The ability to overcome the negative effects,induced by obstacles and turbulent atmosphere,is a core challenge of long-distance information transmission,and it is of great significance in free-space optical communication.The spatial-coherence structure,that characterizes partially coherent fields,provides a new degree of freedom for carrying information.However,due to the influence of the complex transmission environment,the spatial-coherence structure is severely damaged during the propagation path,which undoubtedly limits its ability to transmit information.Here,we realize the robust far-field orbital angular momentum(OAM)transmission and detection by modulating the spatial-coherence structure of a partially coherent vortex beam with the help of the cross-phase.The cross-phase enables the OAM information,quantified by the topological charge,hidden in the spatial-coherence structure can be stably transmitted to the far field and can resist the influence of obstructions and turbulence within the communication link.This is due to the self-reconstruction property of the spatial-coherence structure embedded with the cross-phase.We demonstrate experimentally that the topological charge information can be recognized well by measuring the spatial-coherence structure in the far field,exhibiting a set of distinct and separated dark rings even under amplitude and phase perturbations.Our findings open a door for robust optical signal transmission through the complex environment and may find application in optical communication through a turbulent atmosphere.

Mineral-microbe interactions play important roles in environmental change,biogeochemical cycling of elements and formation of ore deposits.Minerals provide both beneficial(physical and chemical protection,nutrients,and energy) and detrimental(toxic substances and oxidative pressure) effects to microbes,resulting in mineral-specific microbial colonization.Microbes impact dissolution,transformation and precipitation of minerals through their activity,resulting in either genetically controlled or metabolism-induced biomineralization.Through these interactions,minerals and microbes co-evolve through Earth history.Mineral-microbe interactions typically occur at microscopic scale but the effect is often manifested at global scale.Despite advances achieved through decades of research,major questions remain.Four areas are identified for future research:integrating mineral and microbial ecology,establishing mineral biosignatures,linking laboratory mechanistic investigation to field observation,and manipulating mineral-microbe interactions for the benefit of humankind.

Clinical,Laboratory and Imaging Features of High Altitude Pulmonary Edema in Tibetan Plateau

Objective To analyze characteristics of high altitude pulmonary edema(HAPE)in Chinese patients.Methods We performed a retrospective study of 98 patients with HAPE.We reviewed the medical records and summarized the clinical,laboratory and imaging characteristics of these cases,and compared the results on admission with those determined before discharge.Results Forty-eight(49.0%)patients developed HAPE at the altitude of 2800 m to 3000 m.Ninty-five(96.9%)patients were man.Moist rales were audible from the both lungs,and moist rales over the right lung were clearer than those over the left lung in fourteen patients.The white blood cells[(12.83±5.55)versus(8.95±3.23)×109/L,P=0.001)]as well as neutrophil counts[(11.34±3.81)versus(7.49±2.83)×109/L,P=0.001)]were higher,whereas the counts of other subsets of white blood cells were lower on admission than those after recovery(all Pline phosphatase(115.8±37.6 versus 85.7±32.4 mmol/L,P=0.020),cholinesterase(7226.2±1631.8 versus 6285.3±1693.3 mmol/L,P=0.040),creatinine(85.2±17.1 versus 75.1±12.8 mmol/L,P=0.021),uric acid(401.9±114.2 versus 326.0±154.3 mmol/L,P=0.041),and uric glucose(7.20±1.10 versus 5.51±1.11 mmol/L,P=0.001)were higher,but carbondioxide combining power(CO2CP,26.7±4.4 versus 28.9±4.5 mmol/L,P=0.042)and serous calcium(2.32±0.13 versus 2.41±0.10 mmol/L,P=0.006)were lower on admission.Arterial blood gas results showed hypoxemia and respiratory alkalosis on admission.Conclusions In the present research,men were more susceptible to HAPE than women,and in the process of HAPE,the lesions of the right lung were more serious than those of the left lung.Some indicators of routine blood test and blood biochemistry of HAPE patients changed.

Ultra-compact titanium dioxide micro-ring resonators with sub-10-μm radius for on-chip photonics

Microring resonators (MRRs) with ultracompact footprints are preferred for enhancing the light-matter interactions to benefit various applications. Here,ultracompact titanium dioxide (TiO2) MRRs with sub-10-μm radii are experimentally demonstrated. Thanks to the large refractive index of TiO_(2),the quality factors up to -7.9×10^(4) and -4.4×10^(4)are achieved for TiO_(2) MRRs with radii of 10μm and 6μm,respectively,which result in large nonlinear power enhancement factors (>113) and large Purcell factors (>56). The four-wave mixing(FWM) measurements indicate that,compared to the large MRR,the FWM conversion efficiency of the ultracompact TiO2 MRRs can be greatly improved (e.g.,-25 dB versus-31 dB),a harbinger of significant superiorities. Demonstrations in this work provide more arguments for the TiO_(2) waveguides as a promising platform for various on-chip photonic devices.

逆变器的电容老化故障诊断方法研究

针对逆变器电容老化故障的特征不明显、提取困难,且存在多分类、细分类问题,提出一种自适应白噪声完整集合经验模态分解(completeensembleempiricalmode decomposition with adaptive noise,CEEMDAN)与小波包能量熵(wavelet packet energy entropy,WPEE)结合的特征提取策略,并利用改进麻雀搜索算法(improvedsparrow search algorithm,ISSA)优化最小二乘支持向量机(least squares support vector machine,LSSVM)参数,完成故障诊断。首先,利用CEEMDAN处理相电压信号,获得模态分量(intrinsic mode function,IMF),根据相关系数、方差贡献率共同筛选IMF,将含噪的IMF去噪并重构,与不含噪的IMF构成纯净IMF组,然后利用小波包分析并对其分解获取故障特征明显的WPEE;其次,通过Iterative混沌映射与随机游走策略改进的SSA对LSSVM进行参数寻优,建立诊断模型;最后,以Z源逆变器为例进行验证。结果表明:所提方法能快速有效地提取电容老化故障特征,且诊断方法更快、故障识别率更高。

Microbial diversity in two cold springs on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau

The microbial diversity in Wuli Area, Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau was investigated using 16S rRNA gene phylogenetic analyses. A total of 117 bacterial and 66 archaeal 16S rRNA gene clones were obtained from the Wuli cold springs, The bacterial clones could be classified into Proteobacteria, Acid- obacteria, Deinococci, Sphingobacteria, Flavobacteria, Nitrospirae, Actinobacteria, Gemmatimona- detes, and unclassified-bacteria; and the archaeal clones could be classified into Crenarchaeota and Thaumarchaeota. Among the major groups, Proteobacteria and Crenarchaeota were dominant in the bacterial and archaeal 16S rRNA gene clone libraries, respectively. The clone sequences obtained in Wuli cold springs were closely related to those from cold habitats, such as snow/ice/soils on high mountains or at high latitude. Especially, the microbial community composition of Wuli Area was more similar to that in Tibetan glaciers than cold environments of other locations. The data presented in this study have impli- cations for a better understanding of microbial diversity in cold springs on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.

随着基坑工程开挖深度的不断增加,底板水害治理问题日益突出。依托沪昆高铁娄底南站枢纽一体化岩土工程勘察项目,开展了专项水文地质勘察与放水实验研究;结合水害特征,研发了一套放水实验装置及配套使用设施。采用放水实验对水文地质参数进行求解,并通过MATLAB实现程序化建模,研究了高铁枢纽站地下水位高程下降至目标水位高程所布设的降水孔数及降水量的关系。结果表明:治理工程完成后,娄底南站地下室底板30处明显裂缝出水区已不再涌水,治理效果显著。相关分析方法可供类似工程参考。

Efficacy and safety of low-dose cyclophosphamide combined with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab and TACE for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma:A single-center, prospective,single-arm clinical trial

Objective: Unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma(uHCC) continues to pose effective treatment options. The objective of this study was to assess the efficacy and safety of combining low-dose cyclophosphamide with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab and transarterial chemoembolization(TACE) for the treatment of uHCC.Methods: From February 2022 to November 2023, a total of 40 patients diagnosed with uHCC were enrolled in this small-dose, single-center, single-arm, prospective study. They received a combined treatment of low-dose cyclophosphamide with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and TACE. Study endpoints included progression-free survival(PFS), objective response rate(ORR), and safety assessment. Tumor response was assessed using the modified Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors(mRECIST), while survival analysis was conducted through KaplanMeier curve analysis for overall survival(OS) and PFS. Adverse events(AEs) were evaluated according to the National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events(version 5.0).Results: A total of 34 patients were included in the study. The median follow-up duration was 11.2 [95% confidence interval(95% CI), 5.3-14.6] months, and the median PFS(mPFS) was 15.5(95% CI, 5.4-NA) months.Median OS(mOS) was not attained during the study period. The ORR was 55.9%, and the disease control rate(DCR) was 70.6%. AEs were reported in 27(79.4%) patients. The most frequently reported AEs(with an incidence rate >10%) included abnormal liver function(52.9%), abdominal pain(44.1%), abdominal distension and constipation(29.4%), hypertension(20.6%), leukopenia(17.6%), constipation(17.6%), ascites(14.7%), and insomnia(14.7%). Abnormal liver function(14.7%) had the most common grade 3 or higher AEs.Conclusions: A combination of low-dose cyclophosphamide with lenvatinib, pembrolizumab, and TACE is safe and effective for u HCC, showcasing a promising therapeutic strategy for managing uHCC.

为了进一步提升三电平逆变器的可靠性,提出一种利用三维图形进行故障特征提取的方法。以T型逆变器为研究对象,通过测量T型逆变器输出的各相电压,得到A、B、C三相电压波形,利用三相电压绘制三维椭圆环,通过计算三维椭圆环的质心、平均半径以及偏差向量的平均值和标准差来获得故障特征值;为了提升故障诊断的准确性,利用哈里斯鹰优化算法优化支持向量机分类器参数并进行故障诊断,从而实现对T型三电平逆变器单管及双管故障的准确诊断。通过仿真实验验证了提出的特征提取技术及故障诊断方法的有效性和准确性,实验结果表明:所提方法计算简单,故障诊断精度高。
