Assessment of ecological civilization construction from the perspective of environment and health in china

This study innovatively evaluated ecological civilization in china.from the perspective of environment and health.A Composite Environmental Health Index(CEHI)was constructed based on the Driving force-Pressure-State-Impact-Response(DPSIR)and Coupling Coordination Degree(CCD)*** showed that significant and sustained improvements were observed in the ecological environment after ecological civilization,while economic development continued to progress at a steady ***,the advancement in population health(impact subsystem),exhibited comparatively modest progress,potentially linked to issues such as demographic aging and the enduring consequences of past exposure to environmental *** the provincial level,the regional development was *** CEHI performance was highest in the eastern regions,followed by the central regions,with the western regions showing the least ***,Guangdong,Jiangsu,shanghai,and Zhejiang emerged as top performers with higher CEHI scores,which can be attributed to their favorable geographical positioning and the response ***,northeastern regions(Heilongjiang,Jilin,and Liaoning)and northwestern regions(Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,and Qinghai)experienced limited advancements in post-ecological civilization *** these underperforming regions,there is a pressing need to intensify efforts aimed at enhancing their response *** summary,china.s pursuit of ecological civilization has yielded significant successes,potentially offering valuable insights for other nations striving for sustainable *** ecological civilization model's integration of ecological environmental protection into economic,political,cultural,and social constructs may serve as a meaningful reference for the sustainable development of other countries.

Swelling-activated Cl- currents, I(ci,swell), were measured during hyposmotic shock in white Leghorn embryonic chick heart cells using the whole-cell recording of patch-clamp technique. genistein, an inhibitor of protein tyrosine kinase (PTK), suppressed I(ci,swell), Under isosmotic condition phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate (PMA), an activator of PKC, elicited the Cl~ current similar to that in hyposmotic solution, whereas hyposmotic shock did not elicit I(ci,swell) in chelerythrine chloride(an inhibitor of PKC)-treated cells. Con-focal microscopy experiments using FITC-phalloidin as a fluorescent label of F-actin showed that the actin network was moved from cortical region of the cell to the center after hyposmotic shock as compared with the image under isosmotic condition. When the cells were treated with cytochalasin B (CB) or cytochalasin D (CD) under isosmotic condition the disruption of the F-actin integrity was observed, and I(ci,Sweii) was not elicited. The genetic requirements for the transcription of glnA,encoding the major glutaminesynthetase in a rifamycin SV-producing Amycolatopsis mediterranei strain,U32,were *** experiments showed that the promoter of U32 glnA （pglnA） was likely to have two transcriptioninitiation sites:P1and P2,located 157 and 45 nucleotides （nt） upstream of the translational start codon,*** mobility shift and DNase I footprinting analyses revealed a 30 bp cis-element locatedat 45 to 75 nt downstream of P1,or 38 to 68 nt upstream of *** sequence of the cis-element displayedhigh similarity to the corresponding regions of pglnA from Streptomyces coelicolor and *** as a reporter gene,the expression levels of U32 pglnA and its deletion derivatives under differentnitrogen-source conditions were analyzed by detecting the catechol dioxygenase activities in ***54,*** J508 and *** FS10 （glnR mutant）.These in vivo studies showed that theactivation of U32 pglnA in *** required GlnR,and its binding to the U32 pglnA was furtherconfirmed by the gel mobility shift *** and heterologous expression of the U32 glnR allowed usto detect the in vitro interaction between the U32 GlnR and the corresponding pglnA *** shown by in vivo glnR inactivation and complementation indicated that GlnR is essential for theactive transcription of glnA in U32.

High density lipoprotein (HDL) binds lipopolysaccharide (LPS or endotoxin) and neutralizes its toxicity. We investigated the function of Apolipoprotein A-I (ApoA-I), a major apolipoprotein in HDL, in this process. Mouse macrophages were incubated with LPS, LPS+ApoA-I, LPS+ApoA-I+LFF (lipoprotein-free plasma fraction d>1.210 g/ml), LPS+HDL, LPS+HDL+LFF, respectively. MTT method was used to detect the mortality of L-929 cells which were attacked by the release-out cytokines in LPS-activated macrophages. It was found that ApoA-I significantly decreased L-929 cells mortality caused by LPS treatment (LPS vs. LPS+ApoA-I, Pger than that in LPS group (16.25 ± 17.28) h (Pgest that: (1) ApoA-I has the ability to bind with and protect against LPS; (2) LFF enhances the effect of ApoA-I; (3) ApoA-I is the major contributor for HDL anti-endotoxin function.

In this paper the semilinear wave equation with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition having a locally distributed controller is considered, and the rapid exact controllability of this system is obtained by changing the shape and/or the location of the controller under proper conditions. For this purpose, the author derives an (rapid) observability inequality for wave equations with linear time-variant potential by means of the energy estimate. The main difference of the method from the previous ones is that any unique continuation property of the corresponding linear time-variant wave equations is not needed.

A class of cooperative games with graph communication structure is studied in this paper by considering some important players,namely essential *** the assumption that only connected coalitions containing essential players are able to cooperate and obtain their worths,the class of graph games with essential players is proposed as well as an allocation *** proposed value follows the spirit of the Myerson value defined by applying the Shapley value on a modified *** properties,feasible component efficiency,the inessential component property,and fairness,are provided to fully characterize this value,where feasible component efficiency and fairness follows the same ideas of component efficiency and fairness for classical graph games,and the inessential component property says that the total payoffs of the players in a non-feasible component is ***,some computational aspects of the proposed value and comparisons with disjunctive permission value for games with permission structure are also studied,respectively.

The usage of cheap crude H2 in proton-exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)is still unrealistic to date,due to the suffering of the current Pt based nano-catalysts from impurities such as CO in ***,synergistic active sites between single atom(SA)and nanoparticle(NP)have been found to be promising for overcoming the poisoning ***,lengthening the nanoparticle-single atom(SA–NP)interface,i.e.,constructing high density synergistic active sites,remains highly ***,we present a new strategy based on molecular fusion strategy to create abundant SA–NP interfaces,with high density SA–NP interfaces created on a two dimensional nitrogen doped carbon nanosheets(Ir-SACs&NPs/NC).Owing to the abundance of SA–NP interface sites,the catalyst was empowered with a high tolerance towards up to 1000ppm CO in H2 *** findings provide guidelines for the design and construction of active and anti-poisoning catalysts for PEMFC anode.
