In this editorial,we commented on the article published in the recent issue of the World Journal of *** cardiomyopathy(DCM)is characterized by myocardial fibrosis,ventricular hypertrophy and diastolic dysfunction in diabetic patients,which can cause heart failure and threaten the life of *** pathogenesis of DCM has not been fully clarified,and it may involve oxidative stress,inflammatory stimulation,apoptosis,and *** is lack of effective therapies for DCM in the clinical *** have been widely used in the clinical practice for years mainly to reduce cholesterol and stabilize arterial plaques,and exhibit definite cardiovascular protective *** have shown that statins also have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant *** were particularly concerned about the recent findings that atorvastatin alleviated myocardial fibrosis in db/db mice by regulating the antioxidant stress and antiinflammatory effects of macrophage polarization on diabetic myocardium,and thereby improving DCM.

在我国刑法理论界,关于污染环境罪的罪过形式主要有故意说、混合罪过说和择一罪过说。各种学说从不同角度对污染环境罪的罪过形式作出了较为合理的解释,但均存在不足。不论从刑法相关条文的客观含义还是污染环境罪的处罚必要性来看,均应当将污染环境罪的罪过形式解释为“包括过失”,而且过失与故意之间系层级关系,即故意是建立在过失基础之上的、更高层级的罪过形式。此种解释结论所引出的主要问题是,如何根据罪过形式的不同实现刑罚个别化,进而贯彻罪刑相适应和责任主义原则。为此,应当提倡根据故意从重处罚,即将故意的功能拓展到量刑领域。此解释结论可以运用于指导所有罪过形式“包括过失”之具体犯罪的量刑。

集团化是现代企业发展的重要途径,能更好地发挥企业规模经营效益[1]。为了保证产品质量,保证企业产品的检测时效,集团化企业在各分公司建立实验室,并对各实验室制定统一的发展目标,统一管理,统一建立质量管理体系。为了更好地服务集团化实验室,采信集团的质量管理,减少重复性评审,中国合格评定国家认可委员会(以下简称“CNAS”)于2022年1月1日发布了CNAS-EL-21:2022《集团化企业内部实验室认可说明(试行)》[2],本工作从以下几个方面对集团化实验室质量体系建立和集团化实验室认可实施过程的相关问题进行探讨,为相关类型实验室提供参考。

Background： With recognition of the important roles of Vitamin D （VitD） in various physiological processes, increasing attention has been drawn to the status of VitD in early life. However, the VitD status of young children and the related factors in rural areas of Southwestern China remain unclear. This study aimed to explore VitD status and its seasonal variation in 18-month-old children living in rural Southwestern China. The association of VitD with biochemical and anthropometric variables was also investigated. Methods： A total of 177 18-month-old children in a rural area of Yunnan Province, Southwestern China, were enrolled. Serum concentrations of 25-hydroxy Vitamin D （25（OH）D） were measured through high-performance liquid chromatogram-tandem mass spectrometry. Parathyroid hormone （PTH） levels were measured with a chemiluminescence assay. Serum concentrations of calcium, phosphorus, and alkaline phosphatase （ALP） were also measured. Anthropometric data and the outdoor activity time of each participant were collected. Results： The serum 25（OH）D concentration was 26.61 ±7.26 ng/ml; concentrations lower than 30 ng/ml accounted for 70.6% of the participants and concentrations lower than 20 ng/ml accounted for 16.4%. The level of serum 25（OH）D was not significantly different among four seasons （P 〉 0.05）. A positive relationship was found between 25（OH）D concentration and the time of outdoor activities （r = 0.168, P 〈 0.05）. Serum PTH concentration was negatively correlated with 25（OH）D concentration （r - 0.163, P 〈 0.05）. A positive relationship was found between the serum concentrations of 25（OH）D and calcium （r = 0.154, P 〈 0.05）. No significant association was observed between 25（OH）D and ALP, phosphorus, or anthropometric variables. Conclusions： The prevalence of VitD insufficiency is high among young children in the rural Southwestern China regardless of the seasons. The oligomerization of ethylene in FCC dry gas over HZSM-5 catalyst with different Si/A12 ratios was studied. The effect of acid density of catalyst on the oligomerization of ethylene was discussed. By increasing the acid density of catalyst, ethylene conversion showed a linear increase, while the yields of olefins decreased when the acid density of catalyst exceeded 0.14mmolNH3/g owing to a promotion of hydrogen transfer reaction. Through comparing the average distance between acid sites on catalyst with kinetic diameters of olefins, it was found that the dimerization of ethylene was not restrained by the sparse distribution of acid sites, while the hydrogen transfer reaction of C3 and C4 olefins was limited. On these bases, a conclusion is proposed that the dimerization of ethylene proceeded via Eley-Rideal mechanism, while the hydrogen transfer reaction of C3 and C4 olefins followed the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism.

Growth factors induce the improved cardiac remodeling in autologous mesenchymal stem cell-implanted failing rat hearts

Therapeutically delivered mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) improve ventricular remodeling. However,the mechanism underlying MSC cardiac remodeling has not been clearly determined. Congestive heart failure (CHF) was induced in rats by cauterization of the left ventricular free wall. MSCs were cultured from autologous bone marrow and injected into the border zone and the remote myocardium 5 d after injury. Ten weeks later,when compared with sham operation,CHF significantly increased nucleus mitotic index,capillary density,and expression of insulin-like growth factor 1,hepatocyte growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor in the border zone (P<0.01) and decreased each of them in the remote myocardium (P<0.05 or P<0.01). MSC implantation in CHF dramatically elevated ex-pression of these growth factors in the remote myocardium and further elevated their expression in the border zone when compared with CHF without MSC addition (P<0.05 or P<0.01). This was paralleled by a higher nucleus mitotic index and a significantly increased capillary density both in the remote myocardium and in the border zone,and by a lower percentage of area of collagen and a higher percentage of area of myocardium in the border zone (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and cardiac remodeling markedly improved. Autologous MSC implantation promoted expression of growth factors in rat failing myocardium,which might enhance cardiomyogenesis and angiogenesis,and improved cardiac remodeling.

Background The relationship between estimated glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)and depression in patients with coronary artery disease(CAD)remained *** A total of 561 patients with CAD were selected from Department of Cardiology between October 2017 and February 2018 while their depression status was evaluated by Patient Health Questionnaire-9(PHQ-9).The e GFR levels were compared between patients with and without depression and the link between e GFR and depression in CAD patients was *** Among 561CAD patients,63 patients(11.23%)were diagnosed with comorbid depression(PHQ-9≥10).The depression group presented significantly lower e GFR level than the non-depression *** fully-adjusted multivariate analysis,higher e GFR level was proved to be a protective factor for depression in CAD patients,reducing a 22%risk of depression for every 10 m L/(min·1.73 m2)increase of e GFR level(OR:0.78,95%CI:0.66-0.93).Similar results were found in the stratified analyses of both e GFR quartiles and chronic kidney disease(CKD)stages(P for trend0.05).A negative linear association was estimated between e GFR level and depression in CAD *** Our results suggested lower e GFR level in CAD patients with comorbid depression,displaying a negative linear correlation between e GFR and risk of depression in CAD *** findings implied that screening depression in CAD patients with decreased e GFR level or concomitant CKD should be highlighted in clinical practice.[S Chin J Cardiol 2024;25(1):1-10]
