In the present era,the competitive producers are forced to use maximally newer advanced technology and its effective fast implementation using various available tools for synthesis of new product *** of current state of art computer aided technology supports the creation of flexible assemblies and their built up though unified modular *** design of robotic mechanism is a complex process involving geometric,kinematic,singularity analyses during its synthesis *** present work is aimed at the effective utilization of CAx system Pro/Engineer tools for creation,ease in modifi-cation and analysis of spatial parallel *** degrees of freedom of 3-PRS parallel manipulator is obtained using mobility *** manipulator with 3-dOF with 3-PRS configuration is *** kinematics simulation of the robot is carried out using mechanism simulation and compared with closed form *** concept of reachable,orientation and dexterous workspace is *** tip coordinates obtained through simulation are plotted for workspace *** and outer workspace boundaries are developed and analyzed for four different cases to understand the problem of interior singularity within workspace.

Biliary atresia(BA)is a childhood disease which manifests with abnormal narrowing,blockage or complete absence of bile ducts within the *** possible etiologies have been reported for the development of BA,including congenital,perinatal and acquired *** the 1970's,there has been increasing evidence linking BA development to viral perinatal *** viral vectors most commonly implicated include members of the herpesviridae family(cytomegalovirus and Epstein-Barr virus)as well as those of the reoviridae family(reovirus and rotavirus).While extensive work has been done on a murine model of disease,the current review focuses primarily on evidence from human studies of viral vectors in children afflicted with BA.

Paleoecological Response of Corals to the End-Triassic Mass Extinction： An Integrational Analysis

The end-Triassic （also Triassic-Jurassic） mass extinction severely affected life on planet Earth 200 million years ago. Paleoclimate change triggered by the volcanic eruptions of the Central Atlantic Magmatic Province （CAMP） caused a great loss of marine biodiversity, among which 96% coral genera were get lost. However, there is precious little detail on the paleoecology and growth forms lost between the latest Triassic extinction and the Early Jurassic recovery. Here a new pilot study was conducted by analyzing corallite integration levels among corals from the latest Triassic and Early Jurassic times. Integration levels in corals from the Late Triassic and Early Jurassic were determined through both the Paleobiology database as well as from a comprehensive museum collection of fossil corals. Results suggest that in addition to a major loss of diversity following the end-Triassic mass extinction, there also was a significant loss of highly integrated corals as clearly evidenced by the coral data from the Early Jurassic. This confirms our hypothesis of paleoecological selectivity for corals following the end-Triassic mass extinction. This study highlights the importance of assigning sim- ple to advanced paleoecological characters with integration levels, which opens a useful approach to understanding of mass extinction and the dynamics of the recovery.

Colonoscopy is the gold standard for colorectal cancer prevention; however, it is still an imperfect modality. Precancerous lesions can be lost during screening examinations, thus increasing the risk of interval cancer. A variety of factors either patient-, or endoscopist dependent or even the procedure itself may contribute to loss of lesions. Sophisticated modalities including advanced technology endoscopes and add-on devices have been developed in an effort to eliminate colonoscopy's drawbacks and maximize its ability to detect potentially culprit polyps. Novel colonoscopes aim to widen the field of view. They incorporate more than one cameras enabling simultaneous image transmission. In that way the field of view can expand up to 330°. On the other hand a plethora of add-on devices attachable on the standard colonoscope promise to detect lesions in the proximal aspect of colonic folds either by offering a retrograde view of the lumen or by straightening the haustral folds during withdrawal. In this minireview we discuss how these recent advances affect colonoscopy performance by improving its quality indicators(cecal intubation rate, adenoma detection rate) and other metrics(polyp detection rate, adenomas per colonoscopy, polyp/adenoma miss rate) associated with examination's outcomes.

To reflect human development,it is critical to create a substrate that can support long-term cell survival,differentiation,and *** are promising materials for 3d ***,a bulk structure consisting of dense polymer networks often leads to suboptimal microenvironments that impedes nutrient exchange and cell-to-cell ***,granular hydrogel-based scaffolds were used to support 3d human induced pluripotent stem cell(hiPSC)-derived neural networks.A custom designed 3d printed toolset was developed to extrude hyaluronic acid hydrogel through a porous nylon fabric to generate hydrogel *** and hydrogel granules were combined using a weaker secondary gelation step,forming self-supporting cell laden *** three and seven days,granular scaffolds supported higher cell viability compared to bulk hydrogels,whereas granular scaffolds supported more neurite bearing cells and longer neurite extensions(65.52±11.59μm)after seven days compared to bulk hydrogels(22.90±4.70μm).Long-term(three-month)cultures of clinically relevant hiPSC-derived neural cells in granular hydrogels supported well established neuronal and astrocytic colonies and a high level of neurite extension both inside and beyond the *** approach is significant as it provides a simple,rapid and efficient way to achieve a tissue-relevant granular structure within hydrogel cultures.

In the very interesting report published in Chinese Medical Journal concerning a 65-year-old hypertensive and hyperlipidemic male patient, with stent implantation 5 years previously, the patient developed anaphylactic shock accompanied by chest discomfort, palpitation, itchiness, nausea, vomiting, dyspnea, wheezing, abdominal pain, sweating, pale complexion, dizziness, and syncope following bread and milk consumption. The clinical symptomatology was associated with electrocardiographic and laboratory evidence of acute inferolateral myocardial infarction, and the patient recovered with epinephrine, antiallergic, and myocardial infarction protocol therapy including ticagrelor and Clexane. Coronary arteriography demonstrated lesions in the left trunk and the three coronary branches, but the stented areas were unobstructed. The allergen test revealed a Grade 2 （2.11 kUA/L） for wheat and Grade 0 for milk.
