Inverted perovskite solar cells （PSCs） have received great attention owing to the high certificated power conversion efficiency（PCE） reaching 26.7%. However, interfacial charge recombination is far superior to perovskite bulk charge recombination due to the use of fullerenes and their derivatives in inverted perovskite solar cells, which induces devastating open circuit voltage（VOC） losses. For this reason the present work attempts to use 4-chloropiperidine hydrochloride for the upper surface modification of perovskite to construct a quasi-two-dimensional （2D） structure with suitable 2D layer widths （n=2, 3 dominant）,which has a smaller electron carrier transport barrier without sacrificing short-circuit current （JSC） in the device. This strategy effectively passivates the interfacial defect states while promoting energy level alignment to achieve carrier dissociation and equilibrium transport at the interface, which in turn resulted in improved fill factor （FF）. In addition, additional energy levels are provided by 2D perovskites to collect hot carriers, resulting in improved device open circuit voltage （VOC）. As a result, the device PCE increases from 22.37%to 24.11%after the 4CPD treatment. In addition, the 4CPD-treated PSCs maintain 90%of the initial PCE after storage in an N2atmosphere at 50°C for 1,080 h, whereas the control devices show a 15%PCE loss under the same aging conditions. This work provides new opportunities to suppress interfacial charge recombination in inverted devices.

his study sought to determine the effects of rosemary leaf powder(RP) on laying performance, egg quality, serum indices, gut barrier function, and cecal microbiota and metabolites of late-phase laying hens. A total of 84 “Jing Tint 6” laying hens at 65-week old were randomly divided into 2 groups and fed either a basal diet(CON) or a basal diet supplemented with 0.3% RP. Our study revealed that RP improved the Haugh unit and decreased yolk n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid(PUFA) ratio of laying hens,increased serum superoxide dismutase(SOD), jejunal activities of SOD and catalase(CAT), and jejunal zonula occludens-1(ZO-1) expression, as well as decreased serum tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-a) level and jejunal TNF-a m RNA expression. Rosemary leaf powder markedly enhanced(P gether, 0.3% RP has the potential to enhance egg quality by partially modulating serum antioxidant status, jejunal barrier function, and cecal microbiota structure and metabolites,indicating that RP could be considered a promising feed additive to promote the production performance of late-phase laying hens.

In this study, composite briquettes were prepared using gravity dust and converter sludge as the main materials; these briquettes were subsequently reduced in a tube furnace at 1000-1300℃ for 5-30 min under a nitrogen atmosphere. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, and carbon content on the metallization and dezincification ratios of the composite briquettes were studied. The reduced com- posite briquettes were characterized by X-ray diffraction （XRD）, scanning electron microscopy （SEM）, and energy-dispersive spectroscopy （EDS）. The results show that the gravity dust and converter sludge are combined into the composite briquettes and a reasonable combination not only improves the performance of the composite briquettes, but also leads to the reduction with no or little reductant and flux. As the re- action temperature is increased and the reaction time is extended, the metallization and dezincification ratios of the composite briquettes in- crease gradually. When the composite briquettes are roasted at 1300℃ for 30 rain, the metallization ratio and dezineification ratio reaches 91.35% and 99.25%, respectively, indicating that most of the iron oxide is reduced and the zinc is almost completely removed. The carbon content is observed to exert a lesser effect on the reduction process; as the C/O molar ratio increases, the metallization and dezincification ra- tios first increase and then decrease.

Fully utilizing the flexibility provided by a district heating system(DHS)can promote wind power accommodation for an electric power system(EPS).However,for privacy or communication reasons,existing power and heat dispatch methods are not suitable for practical *** this paper,a general math formulation of the hierarchical dispatch method is proposed to coordinate EPS and DHS operators based on the feasible region of boundary variables(FRBV),and a method based on the simplicial approximation approach is proposed to obtain a conservative FRBV approximation of a DHS.A simulation based on a real 41-node DHS is constructed to determine the factors that may impact the boundaries of the FRBV,and then the performance of the simplicial approximation approach is displayed by visualizing the approximation process for the FRBV,and finally three dispatch methods are compared to show the advantages of the proposed hierarchical dispatch method.

Heterogeneous uptake of NO_2 on soils under variable temperature and relative humidity conditions

Heterogeneous reactions of nitrogen dioxide （NO2） on soils collected from Dalian （S 1） and Changsha （S2） were investigated over the relative humidity （RH） range of 5%-80% and temperature range of 278-328 K using a horizontal coated-wall flow tube. The initial uptake coefficients of NO2 on S2 exhibited a decreasing trend from （10 ± 1.3） × 10-8 to （3.1 ± 0.5） x 10-8 with the relative humidity increasing from 5% to 80%. In the temperature effect studies, the initial uptake coefficients of S1 and S2 decreased from （10± 1.2） × 10-8 to （3.8 ± 0.5） × 10-8 and from （16± 2.2） × 10-8 to （3.8 ±0.4） × 10-8 when temperature increased from 278 to 288 K for S1 and from 278 to 308 K for S2, respectively. As the temperature continued to increase, the initial uptake coefficients of S1 and S2 returned to （7.9 ± 1.1）× 10-8 and （20 ± 3.1） × 10-8 at 313 and 328 K, respectively. This study shows that relative humidity could influence the uptake kinetics of NO2 on soil and temperature would impact the heterogeneous chemistry of NO2.

In this paper, we use fluctuation analysis to study statistical correlations in wind speed time series. Each time series used here was recorded hourly over 40 years. The fluctuation functions of wind speed time series were found to scale with a universal exponent approximating to 0.7, which means that the wind speed time series are long-term correlated. In the classical method of extreme estimations, data are commonly assumed to be independent (without correlations). This assumption will lead to an overestimation if data are long-term correlated. We thus propose a simple method to improve extreme wind speed estimations based on correlation analysis. In our method, extreme wind speeds are obtained by simply scaling the mean return period in the classical method. The scaling ratio is an analytic function of the scaling exponent in the fluctuation analysis.

This paper investigates a class of flocks with an M-nearest-neighbor rule,where each agent's neighbors are determined according to M nearest agents with M being a given integer,rather than all the agents within a fixed metric distance as in the well-known Vicsek's *** a neighbor rule has been validated by biologists through experiments and the authors will prove that,similar to the Vicsek's model,such a new neighbor rule can also achieve consensus under some conditions imposed only on the system's speed and the number M,n,without resorting to any priori connectivity assumptions on the trajectory of the *** particular,the authors will prove that if the number M is proportional to the population size n,then for any speed v,the system will achieve consensus with large probability if the population size is large enough.

In this paper, the exponential stability analysis for ODE switched systems with time delay is extended to distributed parameter switched systems(DPSS) in Hilbert space. For a given family of exponential stable subsystems, this paper focuses on finding conditions to guarantee the overall DPSS' exponential stability. Based on semigroup theory, by applying piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii functionals method incorporated average dwell time approach, sufficient conditions for exponential stability are derived. These conditions are given in the form of linear operator inequalities(LOIs)where the decision variables are operators in Hilbert space, and the stability properties depend on switching rule. Being applied to heat switched propagation equations, these LOIs are reduced to standard Linear Matrix Inequalities(LMIs). Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed result.
