＜正＞INTRODUCTION In the last decade, we have seen a dramatic increase in the use of structural glass in buildings, driven by increasing interest from architects and with client approval. The obvious reason to choose glass is because it is a transparent yet durable material, resistant to the adverse effects of weathering. With the use of all-glass supporting structures and frames, like beams and vertical fins, this increases the transparency even further. The paper outlines the experience gained by the authors from the design and construction of a dozen all-glass structures over the past ten years: from glass stairs and glazed roofs, with supported beams spanning up to 10.0m, to external glass frames that are auto-stable, each structure marks an important step in glass engineering and fabrication.

We introduce the concept of time mask,which is a type of temporal filter suitable for selection of multiple disjoint time intervals in which some query conditions *** a filter can be applied to time-referenced objects,such as events and trajectories,for selecting those objects or segments of trajectories that fit in one of the selected time *** selected subsets of objects or segments are dynamically summarized in various ways,and the summaries are represented visually on maps and/or other displays to enable *** time mask filtering can be especially helpful in analysis of disparate data(e.g.,event records,positions of moving objects,and time series of measurements),which may come from different *** detect relationships between such data,the analyst may set query conditions on the basis of one dataset and investigate the subsets of objects and values in the other datasets that co-occurred in time with these *** describe the desired features of an interactive tool for time mask filtering and present a possible implementation of such a *** example of analysing two real world data collections related to aviation and maritime traffic,we show the way of using time masks in combination with other types of filters and demonstrate the utility of the time mask filtering.

One can single out 4 stages in the history of refining practices for charging blast furnaces. At stage 1, that is from 17 th to 19 th centuries, the blast furnaces used to be charged with the help of baskets, which is called as a spot charging pattern. Stock was distributed unevenly, as it was difficult to control the process. At the next stage a charging apparatus "funnel to bell" came into being in 1850, invented by Parry（ Britain）. That device realized the circular method of stock charging. In comparison with the spot charging, this method had improved tangibly the quality（ uniformity） of the circular distribution of burden in the furnace top. The practice of circular charging with the help of bell apparatuses is still being upgraded, up till now. The modern apparatuses of this design would be equipped with rotating distributors of burden, third bells, moving armoured plates and other devices. Stage number three in the development of the burden charging process is characterized by the appearance of bell-less charging units（BLT）. This device realizes a flow-like（single flow） charging of stock into the blast furnace. The advantage of this method is that the possibilities for radial stacking of material are significantly wider. Besides, the absence of bells made it possible to create more dependable apparatuses for furnaces of a bigger volume and increase the pressure of gas in the furnace top. The first patents on BLT were granted in the USSR in 1959. However, in reality the bulk contribution into refining had been made by Paul Wurth Co., who exerted a stimulating influence upon the universal popularity of BLTs in the world. Other apparatuses that would practice a single flow charging pattern are "Gimbal Top" by Siemens VAI and "No-Bell Top" by Zimmerman ＆ Jansen. In this paper, we report about selecting the routing protocol for networking an adaptive mobile network with mesh topology. Routing protocols that operate over wireless mesh networks are described. An adaptive wireless mobile network model is built-up in ns2 network simulator. A problem of routing protocol multicriteria choice is solved using the hierarchy analysis method.

Laser irradiation device for the protection of biological objects from the action of ionizing radiation to be used in practice has been manufactured (invention patent RU 2 428 228 C2). Research of the action of γ-radiation itself as well as of the combined action of laser devices on survival, weight, skin and the general mitotic index of the bone marrow cells (mitotic index of all nucleus-containing cells of the bone marrow) of C57BL/6 experimental young mice was carried out. The mice were irradiated with ionizing (whole body irradiation) and laser radiation, separately one by one in a special frame device. Laser radiation in the dose 1 mJ/cm2 irradiated only the back of a mouse, or both the back and the abdomen of mice. In case of combined irradiation of mice, the time interval between two types of irradiation did not exceed 30 min. First, the mice were exposed to ?-radiation then to laser radiation. The method of the laser radiation-protection of biological subjects contributes to an increase in the viability of mice, prevents the damages of skin and also increases the mitotic activity of mice bone marrow cells.

行政诉讼法是一个国家的三大诉讼法之一,是法律体系的重要组成部分。中俄两国行政诉讼既有相同之处,又有不同之处,相同之处主要是在前苏联时期,中国吸收了前苏联的法律体系特征,因此,两国在苏联解体之前,行政诉讼制度是相似的。但苏联解体后两个大国得到了独立发展,尤其是行政法里的行政诉讼法。中俄两国的法律制度各有各的特点,正是由于两国法律体系不同的影响,使得中俄两国在外交关系,尤其是经贸关系中常常发生冲突与摩擦。因此,研究两国行政诉讼制度的差别,不仅有利于两国现行行政诉讼制度互相借鉴,共同进步和改善,同时,也有利于两国贸易摩擦以及冲突的减少,从而促进两国双边关系的持久稳定发展。笔者作为一个俄罗斯留学生,基于对中俄行政诉讼制度的沿革以及两国行政诉讼制度现状的分析,对中俄两国现行的行政诉讼制度存在的异同进行了对比研究,旨在加强中俄两国行政诉讼制度的完善,促进两国行政制度的相互借鉴。

The goal of this work was to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the Red Light Emitted Toothbrush(R-LETB)emitting at wavelength of 663 nm with power density of 3.3mW/cm2 in combination with 0.1%-methylene blue(MB)solution for the reduction of plaque and treatment of gingivitis.A microbiological in vitro study and a pilot clinical study were *** microbiological study has shown total suppression of pathogenicflora after a 3-min exposure to the dye solution followed by a 20-sec treatment with the *** the clinical study,37 subjects of both sexes with gingivitis were enrolled and randomly assigned to one of two *** in thefirst(treatment)group were instructed to rinse their mouth with MB solution provided for 1 min and then brush the teeth with the R-LETB and standardized *** second(control)group used only the toothpaste and a regular *** in both groups followed their respective procedures 2 times a day(morning and evening)for 30 *** of plaque,gingival bleeding,and inflammation were evaluated at 14-day and 30-day *** the both groups,all indices improved in comparison with ***,the treatment group demonstrated more pronounced improvement of the studied indices that was attributed to additional anti-microbial action of red light and MB on gum ***,the use of R-LETB with MB appears to have a multifactor therapeutic action on oral pathological microflora:mechanical removal of the bacteria and suppressing action on microorganisms due to photodynamic reaction.

AIM To investigate the influence of the umbilical cordderived multipotent stromal cells(MSCs) on recovery of the liver after the subtotal resection, that is, removal of 80% of the organ mass, a renowned model of the small-for-size liver remnant syndrome. METHODS The MSCs were obtained from the intervascular tissue of umbilical cords, dissected from rat fetuses, by the explant culture technique. The vital labeling of MSCs with РКН26 was carried out on the 3 rd passage. The subtotal resection was performed on male Sprague-Dawley rats. The experimental group animals received a transplant 106 MSCs infused into the spleen. Hepatocyte proliferation was assessed by counting of either mitotic figures or Ki67-positive cells in microscopic images. MSC differentiation was assessed with antibodies to hepatocyte-specific marker cytokeratin 18(CK18), cholangiocyte-specific protein CK19, smooth muscle cell-specific protein α-SMA, the endothelial cell marker CD31, or the active fibroblast marker FAPα. Total macrophages of the liver were selectively stained in cryosections incubated with antiCD68 antibodies(1:100, Abcam), while the M2 a and M2 c macrophage populations were selectively stained with anti-CD206 antibodies. Expression of interleukin and growth factor genes was evaluated with *** Intrasplenic allogeneic transplantation of the umbilical cord-derived multipotent stromal cells stimulates reparative processes within the residual liver tissue after subtotal resection(removal of 80% of the organ mass), as indicated by increased rates of hepatocyte proliferation and accelerated organ mass recovery. These effects may result from paracrine influence of the transplanted cells on the resident macrophage population of the liver. A detailed analysis of the influence of Rydberg states to the behavior of GPS satellite signals in the D and E atmospheric layers has been carried out. It is demonstrated that these states are the main reason for the GPS signal distortion. It is shown that the behavior of satellite signals is associated with the spectral characteristics of the UHF radiation of the Rydberg states depending on the geomagnetic conditions of ionosphere. The foundations of the quantum theory of distortion and delay of GPS satellite signal propagation through D and E atmospheric layers are analyzed and expounded. The problem reduces to the resonant scattering of photons, moving in the electromagnetic field of the signal, to the Rydberg complexes populated in a two-temperature non-equilibrium plasma. The processes of creation of additional photons because of stimulated emission and resonance scattering of photons are considered. In the present work, the quantum theory of the propagation of a satellite signal in the Earth’s upper atmosphere, firstly earlier proposed by the same authors, is described in detail. The general problems of the theory and possible theoretical and applied consequences are discussed. It is explained that two main processes occurring here, are directly related to the resonant quantum properties of the propagation medium. The first process leads to a direct increase in the power of the received signal, and second—to a shift in the signal carrier frequency??and the time delay??of its propagation. The main reasons of the processes are scattering of the Rydberg electron by the ion core and presence of the neutral medium molecule in the intermediate autoionization states of the composite system populated by the strong non-adiabatic coupling of electron and nuclear motions.
