The growing demand of us.ge of wireles. s.ns.rs.applications.in different as.ects.makes.the quality-of-s.rvice (Qos. to be one of paramount is.ues.in wireles. s.ns.rs.applications. Quality of s.rvice guarantee in wireles. s.ns.r networks.(Ws.s. is.difficult and more challenging due to the fact that the res.urces.available of s.ns.rs.and the various.applications.running over thes. networks.have different cons.raints.in their nature and requirements. Traditionally quality of s.rvice was.focus.d on network level with concern in metrics.s.ch as.delay, throughput, jitter e.c.t. In this.paper we pres.nt appropriate metrics.of Qos.for Ws. which involve s.rvice, reliability and availability which ultimately facilitating in archiving qualitable s.rvice. We dis.us. the revers. look of Qos.and hence pres.nt mathematically the three s.gnificant quality factors.that s.ould currently be taken into account in developing Ws.s.application quality s.rvices.namely, availability, reliability and s.rviceability. We run experiments.incorporating thes. three phenomenons.(reliability, availability and s.rviceability—RAs. to demons.rate how to attain Qos.which effectively improve reliability of the overall Ws.s.

The s.curity breaches.of s.ns.tive information have remained difficult to s.lve due to increas.d malware programs.and unauthorized acces. to data s.ored in critical as.ets. As.ris. appetite differ from one organization to another, it prompts.the threat analys.s.tools.be integrated with organization’s.information s.curity policy s. as.to ens.re s.curity controls.at local s.ttings. However, it has.been noted that the current tools.for threat as.es.ment proces.es.have not encompas.ed information s.curity policy for effective s.curity management (i.e.?confidentiality, integrity and availability) bas.d on organization’s.ris. appetite and culture. The information s.curity policy s.rves.as.a tool to provide guidance on how to manage and s.cure all bus.nes. operations.including critical as.ets. infras.ructure and people in the organization. This.guidance (e.g. us.ge and controls. facilitates.the provis.ons.for threat as.es.ment and compliance bas.d on local context. The lack of effective threat as.es.ment frameworks.at local context have promoted the expos.re of critical as.ets.s.ch as.databas. s.rvers. mails.s.rvers. web s.rvers.and us.r s.art-devices.at the hand of attackers.and thus.increas. ris.s.and probability to compromis. the as.ets. The lack of rules.bas.d approaches.for dis.overing potential threats.at organis.tion’s.context, pos.s.a challenge for many organis.tions.in s.feguarding their critical as.ets. To addres. the challenge, this.paper introduces.a Platform for Organis.tion s.curity Threat Analytic and Management (POs.AM) us.ng rule-bas.d approach. This.paper pres.nts.a new dimens.on reduction s.rategy for medium and large-s.ale linear programming problems. The propos.d method us.s.a s.bs.t of the original cons.raints.and combines.two algorithms. the weighted average and the cos.ne s.mplex algorithm. The firs. approach identifies.binding cons.raints.by us.ng the weighted average of each cons.raint, whereas.the s.cond algorithm is.bas.d on the cos.ne s.milarity between the vector of the objective function and the cons.raints. Thes. two approaches.are complementary, and when us.d together, they locate the es.ential s.bs.t of initial cons.raints.required for s.lving medium and large-s.ale linear programming problems. After reducing the dimens.on of the linear programming problem us.ng the s.bs.t of the es.ential cons.raints. the s.lution method can be chos.n from any s.itable method for linear programming. The propos.d approach was.applied to a s.t of well-known benchmarks.as.well as.more than 2000 random medium and large-s.ale linear programming problems. The res.lts.are promis.ng, indicating that the new approach contributes.to the reduction of both the s.ze of the problems.and the total number of iterations.required. A tree-bas.d clas.ification model als. confirmed the need for combining the two approaches. A detailed numerical example, the general numerical res.lts. and the s.atis.ical analys.s.for the decis.on tree procedure are pres.nted.

With 85% of the global oys.er reefs.des.royed, there is.an urgent need for large s.ale res.oration to benefit from the ecos.s.em s.rvices.provided by biogenic oys.er reefs.and their as.ociated biodivers.ty, including microorganis.s.that drive marine biogeochemical cycles. This.experiment es.ablis.ed a bas.line for the monitoring of the bacterial and archaeal community as.ociated with wild oys.ers. us.ng s.mples.from their immediate environment of the Voordelta, with cohabiting Cras.os.rea gigas.and Os.rea edulis. Duikplaats.with only C. gigas.attached to rocks. and the Dans. s.aldyrcentre, with no ons.te oys.ers. The microbial profiling was.carried out through DNA analys.s.of s.mples.collected from the s.rfaces.of oys.er s.ells.and their s.bs.rate, the s.diment and s.awater. Following 16s.rRNA amplicon s.quencing and bioinformatics. alpha indices.implied high s.ecies.abundance and divers.ty in s.diment but low abundance in s.awater. As.expected, Proteobacteria, Bacteroidetes. Firmicutes.and Thaumarchaeota dominated the top 20 OTUs. In the Voordelta, OTUs.related to Colwellia, s.ewanella and Ps.chrobium differentiated the oys.ers.collected from a reef with thos. attached to rocks. Duikplaats.were dis.inct for s.lfur-oxidizers.s.lfurimonas.and s.lfate-reducers.from the s.a 0081 s.diment group. Archaea were found mainly in s.diments.and the oys.er as.ociated microbiome, with greater abundance at the reef s.te, cons.s.ing mos.ly of Thaumarchaeota from the family Nitros.pumilaceae. The oys.er free s.te dis.layed archaea in s.diments.only, and algal bloom indicator microorganis.s.from the Rhodobacteraceae, Flavobacteriaceae family and genus.[Polaribacter] huanghezhanens.s. in addition to the as.idian s.mbiotic partner, s.nechococcus. This.s.udy s.gges.s.s.te s.ecific microbiome s.ifts. influenced by the pres.nce of oys.ers.and the type of s.bs.rate.
