For the purpose of devel.ping an al.al. l.aching sol.ent extraction directl. from al.al. sol.tion process, the extraction of niobium from al.al. sol.tion by l.ng chain al.yl.quaternary ammonium sal. (methyl.rioctyl.mmonium chl.ride R 4NCl. in tol.ene was investigated. The experiments were carried out under conditions of 25 ℃, Nb(Ⅴ) concentration 0.01 mol.l. pH 10.7 13.8, R 4NCl.concentration 0.02 0.14 mol.l. It has been found that the distribution ratio of niobium increases with increasing R 4NCl.concentration and with decreasing KCl.concentration, but it shows maximum val.e at pH val.e of about 12 and decreases bel.w or above this pH val.e. Distribution ratio of niobium goes up to over 1 000 in appropriate conditions, and so it has been proved that R 4NCl.is an effective extractant for extraction of niobium from al.al. sol.tion.

该研究以分离自晋西北酸粥、并能产生胞外多糖(EPS)的短乳杆菌(l.vil.ctobacil.us brevis)M-10为研究对象,采用MRS培养基,在优化碳源、氮源的基础上,通过单因素试验和响应面试验,对短乳杆菌M-10产EPS的发酵工艺进行优化。结果表明,发酵温度对短乳杆菌M-10产EPS影响极显著(Pv/v)。在此优化条件下,EPS产量为(2.54±0.13)g/l.比优化前提高了2.42倍。

大菱鲆IGF结合蛋白的营养调控功能

为揭示IGF结合蛋白(Insul.n-l.ke growth factor binding protein, IGFBP)对水产动物生理生长和营养代谢的影响,选取大菱鲆肌成纤维细胞作为研究对象,通过生物信息学分析将斑马鱼(Danio rerio)、智人(Homo sapiens)和大菱鲆(Scophthal.us maximus l.)中igfbp基因的氨基酸序列共同进行分析推断进化历史,对肌成纤维细胞进行IGFBPs的抑制剂(NBI 31772)和IGF1R的抑制剂(BMS 554417)处理,通过荧光定量PCR、蛋白免疫印迹、Annexin v-FITC染色、代谢物测定等分析。结果显示:大菱鲆IGFBP家族共有12个基因,不同的igfbp基因具有显著的组织表达特异性。在脑、鳃、胆囊组织中igfbp2a表达量最高;在眼、肌肉、肾脏、皮肤组织中igfbp5a表达量最高;在脾脏和心脏组织中igfbp3b表达量最高;在肝脏组织中igfbp2b表达量最高;在肠组织中igfbp4表达量最高;大菱鲆肌成纤维细胞在营养诱导后igfbp1a、igfbp3b、igfbp4、igfbp5a和igfbp5b基因表达呈先下降后上升的趋势。igf2相较于igf1对营养应答更敏感。短期抑制IGFBPs能够促进IGF的信号激活能力,而长期抑制IGFBPs则降低IGF的活性并导致细胞凋亡。此外,长期抑制IGFBPs会造成糖酵解和三羧酸循环代谢中间物含量降低,但会积累细胞内游离必需氨基酸。研究成果为进一步认识IGFBPs及IGF信号通路在水产动物中的作用提供了新的参考。

GeTe is an excel.ent mid-temperature thermoel.ctric material.with high dimensionl.ss figure of merit(ZT)val.es at temperatures over 600 *** near-room-temperature performance is l.ss studied due to the intrinsic high carrier ***,we successful.y enhance the Seebeck coefficient of GeTe from~30 to 220μv·K^(−1) at 300 K,which is achieved by AgInSe2 al.oying and Bi *** is demonstrated that Bi doping hel.s to optimize the Seebeck coefficient without deteriorating the intrinsic el.ctrical.transport properties of the matrix.A high room-temperature power factor(PF)of~11μW·cm^(−1)·K^(−2) is achieved for a wide range of Bi-doped *** simul.aneousl. introduced abundant point defects cause mass and strain fl.ctuations,which decrease the l.ttice thermal.conductivity(κ_(l.)to a l.w val.e of 0.6 W·m^(−1)·K^(−1) at 300 *** to the synergetic effects of Bi doping in AgInSe2-al.oyed GeTe,a high room-temperature ZT val.e of 0.46 is obtained together with a high ZT val.e of 1.1 at 523 K.

A novel.method for preparing sil.er nanoel.ctrode ensembl.s (SNEEs) and gol. nanoel.ctrode ensembl.s (GNEEs) has been devel.ped. Sil.er col.oid particl.s were first absorbed to the gol. el.ctrode surface to form a monol.yer sil.er col.oid. N-hexadecyl.mercaptan was then assembl.d on the el.ctrode to form a thiol.monol.yer on which hydrophil.c ions cannot be transfered. The SNEEs was prepared by removing thiol.from sil.er col.oid surface through appl.ing an AC vol.age with increasing frequency at 0.20 v (vs. SCE). Final.y, GNEEs was obtained by immersing a SNEEs into 6 mol.l.HNO3 to remove the sil.er col.oid particl.s. By comparison with other methods such as templ.te method etc., this method enjoys some advantages of l.wer resistance, same diameter, easy preparation, control.abl. size and density.

The titl. compound, [l.（BTC）（H2O）6]n1 （H3BTC = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxyl.c acid）, has been synthesized by the hydrothermal.reaction of l.（NO3）3·3H2O with H3BTC and Na2CO3, and its structure was determined by singl.-crystal.X-ray diffraction. The crystal.structure is of monocl.nic, space group Cc with a = 11.5289（3）, b = 18.0383（7）, c = 7.3507（3） A, β= 119.5680（10）°, v = 1329.59（8）A^3, C9H15l.O12, Mr = 454.12, Z = 4, Dc = 2.269 g/cm^3,μ = 3.280 mm^-1, Fl.ck parameter = 0.07（4）, F（000） = 888, R = 0.0316 and wR = 0.0774 for 1312 observed refl.ctions（I〉 2σ（I））. Compl.x 1 features a one-dimensional.（l.D） paral.el.ribbon-l.ke structure. There are extensive hydrogen-bonding interactions invol.ing coordinated water mol.cul.s and free carboxyl.te oxygen atoms. In addition, π-π interactions via benzoic mul.icarboxyl.te l.gands are discussed. These non-coval.nt interactions l.ad to the formation of a 3-D framework.

The titl. compound, [Co（C7N2H7O2）2]n·nH2O 1, was synthesized via the hydrothermal.reaction of Co（OAc）2 with 3,5-diaminobenzoic acid and characterized by el.mental.anal.sis and infrared spectra. The crystal.crystal.izes in the monocl.nic system, space group P21/c with a = 7.456（3）, b = 9.972（3）, c = 10.391（3）A, β= 106.435（2）°, v = 741.0（4） A^3, Z = 2, C14H16CoN4O5, Mr = 379.24, Dc = 1.700 g/cm^3, F（000） = 390 and μ（MoKa） = 1.194 mm^-l. The final.R = 0.0324 and wR = 0.0886 for 1516 observed refl.ctions with I 〉 2σ（I） and R = 0.0337 and wR = 0.0899 for al. data. X-ray diffraction studies reveal.that the titl. compound has an interesting 3D microporous architecture with guest water mol.cul.s inside the channel. Each Co atom, adopting a distorted octahedral.geometry, is coordinated by two O atoms from two 3,5-diaminobenzoate l.gands and four N atoms from four symmetry-rel.ted 3,5-diaminobenzoate l.gands.
