在非透析慢性肾脏病风险预后评估中,动态血压比诊室血压更有效,但是动态血压再评估能否进一步明确预后尚未知。研究人员纳入间隔1年行2次动态血压测量的高血压合并非透析慢性肾脏病患者182例,分析由距离基线测量1年后获取的第2次动态血压测定值对肾病复合终点（死亡,慢性透析,估算的肾小球滤过率下降≥40%）的评估是否有帮助。

The Role of Ozone carried by Liposomes in the Therapy of Infectious and Skin-Regenerating Ocular Surface

Effect of the ozonated oil in liposomes: they act against Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa is among the most frequent eye pathogens and causes acute and chronic infections of the ocular surface. Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were tested in this study. The bacterial suspension of Staphylococcus aureus was diluted to obtain 150 cFU/ml. The bacterial suspension of Pseudomonas aeruginosa was diluted to obtain 15 cFU/ml. Various volumes of liposome-vehiculated ozonated oil were added (400 μl, 200 μl, 100 μl and 50 μl) to 100 μl of bacterial suspension;both of Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa are incubated at 37?c for 10 minutes. The cytotoxicity of liposome-vehiculated ozonated oil was analysed at the University of campania “Luigi Vanvitelli”, Department of Precision Medicine. The HacaT epidermal keratinocyte cell line (ATcc, USA) was grown in Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (Euroclone) with the addition of 10% foetal bovine serum (FBS) (Euroclone), 2 mM of L-glutamine (Euroclone) and antibiotics (100 U/ml penicillin, 100 g/ml streptomycin) (Euroclone). The microbiological results clearly show the antimicrobial efficacy of liposome-vehiculated ozonated oil against bacterial strains such as Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Furthermore, the studies carried out in vitro on the keratinocyte line showed how ozonated oil in liposomes does not evidence any cell toxicity, and that after 3 days of treatment, it promotes cell growth compared to the positive control.

Endoscopic procedures hold a basal risk of bleeding that depends on the type of procedure and patients’***,they are often performed in patients taking antiplatelet and anticoagulants agents,increasing the potential risk of intraprocedural and delayed *** if the interruption of antithrombotic therapies is undoubtful effective in reducing the risk of bleeding,the thromboembolic risk that follows their suspension should not be ***,it is fundamental for each endoscopist to be aware of the bleeding risk for every procedure,in order to measure the risk-benefit ratio for each ***,knowledge of the proper management of antithrombotic agents before endoscopy,as well as the adequate timing for their resumption is *** review aims to analyze current evidence from literature assessing,for each procedure,the basal risk of bleeding and the risk of bleeding in patients taking antithrombotic therapy,as well as to review the recommendation of American society for gastrointestinal endoscopy,European society of gastrointestinal endoscopy,British society of gastroenterology,Asian pacific association of gastroenterology and Asian pacific society for digestive endoscopy guidelines for the management of antithrombotic agents in urgent and elective endoscopic procedures.

Effects of Unsaturated Fatty Acid Esters of Testosterone on Neuronal, Behavioral and Hormonal Parameters in Male Rats Subjected to the Formalin Test

chronic diseases are often accompanied by inflammatory and degenerative processes. Estrogens have repeatedly been found to be involved in these processes. Testosterone (T) is the main precursor of estrogen in the brain and T replacement in chronic diseases has become important in recent years, prompting research on new T-conjugated molecules. We recently synthesized three new molecules including unsaturated fatty acid esters: T-linoleate (TL), T-oleate (TO) and T-eicosapentanoate (TEPA). These substances were s.c. administered for 7 days to intact male rats subjected to the formalin test (FT). Three other groups were included as comparisons: NAIVE, receiving no substance, OIL, treated with almond oil (vehicle), and TN, treated with T-undecanoate, a?saturated?fatty acid. Spontaneous behaviors and pain-induced responses were determined during the FT, hormones (T and dihydrotestosterone, DHT) were determined in blood, while estrogen receptors (ERα?and?β) were detected at the genomic and proteomic levels in the hippocampus, hypothalamus and spinal cord. In the hippocampus, ERα?and ERβ?mRNA levels were increased respectively by TN and TL treatments with respect to OIL, whereas the hypothalamus TO and TL caused a decrease of ERα?mRNA levels. At the proteomic level, TO, TL and TEPA decreased the levels of ERα?in the hypothalamus, whereas TEPA decreased ERβ?in the spinal cord, hippocampus and hypothalamus. There was no effect of treatment on the spontaneous behaviors, while the TO and TL groups showed lower pain-induced behaviors (paw jerk frequency and licking duration) than the OIL group. TN increased paw jerk frequency and decreased licking duration with respect to OIL. The treatments had no effect on T and DHT plasma levels. These results clearly indicate the possibility of pain and ER modulation by T-esters.

小胶质细胞是调节大脑突触发育和可塑性的重要细胞类型,但其影响突触的正常功能的机制尚不清楚。在本研究中,我们通过PLX5622造成小胶质细胞耗竭,并观察其对成年野生型小鼠海马cA3-cA1突触的影响。在小胶质细胞耗竭后,与树突棘密度降低相关的自发和诱发谷氨酸能活动的减少,出现未成熟突触特征以及突触的可塑性提高。小胶质细胞耗竭的小鼠在新物体识别任务的获取方面表现出缺陷。海马星形胶质细胞出现增生,但并没有神经炎症反应。在cx3cr1-/-小鼠中,PLX不能导致海马出现上述改变。这说明cX3cL1/cX3cR1轴在小胶质细胞对突触功能的控制中有重要作用。PLX5622停用后,小胶质细胞的重新增殖,海马突触恢复,小鼠的学习功能也出现恢复。综上所述,小胶质细胞对维持成人大脑的突触的正常功能用重要的作用,去除小胶质细胞会导致谷氨酸能突触组织和活动的可逆变化。
