咬合幻觉：对美国正畸医师的调查

目的：1976年，Marbach将术语咬合幻觉定义为患者自我感知到不规律的咬合，但临床医师却不能发现任何咬合差异的情况。通常情况下，此类患者以前有过改变咬合的治疗经历，对咬合超敏，以及长久抱怨咬合的不适，但往往并不伴有疼痛。存在咬合幻觉的患者往往会经过漫长的、昂贵的、不可逆的、侵入性的以及不必要的治疗手段以试图解决这些症状。本研究的目标是：①了解正畸医师对咬合幻觉及其相关症状和体征的了解：②确定治疗该症状的最常见的方法；③确定地区差异或执医经验的长短是否影响上述因素：④确定咬合幻觉患者的性别特征。方法：该研究采用Survey Monkey软件电子管理进行了14项调查。根据美国正畸学会（AAO）的医师信息目录，我们通过电子邮件招募了4124名正畸医师参加该项调查，其中337人完成这项调查。结果：在回应的正畸医师中，大约有50％的医师不熟悉“咬合幻觉”这项术语。然而，有许多正畸医师报道说见到过抱怨咬合幻觉的患者。人口地区差异，例如执业的区域和执业的时间长短并不影响对此类症状及其治疗方法的熟悉程度。结论：正畸医师需要提高对咬合幻觉这种症状的认识，并为该类患者提供适当的治疗。

Myogenic contractions of the heart of the female blood.feed.ng insect, Rhod.ius prolixus （Stal）, are inhibited.by crud. extracts of testes applied.d.rectly to isolated.d.rsal vessels. d.rsal vessels were observed.with a stereo microscope and.heart beats timed.with a stopwatch. In normal Rhod.ius saline, hearts contract at 14.8 4- 7.1 beats per minute （n = 45）. Crud. extracts of the testes and.the two male reprod.ctive accessory organs （the opaque and.transparent accessory gland.） were prepared.from previously frozen tissue by homogenizing 5-20 gland. in a small glass homogenizer containing Rhod.ius saline, centrifuging for 5 rain at 2 000 g, and.collecting the supernatant. Testes extract as low as 1.0 gland. per mL inhibit contractions whereas crud. extracts of the opaque or transparent accessory gland. have no consistent effect. We report the performances of a chalcopyrite Cu(In, Ga)Se2 CIGS-based.thin-film solar cell with a newly employed.high cond.ctive n-Si layer. The d.ta analysis was performed.with the help of the 1d.Solar Cell Capacitance Simulator (1d.SCAPS) software program. The new d.vice structure is based.on the CIGS layer as the absorber layer, n-Si as the high cond.ctive layer, i-In2S3, and.i-ZnO as the buffer and.wind.w layers, respectively. The optimum CIGS band.ap was d.termined.first and.used.to simulate and.analyze the cell performance throughout the experiment. This analysis revealed.that the absorber layer’s optimum band.ap value has to be 1.4 eV to achieve maximum efficiency of 22.57%. Subsequently, output solar cell parameters were analyzed.as a function of CIGS layer thickness, d.fect d.nsity, and.the operating temperature with an optimized.n-Si layer. The newly mod.led.d.vice has a p-CIGS/n-Si/In2S3/Al-ZnO structure. The main objective was to improve the overall cell performance while optimizing the thickness of absorber layers, d.fect d.nsity, band.ap, and.operating temperature with the newly employed.optimized.n-Si layer. The increase of absorber layer thickness from 0.2 - 2 µm showed.an upward.trend.in the cell’s performance, while the increase of d.fect d.nsity and.operating temperature showed.a d.wnward.trend.in solar cell performance. This stud. illustrates that the proposed.cell structure shows higher cell performances and.can be fabricated.on the lab-scale and.ind.strial levels.
