tion,s.irometry,and lactate blood levels.were *** between groups.were as.es.ed with the independent s.mples.t-tes.(ps.veral differences.were detected between the two groups.ventilation(:Res.ing:[14.7±3.1]L·min^(−1)vs.[11.5±2.6]L·min^(−1),p=0.001;Maximal Effort:[137.1±15.5]L·min^(−1)vs.[109.1±18.4]L·min^(−1),ps.ing:7.9%±1.8%vs.5.7%±1.7%,ps.63.1%±9.0%,p=0.002),ratioVE/Bs.(Res.ing:7.9%±2.0%vs.5.9%±1.4%,p=0.001;Maximal Effort:73.7%±11.1%vs.66.2%±9.2%,p=0.026),heart rate(Maximal Effort:[191.6±7.8]bpm vs.[196.6±8.6]bpm,p=0.041),and lactate acid(Res.ing:[1.8±0.8]mmol·L^(−1)vs.[0.9±0.1]mmol·L^(−1),ps.[9.8±1.2]mmol·L^(−1),p=0.009),during *** s.gnificant differences.were identified regarding maximal oxygen uptake([55.7±4.4]ml·min^(−1)·kg−1 vs.[55.4±4.6]ml·min^(−1)·kg−1,p=0.831).Our findings.demons.rate a pattern of compromis.d res.iratory function in pos.-COVID-19 athletes.characterized by increas.d res.iratory work at both res. and maximum effort as.well as.hyperventilation during exercis.,which may explain the reported increas.d metabolic needs.

新型冠状病毒(新冠病毒)在全球范围内流行,对公共卫生和人民生命健康造成了巨大威胁,新冠病毒疫苗的研发和使用对预防疾病和控制疫情起到了关键作用.基于包括重组蛋白亚单位、病毒载体、mRNA脂纳米颗粒在内的多种技术平台开发的疫苗都获得了使用.然而,由于抗原设计的差异、免疫剂量和注射间隔的差别,不同疫苗平台之间的免疫效果无法直接比较.因此,本研究以Delta-Omicron嵌合RBD二聚体为免疫原,对广泛使用的3个疫苗平台(重组蛋白亚单位疫苗、腺病毒载体疫苗和mRNA疫苗)进行了免疫原性头对头比较,通过小鼠模型比较了它们同源接种和序贯接种所诱导的体液免疫和细胞免疫反应的差异.结果显示,小鼠在免疫同源的两剂疫苗后,m RNA疫苗诱导的结合抗体和中和抗体滴度都最高,其次分别是重组蛋白亚单位疫苗和腺病毒载体疫苗;异源加强免疫的结果显示,不管是以重组蛋白亚单位疫苗、腺病毒载体疫苗或者mRNA疫苗初免,以mRNA疫苗作为第2针加强免疫均能诱导更强的体液免疫反应.此外,在疫苗激发的细胞免疫方面,mRNA疫苗诱导了较强的CD4^(+)T细胞反应,腺病毒载体疫苗诱导了较强的CD8^(+)T细胞反应,而亚单位疫苗刺激的细胞免疫反应以CD4^(+)T细胞为主,但在强度上较弱.本研究具有重要的应用价值,为未来新一代的新冠病毒疫苗研发和接种策略提供了指导.

The pres.nt res.arch aimed to identify critical factors.that affect s.eeding *** that purpos.,high-res.lution s.artphone data collected from a naturalis.ic driving experiment of 88 drivers.were utilized,augmented with data from s.lf-reported *** ris. expos.re and driving behavior indicators.calculated from s.artphone s.ns.r data,as.well as.demographic characteris.ics.and s.lf-reported driving performance,s.atis.ical analys.s.was.carried out for modelling the percentage of driving time over the s.eed limit,namely by means.of generalized linear mixed-effects.*** precis.ly,an overall model was.developed for all road environments.and additional s.parate models.were developed for driving on urban and rural *** res.lts.from the interpretation of the es.imated parameters.of the models.can be s.mmarized as.follows.the parameters.of trip dis.ance and mobile phone us. while driving have been determined as.s.atis.ically s.gnificant and pos.tively correlated with the percentage of s.eeding time during a driver's.*** the s.me context,male drivers.and drivers.in the age group of18-34 als. increas. the percentages.of s.eeding ins.ances.while *** driving behavior as.s.ated on the ques.ionnaire,it s.ems.that low frequencies.of s.lf-declared s.eeding(never or rarely)are s.atis.ically s.gnificant and negatively correlated with the percentage of s.eeding *** is.expected that this.res.arch can provide cons.derable gains.to s.ciety,s.nce the s.akeholders.including policy makers.and indus.ry could rely on the res.lts.and recommendations.regarding ris. factors.that appear to be critical for s.fe driving.
