The liquid leakage and weak solar absorption capacity of organic phase change materials(PCMs)seriously hinder the efficient utilization of solar energy and thermal energy storage.To address these issues,we prepared nanoporous metal organic framework(Ni-MOF)for the vacuum infiltration of paraffin wax(PW),followed by the coating of solar-absorbing functional polydopamine(PDA)on the surface of PW@MOF for photothermal conversion and storage.As an efficient photon harvester,PDA coating endows PW@MOF/PDA composite PCMs with excellent photothermal conversion and storage properties due to the robust broadband solar absorption capability in the UV–vis region.Resultantly,our prepared PW@MOF/PDA composite PCMs exhibit a high photothermal conversion and storage efficiency of 91.2%,while that of PW@MOF composite PCMs is only zero.In addition,PW@MOF/PDA composite PCMs also exhibit excellent thermal stability,shape stability,energy storage stability,and photothermal conversion stability.More importantly,this coating strategy is universal by integrating different MOFs and solar absorbers,showing the potential to accelerate the major breakthroughs of high-efficiency MOF-based photothermal composite PCMs in solar energy utilization.

As cheap and renewable sources,the exploitation of biomass resources was of great value in phase change energy storage.In this study,hemp stems were converted into biochars with three-dimensional multi-level anisotropic pores through a temperature-controlled charring process,which were used as supports for polyethylene glycol(PEG6000)to form shape-stable composite phase change materials(ss-CPCMs).It is shown that the ss-CPCMs using anisotropic hemp-stem-derived biochar obtained at a carbonization temperature of 900℃as a support has high PEG6000 loading rate(88.62wt%),large latent heat(170.44 J/g)and favorable thermal stability owning to its high surface area and hierarchical pores.The biochar-based ss-CPCM also has good light absorption ability with a maximum solar-thermal conversion efficiency of 97.70%.In addition,the different thermal conductivities in the transverse and longitudinal directions of ss-CPCMs reflect the unique anisotropic structure.This work can not only improve the high-value utilization of biochars,but also provide the ss-CPCMs with excellent performance for solar-thermal conversion and storage systems.

肠瘘是胃肠外科术后尚无法避免的并发症,后继可能引起腹腔感染、脓毒症、腹腔高压、腹腔大出血、腹壁坏死性筋膜炎、慢性危重症以及多器官功能障碍综合征等,肠瘘并发的腹腔感染是高死亡危险的始动因素,导致的病死率仍居高不下。应基于肠瘘发生早期的直接与间接征象,结合腹部症状、生命体征、细菌学与感染标记物检测以及小肠造影CT等检查及时精准诊断。遵循损伤控制理念,采取阶段性治疗策略,明确肠瘘所处阶段及面临的主要问题,制定阶段性治疗方案与治疗目标。重点关注肠瘘引起的腹腔感染,可以采用递增式治疗方案。内镜下夹闭技术可以促进肠瘘愈合,对于不能自行愈合的肠瘘,在腹腔粘连松解、营养状况改善、器官功能恢复的情况下实施确定性手术。再发肠瘘是令人沮丧的并发症,但再发肠瘘的治疗策略与初发肠瘘相同,只要继续努力,再发肠瘘也可能得到治愈。肠空气瘘是特殊类型肠瘘,使用3D打印肠瘘支架进行肠腔隔绝可以控制瘘口肠液流出,从而可以充分实施肠内营养,为确定性手术切除肠瘘进行消化道重建与腹壁缺损修复创造条件。如何早期精准诊断肠瘘及腹腔感染仍然是一大挑战,人工智能的发展可能会提供解决方案。如何在治疗胃肠道肿瘤术后并发肠瘘的同时兼顾肿瘤的治疗以及如何优化治疗方案以降低克罗恩病术后并发肠瘘及肠瘘复发值得进一步探索。

Effect of complete revascularization in acute coronary syndrome after 75 years old:insights from the BleeMACS registry

BACKGROUND The prognostic benefit of complete revascularization in elderly patients(aged over 75 years)with multi-vessel disease and acute coronary syndrome(ACS)is currently unclear.This study aimed to determine the long-term prognostic impact of complete revascularization in this population.METHODS We conducted this study using data obtained from the BleeMACS(Bleeding complications in a Multicenter registry of patients discharged after an Acute Coronary Syndrome)registry,which was carried out from 2003 to 2014.The objective was to categorize older patients diagnosed with ACS into two groups:those who underwent complete revascularization and those who did not.Propensity score matching and the Kaplan-Meier analysis were employed to examine differences in one-year clinical outcomes.The primary endpoint was major adverse cardiovascular event(MACE),which encompassed a combination of all-cause mortality and myocardial infarction.RESULTS Out of 1263 patients evaluated,445 patients(35.2%)received complete revascularization.Patients who underwent complete revascularization had a higher prevalence of hypertension and prior percutaneous coronary intervention compared to those who did not.During the one-year follow-up period,complete revascularization was associated with a significantly decreased risk of MACE[13.7%vs.20.5%,hazard ratio(HR)=0.63,95%CI:0.45–0.88,P=0.007]and a lower risk of myocardial infarction(5.9%vs.9.9%,HR=0.55,95%CI:0.33–0.92,P=0.02).However,it was not linked to a lower risk of all-cause death(9.5%vs.13.5%,HR=0.68,95%CI:0.45–1.02,P=0.06).Similar results were observed in the subgroup analysis.CONCLUSIONS Long-term clinical improvements were observed in ACS patients aged over 75 years with multi-vessel disease who achieved complete revascularization.Therefore,adhering to guidelines for complete revascularization should be recommended for elderly patients.

Numerical study on shock-accelerated heavy gas cylinderswith diffusive interfaces

Interactions of shock wave and heavy gas cylinders with different diffusive interfaces are numerically investigated. Comparisons among these interfaces are made in terms of cylinder morphology, wave system evolution, fluids mixing, and circulation generation. Navier-Stokes equations are solved in the present work to simulate the complex multi-fluid flow. The fifth-order weighted essentially non-oscillatory scheme is used to compute the numerical flux. The influence of interface diffusion is revealed by the numerical results. The cylinders with similar geometric scale but different diffusion interface have great similarities in the hydrodynamic characteristics, including the interface morphology, shock focusing and molecular mixing, as well as circulation deposition. For the cases with more serious interface diffusion, the cylinder develops into more regular vortex pairs. The diffusive interface greatly mitigates the strength of the reflected shock wave and weakens the shock focusing capability. Some interface structural features are also recorded and analyzed. The diffusive interface brings about slower molecular mixing and less circulation generation. The circulation deposition on different interfaces is quantitatively investigated and compared with the theoretical models. The theoretical models are found to be applicable to the scenarios of diffusive interfaces.

本文建立了用于计算节流式燃氧分离固体发动机内弹道的准一维数值模型。节流式燃氧分离固体发动机通过改变富燃燃烧室和富氧燃烧室之间的节流阀开口半径来实现其推力的调节。数值模型采用简化的反应机理来描述化学非平衡过程,且考虑了燃烧室中的质量添加、壁面摩擦和推进剂燃面退移过程。利用该数值模型展示了节流式燃氧分离固体发动机的内部流动参数分布和工作性能.发动机稳定工作状态结果显示,当节流阀开度半径由10.5mm调节至1.4mm时,发动机推力由121.82N增加至250.60N,推力提升了206%,验证了节流式燃氧分离固体发动机概念的可行性.流动参数也表明节流阀的调节作用仅在阀门开度较小时才得以充分体现.发动机动态工作过程结果显示,在调节阀停止作动时,节流式燃氧分离固体发动机性能会产生负调现象,因而需要对发动机采取额外的保护措施.对节流式燃氧分离固体发动机调节能力的理论预测发现,发动机的推力调节能力受限于富燃燃烧室压力和初始质量流量比,需要在多个参数之间进行权衡以实现合理的推力调节比.最后对推进剂的布置方式进行了初步探讨结果表明,燃氧推进剂布置下发动机的推力调节能力优于氧燃推进剂布置。

The northeastern Sichuan area in the northern Yangtze margin has unique Ediacaran geological records,especially the Doushantuo Formation(DST),and become a hot research area in recent years.However,the Cryogenian-Ediacaran(C-E)boundary has not been precisely identified,which restricts the in-depth study of geological information during this crucial transitional period and is unfavorable for a systematic and complete understanding of the Yangtze Block and even the global paleogeographic pattern.This study conducted stratigraphy,sedimentology,and chronostratigraphy to establish the stratigraphic framework and sedimentary evolution of the C-E transition strata in northeastern Sichuan.The results showed that the Ediacaran sediments,without the cap dolomite,unconformably overlaid the Cryogenian sediments in the studied area.The Member II of the DST,characterized by 50-160 m of red-green sandstone(approximately equivalent to the original Chengkou“Guanyinya Formation”),directly overlaid the Cryogenian sediments and displayed a 623±2.3 Ma maximum depositional age from the detrital zircon U-Pb dating.Regional stratigraphic correlations indicate that the C-E transition strata in northeastern Sichuan had a consistent lithological association and sedimentary sequence characteristics but differed from the Three Gorges.Typically,the upper Nantuo massive glacial diamictites transition to the icebergs rafted lonestone-bearing mudstones at the top,then change upward to DST barrier coast sandstones.The proposed DST of the northeastern Sichuan Basin was divided into three lithostratigraphic members without the regional Member I cap dolomite:(i)Member II purple-red,gray-green sandstone strata,(ii)MemberⅢblack mudstone strata,and(iii)Member IV P-Mn bearing strata.During the C-E transition,the study area experienced(i)the global deglaciation stage in the terminal Marinoan glaciation and(ii)the filling-leveling up stage with clastic rocks in the early Ediacaran.Overall,the early Ediacaran of northeastern Sichuan succeeded the paleogeogr

Optimization of extreme ultraviolet vortex beam based on high harmonic generation

In high harmonic generation(HHG),Laguerre–Gaussian(LG) beams are used to generate extreme ultraviolet(XUV)vortices with well-defined orbital angular momentum(OAM),which have potential applications in fields such as microscopy and spectroscopy.An experimental study on the HHG driven by vortex and Gaussian beams is conducted in this work.It is found that the intensity of vortex harmonics is positively correlated with the laser energy and gas pressure.The structure and intensity distribution of the vortex harmonics exhibit significant dependence on the relative position between the gas jet and the laser focus.The ring-like structures observed in the vortex harmonics,and the interference of quantum paths provide an explanation for the distinct structural characteristics.Moreover,by adjusting the relative position between the jet and laser focus,it is possible to discern the contributions from different quantum paths.The optimization of the HH vortex field is applicable to the XUV,which opens up a new way for exploiting the potential in optical spin or manipulating electrons by using the photon with tunable orbital angular momentum.

节流式燃/氧分离组合固体发动机将燃烧室分为富燃燃烧室和富氧燃烧室,采用富燃固体推进剂和富氧固体推进剂串联装填的形式,在两个燃烧室中间增加节流阀,通过调节节流阀开度实现推力调节。利用商业软件对节流式燃/氧分离组合固体发动机在节流阀流道半径不同时的工作状态进行模拟,研究节流式燃/氧分离组合固体发动机的工作特性,获得节流式燃/氧分离组合固体发动机燃气流动和掺混特征,揭示节流式燃/氧分离组合固体发动机推力调节机理以及节流阀流道半径对节流式燃/氧分离组合固体发动机燃烧效率的影响规律。研究发现:节流阀流道开度(即节流阀流道半径R)减小可增大发动机推力;随着节流阀开度的减小,节流阀出口燃气马赫数随之增大,而发动机燃烧效率却出现先增大后减小的规律,当节流阀出口燃气流动达到临界状态时发动机燃烧效率出现最大值。
