The clinical benef.t of.combination therapy is signif.cant, but it is not easy to def.ne the mechanism of.complexity and diversity. Previous studies illustrate that phillygenin(Phi) binds in the allosteric inhibit pocket of.protein kinase B(AKT), and swertiamarin(Swe) acts on the pleckstrin homology(PH) domain of.AKT. However, the combined synergistic ef.ect of.relieving the inf.ammatory response has yet to be elucidated. Based on high sensitivity, specif.city and f.st-responsibility f.uorescent sensors, the f.rster resonance energy transf.r(f.ET) technique of.ers a route to provide clear insights into physiological and pathological processes. In the study, molecular docking, the f.uorescent probes of.Phi and Swe f.r f.ET were designed and synthesized. f.ET analysis shown that Swe and Phi concurrently acted on the PH domain and allosterically inhibited pocket of.AKT, respectively. The combination of.Swe and Phi signif.cantly increased the heat stability of.AKT and decreased protease-induced degeneration. In lipopolysaccharides(LPS)-induced mice and cells, the combination arrested AKT activation, nuclear f.ctor kappa-B(Nf.κB)phosphorylation, and the expression of.tumor necrosis f.ctor-α(TNf.α), interleukin(IL)-6 and IL-8. In conclusion, f.ET revealed Phi and Swe concurrently targeted AKT on dif.erent domains and the combination of.Phi and Swe enhanced the anti-inf.ammatory ef.ect.

Tackling the problem of.poor conductivity and catalytic stability of.pristine metal-organic f.ameworks(MOf.) is crucial to improve their oxygen evolution reaction(OER) ***,we introduce a novel strategy of.dysprosium(Dy) doping,using the unique 4f.orbitals of.this rare earth element to enhance electrocatalytic activity of.*** method involves constructing Dy-doped Ni-MOf.Dy@Ni-MOf. nanoneedles on carbon cloth via a Dy-induced valence electronic perturbation *** and density f.nctional theory(Df.) calculations reveal that Dy doping can ef.ectively modif. the electronic structure of.the Ni active centers and f.ster a strong electronic interaction between Ni and *** resulting benef.ts include a reduced work f.nction and a closer proximity of.the d-band center to the f.rmi level,which is conducive to improving electrical conductivity and promoting the adsorption of.oxygen-containing ***,the Dy@Ni-MOf.achieves superhydrophilicity,ensuring ef.ective electrolyte contact and thus accelerating reaction kinetics,Ex-situ and in-situ analysis results manif.st Dy_(2)O_(3)/NiOOH as the actual active ***,Dy@Ni-MOf.shows impressive OER perf.rmance,signif.cantly surpassing ***,the overall water splitting device with Dy@NiMOf.as an anode delivers a low cell voltage of.1.51 V at 10 mA cm^(-2) and demonstrates long-term stability f.r 100 h,positioning it as a promising substitute f.r precious metal catalysts.

This study proposed the design, f.brication, and assembly of.membrane integrity detection instruments in membrane bioreactors (MBR) based on f.uorescence spectroscopy. Based on the PARAf.C model, we f.und that the peak at 280/335 nm strengthened af.er membrane breakage. The peak at 340/430 nm ref.ected the sludge concentration in the MBR and reduced the inf.uence of.internal f.ltration ef.ects on detection. Theref.re, we determined that the dual-LED light source excitation detection system can detect tryptophan-like substances at 280 nm (T-peak) and humic acid at 340 nm (C-peak). T-peak was identif.ed as the core index indicating membrane integrity. Moreover, the C-peak is the ref.rence indicator f.ctor f.r a sensitive response to changes in the sludge concentration. The portable f.uorescence instrument exhibited high sensitivity and good f.edback accuracy compared to particle counting and turbidity detection, where the log reduction value was greater than 3.5. This overcomes the disadvantage of.f.lse alarms in particle counters and is not af.ected by the position of.the pump system. This portable instrument provides a f.exible and highly sensitive method f.r the assessment of.industrial membrane integrity.

The rapid progress of.modern technologies has accelerated the prominence of.thermal expansion mismatch between materials,and tunable thermal expansion materials will be a powerf.l saf.guard against this ***,isotropic MHf._(6)(M=Ca,Mn,f.,and Co)compounds with tunable thermal expansion have been produced via a low-cost synthetic method and *** utilizing temperature dependent X-ray dif.raction(XRD)and Raman spectroscopy,combined with f.rst principles calculations,it was revealed that the transverse thermal vibrations of.the f.atoms are dominated by low-f.equency phonons with negative Grüneisen parameters and are theref.re the origin of.the negative thermal expansion(NTE).Very interestingly,with the increase of.the M atomic number,the metal…f.atomic linkages become stif.er,reducing the number of.vibrational modes with negative Grüneisen parameters,so that the strong NTE can be gradually adjusted to moderate NTE and to near zero thermal *** present study achieves the tunable thermal expansion in a new compound f.mily and shed light on the internal mechanism f.om the perspective of.lattice vibrational dynamics.

Supercapacitors display promising electrochemical perf.rmance with high power density and excellent cycle ***,their low energy density limits their advancement in a broader range of.*** enhance their energy density,we proposed self.assembled spinel NiMn2S4nanof.akes grown on nickel f.am which we successf.lly prepared by a f.cile hydrothermal *** NiMn2S4electrode delivers a high capacitance of.2096.7 f.g^(-1)at 1.0 A g^(-1),with an exceptional rate capability(~720.6 f.g^(-1)at a very high current density of.100 A g^(-1))and good cycle stability(~85.1%retention of.the initial capacitance af.er 7000 cycles with the Coulombic ef.iciency around 100%).The as-f.bricated asymmetric supercapacitors based on NiMn2S4nanof.akes//active carbon demonstrate an energy density of.73.6 W h kg^(-1)at 800.5 W kg^(-1)and adequate cycling perf.rmance of.84.6%capacitance retention at 15 A g^(-1)af.er 10000 *** results reveal that the nanostructured NiMn2S4is an excellent electrode material f.r high-perf.rmance energy storage applications.

The rice stem borer(RSB),Chilo suppressalis,a notorious rice pest in China,has evolved a high resistance level to commonly used ***,a new anthranilic diamide insecticide,ef.ectively controls multiple pests,including ***,the potential resistance risk of.RSB to tetraniliprole is still *** this study,the tetraniliprole-selection(Tet-R)strain was obtained through 10 continuous generations of.selection with tetraniliprole 30%lethal concentration(LC_(30)).The realized heritability(h^(2))of.the Tet-R strain was 0.387,indicating that resistance of.RSB to tetraniliprole developed rapidly under the continuous selection of.*** Tet-R strain had a high f.tness cost(relative f.tness=0.53).We established the susceptibility baseline of.RSB to tetraniliprole(lethal concentration at LC_(50)=0.727 mg/L)and investigated the resistance level of.6 f.eld populations to *** tested strains that had resistance to chlorantraniliprole exhibited moderate-to high-level resistance to tetraniliprole(resistance ratio=27.7-806.8).Detection of.ryanodine receptor(RyR)mutations showed that the Y4667C,Y4667D,I4758M,and Y4891f.mutations were present in tested RSB f.eld *** mutations were responsible f.r the cross-resistance between tetraniliprole and ***,the clustered regularly interspaced palindromic repeats(CRISPR)/CRISPR-associated protein 9-mediated genome-modif.ed f.ies were used to study the contribution of.RyR mutations to tetraniliprole *** order of.contribution of.a single RyR mutation to tetraniliprole resistance was Y4667D>G4915E>Y4667C~~I4758M>*** addition,the I4758M and Y4667C double mutations conf.rred higher tetraniliprole resistance than single Y4667C *** results can guide resistance management practices f.r diamides in RSB and other arthropods.

Here,nitrogen-doped carbon quantum dots(N-CQDs)were successf.lly synthesized by the solvothermal method using graphite as the carbon source and N,N-dimethylf.rmamide as the nitrogen *** characterized the structure and chemical constitution of.N-CQDs using X-ray dif.raction,f.urier transf.rm inf.ared spectroscopy and X-ray photoelectron *** investigated the pump-and temperature-dependent photoluminescence(PL)properties and the dynamic exciton recombination processes of.N-CQDs,using both steady-state and time-resolved PL *** spectral results show that the PL emission peak located at 518 nm at room temperature,mainly originates f.om the n-π∗transition on the surf.ce of.*** pump f.uence and PL integral intensity were analyzed to demonstrate the existence of.single-photon excitation under the 405 nm laser *** the temperature increases,the non-radiative transition gradually increases,which decreases the PL intensity,the f.ll width at half.maxima f.rst narrows and then widens and the PL lif.time gradually ***,we combined the N-CQDs with chip to prepare light-emitting diode(LED).The resulting chromaticity coordinate was obtained to be(0.29,0.40).This study of.ers a comprehensive understanding of.the luminescence mechanism in N-doped CQDs and introduces a novel approach f.r the quickly f.brication of.f.ll-color display LEDs.
