The TiO_(2) with nanoparticles(NPs),nanowires(NWs),nanorods(NRs)and nanotubes(NTs)structures were prepared by using a in-situ hydrothermal technique,and then proposed as a photoanode for flexible dye-sensitized solar cell(FDSSC).The influences of the morphology of TiO_(2) on the photovoltaic performances of FDSSCs were investigated.Under rear illumination of 100 mW·cm^(−2),the power conversion efficiencies of FDSSCs achieved 6.96%,7.36%,7.65%,and 7.83%with the TiO_(2) photoanodes of NPs,NWs,NRs,and NTs and PEDOT counter electrode.The FDSSCs based on TiO_(2) NRs and NTs photoanodes have higher short circuit current densities and power conversion efficiencies than that of the others.The enhanced power conversion efficiency is responsible for their nanotubes and rod-shaped ordered structures,which are more beneficial to transmission of electron and hole in semiconductor compared to the TiO_(2) nanoparticles and nanowires disordered structure.

In this work,carbon fiber and polyaniline(CF|PANI)composites are prepared by using an electrochemical polymeriza-tion method.The morphology and composition characterization results show that the PANI nanospheres are successfully syn-thesized and uniformly coated on the CF.When the electrodeposition period is 300 cycles,the as-prepared CF|PANI electrode ex-hibits good specific capacitance of 231.63 F/g at 1 A/g,high performance of 98.14%retention rate from 0.5 to 20 A/g,and excel-lent cycle stability with only 0.96%capacity loss after 1000 cycles.This is ascribed to the internal resistance that was signific-antly reduced without binders,which helps to the CF|PANI electrode maintains high operating potential and pseudo-capacit-ance performance at high current density.The symmetrical supercapacitor based on two CF|PANI electrodes connecting by acid-ic PVA-H2SO4 gel electrolyte exhibits an energy density of 6.55 W·h/kg at a power density of 564.37 W/kg.In addition,the asym-metric supercapacitor based on MoS2|MWCNTs and CF|PANI electrodes with neutral PVA-Na2SO4 gel electrolyte shows an en-ergy density of 16.12 W·h/kg at a power density of 525.03 W/kg.These results indicate that the low internal resistance contrib-utes to the high energy density of symmetrical supercapacitors and asymmetric supercapacitors at high current density and high power density,which is significant for its practical application.

Using blend heterojunction consisting of C60 derivatives [6,6]-phenyl-C61-butyric acid methyl ester (PCBM) and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) as charge carrier transferring medium to replace I3–/I– redox electrolyte,a novel flexible dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is fabricated.The characterization of infrared spectra and ultraviolet-visible spectra shows that the PCBM/P3HT heterojunction has not only the absorption in ultraviolet light for PCBM,but also the absorption in visible and near infrared light for P3HT,which widens the photoelectric response range for DSSC.The influence of PCBM/P3HT mass ratio on the performance of the solar cell is discussed.Under 100 mW cm–2 (AM 1.5) simulated solar irradiation,the flexible solar cell achieves a lightto-electric energy conversion efficiency of 1.43%,open circuit voltage of 0.87 V,short circuit current density of 3.0 mA cm–2 and fill factor of 0.54.

A counter electrode for dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) was prepared by coating poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) with high transparency and adhesion on a conducting FTO glass at low temperature. The surface morphology, conductivity, sheet resistance, redox properties and photoelectric properties of the PEDOT:PSS/carbon electrodes were observed using scanning electron microscopy, a four-probe tester and a CHI660D electrochemical measurement system. The experimental results showed that DSSCs had the best photoelectric properties for PEDOT:PSS/carbon counter electrodes annealed at 80°C under vacuum conditions. The overall energy conversion efficiency of the DSSC with PEDOT:PSS/carbon counter electrode and barrier layer reached 7.61% under irradiation from a simulated solar light with intensity of 100 mW/cm2 (AM 1.5). The excellent photoelectric properties, simple preparation procedure and low cost allow the PEDOT:PSS/carbon electrode to be a credible alternative electrode for use in DSSCs.

An upconversion luminescence powder TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) is prepared by a hydrothermal method and used to fabricate dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC).The TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) powder undergoes upconversion luminescence,converting infrared light which the dye can not absorb into visible light with wavelengths of 510-700 nm which the dye can absorb,increasing the photocurrent of the DSSC.TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) also acts as a p-type dopant,heightening the Fermi level of the oxide film,which increases the photovoltage of the DSSC.The best performance of the DSSC is found when the ratio of TiO2/luminescence powder is 1/3 in the luminescence layer.Under simulated solar irradiation of 100 mW cm-2 (AM 1.5),the DSSC containing TiO2:(Er3+,Yb3+) doping achieves a light-to-electricity energy conversion efficiency of 7.28% compared with 6.41% for the undoped DSSC.

Cs-based all-inorganic perovskites have been receiving unprecedented attentions in photovoltaic applications due to their high thermodynamic stability [1-2]. However, unfavorable bandgap and phase instability of Cs-based inorganic perovskites still hinder their further developments [3]. In this work, mixed Pb-Sn inorganic perovskites were prepared by a facile solution process. It was found that the incorporation of Sn in Cs-based inorganic perovskites could not only narrow the bandgap from 2.06 eV to 1.63 eV, but also stabilize the perovskite phase structure by increasing their tolerance factor. By further introducing the antioxidant SnF to slow down the oxidation of Sn, and replacing labile organic hole-transporting-layer and noble metal-electrode with a carbon-electrode, the resultant carbon-based Pb-Sn mixed all-inorganic perovskite solar cells(C-IPSCs) achieved a champion efficiency up to 12.69 % and a high open-circuit voltage of 1.23 V.

A microporous platinum/fullerenes (Pt/C 60) counter electrode was prepared by using a facile rapid thermal decomposition method,and the quantum-dot sensitized solar cell (QDSSC) of Pt/C 60-TiO 2-CdS-ZnS and Pt/C 60-TiO 2-CdTe-ZnS was fabrication.The technique forms a good contact between QDs and TiO 2 films.The photovoltaic performances of the as-prepared cells were investigated.The QDSSCs with Pt/C 60 counter electrode show high power conversion efficiency of 1.90% and 2.06%,respectively (under irradiation of a simulated solar light with an intensity of 100 mW cm 2),which is comparable to the one fabricated using conventional Pt electrode.

The defects in perovskite crystals and the penetration of moisture/oxygen into the perovskite layer are major problems for perovskite solar cells(PSCs) to achieve long-term stability and high power conversion efficiency(PCE).However,there is still a lack of multifunctional passivation materials to solve these problems.Herein,for the first time,we report oleyl amine-coated PbSO(PbO) quantum-dots(QDs),as a passivation material with dual functions to simultaneously passivate the surface defects and block the penetration of moisture/oxygen into the perovskite layer for stable and efficient PSCs.The PbSO(PbO) QDs significantly reduce the defect density of the as-prepared CHNHPbI films by passivating under-coordinated Pb ions and I anions and effectively enhance charge extraction efficiency at the TiO/CHNHPbI and CHNHPbI/spiro-OMeTAD interfaces.Moreover,the hydrogen bond between H atoms of the OA and I atoms of the perovskite and the interface electric field at CHNHPbI/OA interface also contribute to the improvement of efficiency and stability of PSCs.Finally,higher PCE(20.02%) is achieved by the PSCs with OA-coated PbSO(PbO) QDs compared to that(16.86%) of the PSCs without OA-coated PbSO(PbO),corresponding to a 18.7% enhancement.Moreover,the PSCs with OA-coated PbSO(PbO) QDs maintain 90% of initial efficiency after operation for 280 h,indicating better stability than the PSCs without PbSO(PbO) QDs.

High performance Pt counter electrode is prepared by using vacuum thermal decomposition at a relatively low (120℃) temperature on a flexible polyethylene naphthalate substrate coated with indium-doped tin oxide for use in flexible dye-sensitized solar cells.The obtained Pt counter electrode shows a good chemical stability,high light transmittance,and high electrocatalytic activity for the I3-/I-redox reaction.The energy conversion efficiency of a flexible dye-sensitized solar cell based on the prepared Pt counter electrode and a TiO 2 /Ti photoanode reaches 5.14% under a simulated solar light irradiation with intensity of 100 mW cm-2.

采用多次水热法制备颗粒大小不同的纳米TiO2胶体,应用于染料敏化太阳能电池,研究了不同水热次数得到的胶体对DSSC光电转化效率的影响。利用XRD、TEM和SEM对TiO2形貌进行表征,用UV-Vis测试TiO2膜对染料的吸附。结果表明,4次水热法制备的TiO2胶体的颗粒大小分布均匀,提高了电子在膜中的传输速率和TiO2薄膜对敏化染料的吸附量,进而提高了DSSC的光电转化效率。4次水热的光电转化效率最高,达到7.39%。
