Acute coronary syndromes constitute a variety of myocardial injury presentations that include a subset of patients presenting with myocardial infarction with non-obstructive coronary arteries(miNOCA).This acute coronary syndrome differs from type 1 myocardial infarction(mi)regarding patient characteristics,presentation,physiopathology,management,treatment,and ***-thirds of miNOCA subjects present ST-segment elevation;miNOCA patients are younger,are more often female and tend to have fewer cardiovascular risk ***,miNOCA is a working diagnosis,and defining the aetiologic mechanism is relevant because it affects patient care and *** the absence of relevant coronary artery disease,myocardial ischaemia might be triggered by an acute event in epicardial coronary arteries,coronary microcirculation,or *** causes of miNOCA include coronary plaque disruption,coronary dissection,and coronary *** miNOCA mechanisms involve microvascular coronary spasm,takotsubo syndrome(TTS),myocarditis,and coronary *** angiography with non-significant coronary stenosis and left ventriculography are first-line tests in the differential study of miNOCA *** diagnostic arsenal includes invasive and non-invasive *** history and echocardiography can help indicate vasospasm or thrombosis,if one finite coronary territory is affected,or specify TTS if apical ballooning is *** ultrasound,optical coherence tomography,and provocative testing are *** magnetic resonance is a cornerstone in myocarditis *** is not a benign diagnosis,and its polymorphic forms differ in *** care varies across centres,and future multi-centre clinical trials with standardized criteria may have a positive impact on defining optimal cardiovascular care for miNOCA patients.

Objective: To identify demographic and clinical variables of emergency depart ment (ED) practices in a community-based acute stroke study. Methods: By both active and passive surveillance, the authors identified cerebrovascular disease cases in Nueces County, TX, as part of the Brain Attack Surveillance in Corpus C hristi (BASIC) Project, a population-based stroke surveillance study, between January 1, 2000, and December 31, 2002. With use of multivariable logistic regre ssion, variables independently associated with three separate outcomes were soug ht: hospital admission, brain imaging in the ED, and neurologist consultation in the ED. Prespecified variables included age, sex, ethnicity, insurance status, NIH Stroke Scale score, type of stroke (ischemic stroke or TIA), vascular risk factors, and symptom presentation varia bles. Percentage use of recombinant tissue plasminogen activator (rt-PA) was c alculated. Results: A total of 941 Mexican Americans (MAs) and 855 non-Hispani c whites (NHWs) were seen for ischemic stroke (66% ) or TIA (34% ). Only 8% of patients received an inperson neurology consultation in the ED, and 12% did not receive any head imaging. TIA was negatively associated with neurology cons ultations compared with completed stroke (odds ratio [OR] 0.35 [95% CI 0.21 to 0.57]). TIA (OR 0.14 [0.10 to 0.19]) and sensory symptoms (OR 0.59 [0.44 to 0.8 1]) were also negatively associated with hospital admission. MAs (OR 0.58 [0.35 to 0.98]) were less likely to have neurology consultations in the ED than NHWs. Only 1.7% of patients were treated with rt-PA. Conclusions: Neurologists are seldom involved with acute cerebrovascular care in the emergency department (ED ), especially in patients with TIA. Greater neurologist involvement may improve acute stroke diagnosis and treatment efforts in the ED.

The timing of fruit maturity is an important trait in sweet cherry production and *** variation for phenology of fruit maturity in sweet cherry appears to be under strong genetic control,but that control might be complicated by phenotypic instability across *** such genotype-by-environment interaction(G×E)is a common phenomenon in crop plants,knowledge about it is lacking for fruit maturity timing and other sweet cherry *** this study,1673 genome-wide SNP markers were used to estimate genomic relationships among 597 weakly pedigree-connected individuals evaluated over two seasons at three locations in Europe and one location in the USA,thus sampling eight‘environments’.The combined dataset enabled a single meta-analysis to investigate the environmental stability of genomic *** disequilibrium among marker loci declined rapidly with physical distance,and ordination of the relationship matrix suggested no strong structure among *** most parsimonious G×E model allowed heterogeneous genetic variance and pairwise covariances among ***-sense genomic heritability was very high(0.60–0.83),as was accuracy of predicted breeding values(>0.62).Average correlation of additive effects among environments was high(0.96)and breeding values were highly correlated across *** indicated that genomic models can be used in cherry to accurately predict date of fruit maturity for untested individuals in new *** G×E for this trait indicated that phenotypes of individuals will be stable across similar *** analyses for other sweet cherry traits,for which multiple years of data are commonly available among breeders and cultivar testers,would be informative for predicting performance of elite selections and cultivars in new environments.

目的探讨三结构域蛋白31(TRIM31)对蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)大鼠早期脑损伤的影响及其潜在机制。方法将60只雄性SD大鼠随机分成假手术组(sham组)、SAH模型组(SAH组)、阴性对照慢病毒干预组(Lv-NC组)和TRIM31过表达慢病毒干预组(Lv-TRIM31组),每组15只。除sham组外,其他各组均采用血管内穿刺法制备SAH大鼠模型,并于造模前24 h经侧脑室注射慢病毒进行干预。造模后24 h,采用改良garcia评分评估各组大鼠神经功能,并检测脑组织含水量;TUNEL染色观察各组大鼠海马神经元凋亡情况;ELISA法检测大鼠海马组织中炎症因子IL-1β和IL-18表达水平;qRT-PCR和Western blot法检测大鼠海马组织TRIM31、NLRP3、ASC和Caspase-1 mRNA以及蛋白表达水平。结果与sham组比较,SAH组大鼠神经功能评分降低(P0.05)。结论过表达TRIM31可减轻SAH大鼠早期脑损伤,其机制可能与抑制NLRP3炎性小体通路有关。

Domestication of cranberry and blueberry began in the United States in the early 1800s and 1900s,respectively,and in part owing to their f lavors and health-promoting benefits are now cultivated and consumed *** industry continues to face a wide variety of production challenges(*** pressures),as well as a demand for higher-yielding cultivars with improved fruit quality ***,molecular tools to help guide breeding efforts for these species have been relatively limited compared with those for other high-value ***,we describe the construction and analysis of the first pangenome for both blueberry and *** analysis of these pangenomes revealed both crops exhibit great genetic diversity,including the presence-absence variation of 48.4%genes in highbush blueberry and 47.0%genes in *** genes,those not shared by all cultivars,are significantly enriched with molecular functions associated with disease resistance and the biosynthesis of specialized metabolites,including compounds previously associated with improving fruit quality *** discovery of thousands of genes,not present in the previous reference genomes for blueberry and cranberry,will serve as the basis of future research and as potential targets for future breeding *** pangenome,as a multiple-sequence alignment,as well as individual annotated genomes,are publicly available for analysis on the Genome Database for Vaccinium-a curated and integrated web-based relational ***,the core-gene predictions from the pangenomes will serve useful to develop a community genotyping platform to guide future molecular breeding efforts across the family.

A search for the rare decays W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D0γis performed using proton-proton collision data collected by the LHCb experiment at a centre-of-mass energy of 13TeV,corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 2.0fb−*** significant signal is observed for either decay mode and upper limits on their branching fractions are set using W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→μ+μ−decays as normalization *** upper limits are 6.5×10^(−4) and 2.1×10^(−3) at 95% confidence level for the W^(+)→D_(s)^(+)γ and Z→D^(0)γ decay modes,*** is the first reported search for the Z→D^(0)γ decay,while the upper limit on the W+→D+sγbranching fraction improves upon the previous best limit.

A first search for the Ξ_(bc)^(+)J/ψΞ_(c)^(+) decay is performed by the LHCb experiment with a data sample of proton-proton collisions, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1 recorded at centre-of-mass energies of 7, 8, and 13 TeV. Two peaking structures are seen with a local (global) significance of 4.3(2.8) and 4.1(2.4) standard deviations at masses of 6571 and 6694 MeV/c2, respectively. Upper limits are set on the Ξ+bc baryon production cross-section times the branching fraction relative to that of the B+c→J/ψD+s decay at centre-of-mass energies of 8 and 13 TeV, in the Ξ+bc and in the B+c rapidity and transverse-momentum ranges from 2.0 to 4.5 and 0 to 20GeV/c, respectively. Upper limits are presented as a function of the Ξ+bc mass and lifetime.
