The introduction of fresh air into the indoor space leads to a significant increase in cooling or heating *** desiccant heat pump fresh air unit which can handle the latent and sensible load of fresh air efficiently have been proposed *** improve the performance of the solid desiccant heat pump fresh air unit in the fresh air handling process,in this paper,the application of composite silica gel in a heat pump fresh air unit was *** comparison between silica gel coating(SGC)and composite silica gel coating(CSGC)shows that the adsorption rate and water uptake capacity of CSGC are more than two times higher than those of *** experimental setup for the solid desiccant heat pump fresh air unit was *** performance of SGC and CSGC was tested in the setup *** show that under summer conditions,compared with the solid desiccant heat pump fresh air unit using silica gel(SGFU),the average moisture removal and COP of the one using composite silica gel(CSGFU)increased by 15%and 30%,*** winter conditions,compared with SGFU,the average humidification and COP of CSGFU increased by 42.and 17%.With optimal operation conditions of 3 min switchover time and 40 r/s compressor frequency,the COP of CSGFU under summer conditions can reach *** also show that the CSGFU and SGFU have higher COP and dehumidification rate under higher outdoor temperature and humidity ratio.

The appropriate terminal attitude of missile is important to improve the damage effectiveness of fragmentation warhead against aircraft *** this paper,three missile terminal attitude selection methods are proposed to solve the problem of terminal attitude selection in different situations according to their respective evaluation *** MVE-based method uses the damage probability of each detonation point around the aircraft at a given attitude of missile to calculate the Mean Volume of Effectiveness(MVE)at the corresponding attitude,and then uses the MVE for different attitudes to select the terminal strike *** detonation position-based method addresses the case where the missile detonation position can be assessed in *** the effects of missile guidance errors and fuze activation position errors,Monte Carlo simulations are used to calculate the damage probability of aircraft with different strike attitudes,from which the terminal strike attitude is *** BP-ANN model-based method uses the constructed Back Propagation Artificial Neural Network(BP-ANN)model instead of simulation to calculate the evaluation indexes in the corresponding cases of MVE-based method and Detonation position-based method,which can improve the efficiency of attitude *** are conducted for different scenarios to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.

For accurately identifying the distribution charac-teristic of Gaussian-like noises in unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)state estimation,this paper proposes a non-parametric scheme based on curve similarity *** the framework of the pro-posed scheme,a Parzen window(kernel density estimation,KDE)method on sliding window technology is applied for roughly esti-mating the sample probability density,a precise data probability density function(PDF)model is constructed with the least square method on K-fold cross validation,and the testing result based on evaluation method is obtained based on some data characteristic analyses of curve shape,abruptness and *** com-parison simulations with classical methods and UAV flight exper-iment shows that the proposed scheme has higher recognition accuracy than classical methods for some kinds of Gaussian-like data,which provides better reference for the design of Kalman filter(KF)in complex water environment.

Owing to the promising therapeutic effect and one-time treatment advantage, gene therapy may completely change the management of eye diseases, especially retinal diseases. Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is considered one of the most promising viral gene delivery tools because it can infect various types of tissues and is considered as a relatively safe gene delivery vector. The eye is one of the most popular organs for gene therapy, since its limited volume is suitable for small doses of AAV stably transduction. Recently, an increasing number of clinical trials of AAV-mediated gene therapy are underway. This review summarizes the biological functions of AAV and its application in the treatment of various ocular diseases, as well as the characteristics of different AAV delivery routes in clinical applications. Here, the latest research progresses in AAV-mediated gene editing and silencing strategies to modify that the genetic ocular diseases are systematically outlined, especially by base editing and prime editing. We discuss the progress of AAV in ocular optogenetic therapy. We also summarize the application of AAV-mediated gene therapy in animal models and the difficulties in its clinical transformation.

The effect of side-chain engineering of conjugated molecules on the morphology and device performance in binary organic solar cells has been widely investigated. However, this relationship has hardly been studied in the guest components of ternary organic solar cells. In this study, a family of non-fullerene guest acceptors, namely XY-3, XY-5 and XY-7, with hydrogen substituent,straight and branched alkyl chains on the bithiophene units, respectively, were designed and synthesized to understand their effects on aggregation properties and device performance. The straight and branched alkyl chains on the bithiophene units result in sightly blue-shifted absorption compared to the hydrogen substituent and the XY-7 demonstrates the most appropriate phase separation scale and the most balanced charge transport. Consequently, the OSCs based on D18:e C9:XY-7 achieve a high shortcircuit current density(JSC) and fill factor(FF), while maintaining the enhancement of the open-circuit voltage(VOC) achieving an efficiency of 19.32., exceeding those of D18:e C9, D18:e C9:XY-3, D18:e C9:XY-5(PCE:18.2.%, 19.04%, 18.75%, respectively). These results highlight that the side-chain engineering of Y series non-fullerene acceptors as the guest acceptors has great potential in optimizing morphology properties and promoting photovoltaic performance.

Climate warming and the increased demand in air travels motivate the aviation industry to urgently produce technological *** of the most promising innovations is based on the smoothly continuous morphing leading-edge *** study proposes a two-step process for the design of a morphing leading-edge,including the optimization of the outer variable-thickness composite compliant skin and the optimization of the inner kinematic *** the compliant skin design,an optimization of the variable thickness composite skin is proposed based on a laminate continuity model,with laminate continuity constraint and other manufacturing *** laminate continuity model utilizes a guiding sequence and a ply-drop sequence to describe the overall stacking sequence of plies in different thickness regions of the complaint *** the inner kinematic mechanism design,a coupled four-bar linkage system is proposed and optimized to produce specific trajectories at the actuation points on the stringer hats of the compliant skin,which ensures that the compliant skin can be deflected into the aerodynamically optimal ***,a morphing leading-edge is manufactured and *** results are compared with numerical predictions,confirming the feasibility of the morphing leading-edge concept and the overall proposed design approach.
