Locoreg.onally advanced laryng.al and hypopharyng.al cancers(LA-LHCs)are traditionally treated with surg.ry followed by postoperative radiotherapy,which impairs speech and swallowing.functions and reduces the quality of life.^(1,2)The use of induction chemotherapy(IC)as a larynxpreserving.approach for LA-LHCs has been verified and refined.^(3)However,the short-term tumor response to IC varies,non-responders usually show poor survival and little benefit.

背景手术中使用氧化亚氮（N2O）可能导致多种不良反应和毒性反应。瑞芬太尼与氧化亚氮有相似的特性，包括：降低挥发性麻醉药的MAC、镇痛以及停用后药效快速消失。我们比较了在门诊骨科手术采用地氟烷和芬太尼麻醉的患者中，添加临床等效剂量的氧化亚氮或瑞芬太尼对手术后转归的影响。方法70例行门诊骨科手术的患者入选。其中35例吸入66％的N2O，其余35例接受静脉注射0．085ug.kg.-1·min^-1的瑞芬太尼。所有患者均复合使用地氟烷并逐步增加剂量至脑电双频指数（BIS）为50，同时静脉注射芬太尼。测定的主要转归指标为患者在语言刺激下苏醒的时间，次要转归指标包括：神经心理测验、定向力恢复时间、血流动力学指标、疼痛和恶心的视觉模拟评分、出院时间以及满意度评分。此外还观察地氟烷的呼气末平均浓度和芬太尼效应室浓度。结果语言唤醒时间的中位数（四分位距）：瑞芬太尼组为3．0分钟（3．0—5．0分钟），N2O组的为4．6分钟（3．0～8．1分钟），两组间差异无统计学意义。瑞芬太尼组的定向力恢复时间为6．0分钟（5．0—8．5分钟）明显短于N2O组8．0分钟（5．0～12．8分钟）。两组患者地氟烷和芬太尼的使用剂量、神经心理测试以及其他测定的转归指标均无显著差异。结论本研究表明在地氟烷和芬太尼麻醉期间，0．085ug.kg.-1·min^-1的瑞芬太尼能够代替66％N2O，并且不改变患者的临床转归。

Bulk g.ochemistry,Sr,Nd,and O-H isotope systematics are reported for the first time on banded iron formation(BIF)-hosted hig.-g.ade iron ore at the northwestern seg.ent of Cong. Craton(CC).Located in Mbalam iron ore district,Southern Cameroon,Metzimevin iron ore deposit is a hematite-mag.etite BIF system,dominated by SiO_(2)+Fe_(2)O_(3)(97.1 to 99.84 wt%),with low concentrations of clastic elements e.g.,Al_(2)O_(3),TiO_(2),and HFSE,depicting.a nearly pure chemical *** REE+Y sig.ature of the iron deposit displays strong.positive Eu anomaly,strong.neg.tive Ce anomaly,and chondritic to superchondritic Y/Ho ratios,sug.estive of formation by mixed seawater-hig. temperature hydrothermal fluids in oxidising.***^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr ratios of the BIF are hig.er than the maximum^(87)Sr/^(86)Sr evolution curves for all Archean reservoirs(bulk silicate earth,Archean crust and Archean seawater),indicating.involvement of continentally-derived components during.BIF formation and ***Ɛ_(Nd)(t)(+2.26 to+3.77)and Nd model ag. indicate that chemical constituents for the BIF were derived from undifferentiated crustal source,between 3.002 and 2.88 *** variable and diverse O and H isotope data(−1.9‰to 17.3‰and−57‰to 136‰respectively)indicate that the Metzimevin iron ore formed initially from mag.atic plumes and later enriched by mag.atic-metamorphic-modified meteoric *** balance calculations indicate mineralisation by combined leaching.and precipitation,with an averag. iron enrichment factor of>2.67 and SiO_(2)depletion factor of>*** is associated with an overall volume reduction of 28.27%,reflecting.net leaching.and volume collapse of the BIF protholith.

The Solar wind Mag.etosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(SMILE)is a joint mission of the European Space Ag.ncy(ESA)and the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS).Primary g.als are investig.ting.the dynamic response of the Earth's mag.etosphere to the solar wind(SW)impact via simultaneous in situ mag.etosheath plasma and mag.etic field measurements,X-Ray imag.s of the mag.etosheath and mag.etic cusps,and UV imag.s of g.obal auroral *** deformations associated with mag.etosheath hig. speed jets(HSJs)under a quasi-parallel interplanetary mag.etic field condition are studied using.a threedimensional(3-D)g.obal hybrid *** X-ray intensity calculated based on both physical quantities of solar wind proton and oxyg.n ions is *** obtain key finding. concerning.deformations at the mag.etopause:(1)Mag.etopause deformations are hig.ly coherent with the mag.etosheath HSJs g.nerated at the quasi-parallel reg.on of the bow shock,(2)X-ray intensities estimated using.solar wind h+and self-consistentO7+ions are consistent with each other,(3)Visual spacecraft are employed to check the discrimination ability for capturing.mag.etopause deformations on Lunar and polar orbits,*** SMILE spacecraft on the polar orbit could be expected to provide opportunities for capturing.the g.obal g.ometry of the mag.etopause in the equatorial plane.A striking.point is that SMILE has the potential to capture small-scale mag.etopause deformations and mag.etosheath transients,such as HSJs,at medium altitudes on its *** results also demonstrate that a lunar based imag.r(e.g.,Lunar Environment heliospheric X-ray Imag.r,LEXI)is expected to observe a localized brig.tening.of the mag.etosheath during.HSJ events in the meridian *** preliminary results mig.t contribute to the pre-studies for the SMILE and LEXI missions by providing.qualitative and quantitative soft X-ray estimates of dayside kinetic processes.

The ever increasing.number of wireless devices and systems has led to a crowded spectrum and increased the demand for versatile and multi-functional wireless apparatuses. Recently, metasurfaces have been explored as a prominent technolog.cal solution to the current paradig. of spectrum scarcity by opportunistically sharing.the spectrum with various users. In g.neral, metasurfaces are passive/dynamic,ultra-compact, multi-functional and prog.ammable structures that are capable of both reciprocal and nonreciprocal sig.al-wave transmissions. The controllability and prog.ammability of such metasurfaces are g.verned throug. DC bias and occasionally a radio-frequency modulation applied to the active components of the unit cells of the metasurface, e.g. diodes and transistors. This article overviews some of the recently proposed passive and dynamic metasurfaces and shows that metasurfaces can enhance the performance of wireless communication systems thanks to their unique physical features such as real-time sig.al coding.nonreciprocal-beam radiation, nonreciprocal beamsteering.amplification and advanced pattern-coding.multiple access communication.

The increase in oil prices and g.eenhouse g.s emissions has led to the search for substitutes for fossil fuels. In Cameroon, the abundance of lig.ocellulosic resources is inherent to ag.icultural activity. Production of bioethanol remains a challeng. g.ven the crystallinity of cellulose and the presence of the complex. The pretreatment aimed to solubilize the lig.in fraction and to make cellulose more accessible to the hydrolytic enzymes, was done using.the org.nosolv process. A mathematical modeling.was performed to point out the effect of the temperature on the kinetics of the release of the reducing.sug.rs during.the pretreatment. Two mathematical model was used, SAEMAN’s model and Response surface methodolog.. The first show that the kinetic parameters of the hydrolysis of the cellulose and reducing.sug.r are: 0.05089 min-1, 5358.1461 J·mol-1, 1383.03691 min-1, 51577.6100 J·mol-1 respectively. The second model was used. Temperature is the factor having.the most positive influence whereas, ethanol concentration is not an essential factor. To release the maximum, an org.nosolv pre-treatment of this sub-strate should be carried out at 209.08°C for 47.60 min with an ethanol-water ratio of 24.02%. Org.nosolv pre-treatment is an effective process for delig.ification of the lig.ocellulosic structure.

Key challeng.s for 5g.and Beyond networks relate with the requirements for exceptionally low latency, hig. reliability, and extremely hig. data rates. The Ultra-Reliable Low Latency Communication (URLLC) use case is the trickiest to support and current research is focused on physical or MAC layer solutions, while proposals focused on the network layer using.Machine Learning.(ML) and Artificial Intellig.nce (AI) alg.rithms running.on base stations and User Equipment (UE) or Internet of Thing. (IoT) devices are in early stag.s. In this paper, we describe the operation rationale of the most recent relevant ML alg.rithms and techniques, and we propose and validate ML alg.rithms running.on both cells (base stations/g.Bs) and UEs or IoT devices to handle URLLC service control. One ML alg.rithm runs on base stations to evaluate latency demands and offload traffic in case of need, while another lig.tweig.t alg.rithm runs on UEs and IoT devices to rank cells with the best URLLC service in real-time to indicate the best one cell for a UE or IoT device to camp. We show that the interplay of these alg.rithms leads to g.od service control and eventually optimal load allocation, under slow load mobility. .
