This paper investigates the effects of structure parameters on dynamic responses of submerged floating tunnel （SFT） under hydrodynamic loads. The structure parameters includes buoyancy-weight ratio （BWR）, stiffness coefficients of the cable systems, tunnel net buoyancy and tunnel length. First, the importance of structural damp in relation to the dynamic responses of SPT is demonstrated and the mechanism of structural damp effect is discussed. Thereafter, the fundamental structure parameters are investigated through the analysis of SFT dynamic responses under hydrodynamic loads. The results indicate that the BWR of SFT is a key structure parameter. When BWR is 1.2, there is a remarkable trend change in the vertical dynamic response of SFT under hydrodynamic loads. The results also indicate that the ratio of the tunnel net buoyancy to the cable stiffness coefficient is not a characteristic factor affecting the dynamic responses of SFT under hydrodynamic loads.

Enterocutaneous fistulas(ECFs) are great challenges during the open abdomen. The loss of digestive juice, water-electrolyte imbalance and malnutrition are intractable issues during management of ECF. Techniques such as "fistula patch" and vacuumassisted closure therapy have been applied to prevent contamination of open abdominal wounds by intestinal fistula drainage. However, failures are encountered due to high-output fistula and anatomical complexity. Here, we report 3 D-printed patient-personalized fistula stent for ECF treatment based on 3 D reconstruction of the fistula image. Subsequent follow-up demonstrated that this stent was well-implanted and effective to reduce the volume of enteric fistula effluent.

Background Early enteral feeding （EF） may result in fever, elevated white blood cell count, increased serum levels of liver enzymes, and diarrhea. We name the complications ＂enteral refeeding syndrome＂, as a subtype of refeeding syndrome, because they are likely to result from long-term lack of lumen nutrition. The aim of this study was to investigate the characteristics of enteral refeeding syndrome after long-term total parenteral nutrition （TPN）, and the solution for the disease. Methods We collected the clinical data of 100 patients with gastrointestinal fistula, who were cured from Apirl 2001 to July 2002. Their fasting time, daily stool frequency, body temperature, heart rate, respiratory rate, levels of transaminases, alkaline phosphatase （AKP）, and γ-glutamylcyclotransferase （γ-GT）, white blood cell count, and systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome （SIRS） score were recorded before and 1, 3, 5, 10, and 15 days after EF. Student＇s t test and analysis of variance were used to analyze the data. Results Of the 100 patients, 56 were cured after selective resection of intestinal fistula, 15 were cured by emergency operation, and 29 recovered spontaneously. The levels of AKP and y-GT increased significantly on the 3rd day after EF [On the 3rd day after EF, （243.0±121.6） U/L and （177.2±109.9） U/L vs. before EF （181.5±127.5） U/L and （118.4±94.2） U/L, P〈0.05], and decreased gradually afterwards. The SIRS scores on the 1st day （1.05±1.08） and 3rd day （0.96±1.11） after EF were significantly higher than that before EF （0.72＋0.84）, then decreased to 0.83±0.91, 0.49±0.73 and 0.32±0.60 on the 5th, 10th and 15th days after EE The number of patients with diarrhea at 1, 3, 5, 10 and 15 days post-EF were 31, 26, 12, 13, and 7, respectively. Conclusions The longer the TPN lasts, the more severe the enteral refeeding syndrome becomes. Continuous EF is effective for the syndrome. Early enteral nutrition is useful in preventing it.

Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation(AMOC)plays a central role in long-term climate variations through its heat and freshwater transports,which can collapse under a rapid increase of greenhouse gas forcing in climate *** studies have suggested that the deviation of model parameters is one of the major factors in inducing inaccurate AMOC *** this work,with a low-resolution earth system model,the authors try to explore whether a reasonable adjustment of the key model parameter can help to re-establish the AMOC after its *** a new optimization strategy,the extra freshwater flux(FWF)parameter is determined to be the dominant one affecting the AMOC’s *** traditional ensemble optimal interpolation(EnOI)data assimilation and new machine learning methods are adopted to optimize the FWF parameter in an abrupt 4×CO_(2) forcing experiment to improve the adaptability of model parameters and accelerate the recovery of *** results show that,under an abrupt 4×CO_(2) forcing in millennial simulations,the AMOC will first collapse and then re-establish by the default FWF parameter ***,during the parameter adjustment process,the saltier and colder sea water over the North Atlantic region are the dominant factors in usefully improving the adaptability of the FWF parameter and accelerating the recovery of AMOC,according to their physical relationship with FWF on the interdecadal timescale.

Background： Intestinal fistula is one of the common complications of Crohn＇s disease （CD） that might require surgical treatment. The clinical characteristics and outcomes of CD with intestinal fistula are much different from CD alone. This study was to investigate whether the coagulation status of CD is changed by intestinal fistula. Methods： Data were retrospectively analyzed for 190 patients with a definitive diagnosis of CD who were registered at the Jinting Hospital between January 2014 and September 2015. Baseline clinical characteristics and laboratory indices of initial admission and 7 days after intestinal fistula resections were collected. Student＇s t-test and the Wilcoxon rank-sum test were used to compare differences between the two groups. Results： Compared with CD patients without intestinal fistula, prothrombin time （PT） in patients with intestinal fistula was significantly longer （12.13 ± 1.27 s vs. 13.18± 1.51 s,P〈0.001 in overall cohort： 11.56± 1.21 svs. 12.61 ±0.73 s,P 0.001 in females： and 12.51± 1.17 s vs. 13.37± 1.66 s, P - 0.003 in males）. Platelet （PLT） count was much lower in intestinal fistula group than in nonintestinal fistula group （262.53 ± 94.36 × 109/L vs. 310.36 ± 131.91× 109/L, P = 0.009）. Multivariate logistic regression showed that intestinal fistula was significantly associated with a prolonged PT （odds ratio [OR] 1.900, P 〈 0.001 ）, a reduced amount of PLT （OR = 0.996, P = 0.（124）, and an increased operation history （OR = 5.408, P 〈 0.001 ）. Among 65 CD patients receiving intestinal fistula resections, PT was obviously shorter after operation than baseline （ 12.28 ± 1.16 s vs. 13.02 ± 1.64 s, P = 0.006）. Conclusions： Intestinal fistula was significantly associated with impaired coagulation status in patients complicated with CD. Coagulation status could be improved after intestinal fistula resections.

An Improved Practical Byzantine Fault-Tolerant Algorithm Based on XGBoost Grouping for Consortium Chains

In response to the challenges presented by the unreliable identity of the master node,high communication overhead,and limited network support size within the Practical Byzantine Fault-Tolerant(PBFT)algorithm for consortium chains,we propose an improved PBFT algorithm based on XGBoost grouping called XG-PBFT in this ***-PBFT constructs a dataset by training important parameters that affect node performance,which are used as classification indexes for *** XGBoost algorithm then is employed to train the dataset,and nodes joining the system will be grouped according to the trained grouping *** them,the nodes with higher parameter indexes will be assigned to the consensus group to participate in the consensus,and the rest of the nodes will be assigned to the general group to receive the consensus *** order to reduce the resource waste of the system,XG-PBFT optimizes the consensus protocol for the problem of high complexity of PBFT ***,we evaluate the performance of *** experimental results show that XG-PBFT can significantly improve the performance of throughput,consensus delay and communication complexity compared to the original PBFT algorithm,and the performance enhancement is significant compared to other algorithms in the case of a larger number of *** results demonstrate that the XG-PBFT algorithm is more suitable for large-scale consortium chains.

Combining water electrolysis and rechargeable battery technologies into a single system holds great promise for the co-production of hydrogen （H2） and ***,the design and development of such systems is still in its ***,an integrated hydrogen-oxygen （O2）-electricity co-production system featuring a bipolar membrane-assisted decoupled electrolyzer and a Na-Zn ion battery was established with sodium nickelhexacyanoferrate （NaNiHCF） and Zn2+/Zn as dual redox *** decoupled electrolyzer enables to produce H2and O2in different time and space with almost 100%Faradaic efficiency at 100 mA ***,the charged NaNiHCF and Zn electrodes after the electrolysis processes formed a Na-Zn ion battery,which can generate electricity with an average cell voltage of 1.75 V at 10 m A *** connecting Si photovoltaics with the modular electrochemical device,a well-matched solar driven system was built to convert the intermittent solar energy into hydrogen and electric energy with a solar to hydrogen-electricity efficiency of 16.7%,demonstrating the flexible storage and conversion of renewables.

Dual-ligand chiral MOFs exhibiting circularly polarized room temperature phosphorescence for anti-counterfeiting

Advanced chiral optical materials exhibiting circularly polarized room-temperature phosphorescence（CPRTP） possess significant research value. This study facilitates the synthesis of chiral metal-organic frameworks（CMOFs） with good CPRTP performance by implementing a dual-ligand strategy. By self-assembling the luminescent ligand H2BIIM with the chiral ligands L-or D-H2IDPA in the presence of Zn（II） ions, two robust three-dimensional（3D） CMOFs were successfully constructed. These complexes demonstrated intense fluorescence and exhibited prolonged yellow room-temperature phosphorescence（RTP） with a duration of up to 6 s. Notably, they exhibited both circularly polarized fluorescence(glum= ±7.57 × 10-3) and CPRTP(glum=±2.68 × 10-3). These unique properties were effectively utilized in the creation of multi-color anti-counterfeiting patterns,underscoring their promising potential for a wide range of applications.
